                      Brandon W and Lauren k Were there To help me when I came in with a Santa Claus shopping list. They were helpful with a difficult order, and by difficult I mean just parts hunting. They helped and called everybody they could at 8:30pm before closing that I was seriously impressed.                       Yesterday I went into the store and had the gentleman at the register order me 2 ignition coils for my Honda Odyssey. He told me they would arrive at the store this morning. I went in this afternoon and the lady at the register said the ignition coils had not arrived. I asked when they would arrive. She said she didnt know. I asked her if she could check on the status of the parts or call somebody. She said that wouldnt do any good..."It is like pulling teeth" she said.I said I would return to talk to her boss and left. I went down to Oreilly and they had one coil in stock. I bought it and ordered another.I will NOT be returning to AutoZone for any reason.

                      I just want to say I am so very grateful for these 3 Autozone associates in the Fort Mohave store, Dee, Ian and Charles they always go above and beyond to help myself and my husband, they always make sure our problems are solved by finding what we need or even just by giving there advise or opinion on how we can solve our car problems.                       Hi I had the greatest service ever on Feb 19. I rolled up ten minutes until closing. The lady manager, Dee and her co-worker had my issue diagnosed and had a brand new battery in my car at a price I could afford.                       Out of town people who walked from the store from a blue top  marine battery - Jack served us,they didn t have it in store, in quickly located 140 miles away he will have it delivered within hours and the staff gave us 10% off and plenty of advice sue for helpful D Maiorino thank the store manager went above and beyondThank you team

                      The people working there were very helpful ! I have a broken elbow and bought a pair of windshield wipers the gentleman Helping me,was more than happy to install them for me, Sorry my man ! I wish I would've gotten your name !                       On July 28th I had to  have a  new battery put in my  car as it didnt start..Got it started and drove to AutoZone in Ft. Mohave. I Was very pleased that they had my yr battery in stock..The gentleman  that helped me was very understanding  caring  and knowledgeable  even went over warranty  with  me..and cable protector..I would like to thank D.Majorino and the tech Uriel Bajo that installed the battery in a  timely manner. .Thank you AutoZone for great service!

                      I'm learning slowly one thing at a time to work on my truck.  So everytime I have a question or concern I ask the awesome dudes at auto zone.                       Worst auto store I've ever dealt with...employees are not even close to having an inkly of auto knowledge...if it's not on their computer screen it doesn't exist attitude...no effort is put forth to try and research it for you whether your spending $5 or $500+....Ft Mohave AZ store has lost my business...O'reillys AutoParts across the street has earned my business in 1 visit...guy found what I was looking for with minimal effort on his part...a little extra effort from him and I walked out with what needed...take note AutoZone....

                      Met the most awesome guys today!  Auto Zone workers Jarrett and Lance!  Mojave Auto Zone.They put my car banner on back above back window of my Ridgeline .                       They have what you need for the most part but there are better places to get parts.Kind of pricey too. Employees try to push un-needed merch, can be a bit abrasive with women.                       Customer service wasn't very good for me.  Wasn't greeted coming into the store.  I wasn't offered any help what so ever.  The manager Dee who rung me up, it was as if I was an inconvenience.  Wouldn't look at me nothing.

                      When first I called I spoke to a man named Kevin who seemed very eager to sell me something but equally reluctant to help me accurately diagnose the actual problem. I asked him if he might need to look at my car first but he assured me I needed some $100 or so dollar part that I couldn't even pronounce. I was a bit unsure so when I got to the store I asked a young man, Cody I believe, to take a look. Not only did he find the real problem but installed the part himself and all for about $60. Despite the shameless attempt to deceive me by this Kevin fellow I do recommend this store to friends.                       GREAT SERVICE.  MY CHECK LITE WARNING CAME ON SO STOPPED BY AUTO ZONE.  THEY HOOKED UP A MACHINE WHICH READ THE WARNING LIGHT AND CAME UP WITH THE "PROBLEM ".  IT WAS ONLY SOME GADGET WHICH COST LITTLE.  AUTO ZONE PEOPLE WERE SO HELPFUL AND IT COST ME ONLY THE COST OF THE GADGET WHICH WAS LESS THAN $10.  JUST THINK WHAT IT COULD COST TO PULL INTO A CAR REPAIR SHOP.  OH BOY

                      I was there yesterday 10/19/20 MondayI drove 35m from my town to go buy a new battery  I was having problem the hole weekend with asking friends to jump my car...and the employee send me awayBecause he couldn't help me????                       Attempted to do core exchange and return rental tool two diffrent days. Both times I was,told they cant do returns and to go to the store in the next town.Went to the other  store on the 3rd attempt.Processed both transactions seamlessly.My hats off the the Bullhead City Auto Zone.Not so much for Fort Mohave Auto Zone.Bullhead gets my buisness from now on.

                      They do alright most the time. I can get better deals online. The guys are a bunch of great people. I go to help keep them working. Without the humans there is no autozone.
