After waiting 5 hours for our roadside service to get us a row and still no pick up time, call Aquarius towing and showed in 30 minutes. Staff and driver were excellent. Recommend them if you need a tow. Thank you for saving us

Well today was a day that we won t forget. And by reading a lesson will be learned.Called VW to get help because our keys that are electronic fell into a toilet. But the auto flush sucked them to SH..T land before my wife could grab them. Oh.. it was a #1 visit.But the issue is VW I d.4 because we had noRemote start or remote unlockOur 2nd set of keys were 200 miles away.Jake comes to help and after confirming our crazy story he thought we stole the car. Asked for ID to prove we are in fact the owners.Now normally he said press lock button twice and it opens. But nope it needs a key. It is electronicHe looks up that the door handle can be used as an emergency and gets it open. But now what. He can t tow us.We still have no key and car charger is plugged in so we can t get towed. Nothing works VW .Are you listening? It is locked and charger won t recognize car info to unlock it.Tesla drivers said they can get in, unlocked, started with card provided.Paid Uber to drive keys 4 hours but what a bad design VW.Now back to Jake. He was amazing and did exactly what we needed to get out into our car.Dog needed food and we needed personal items to wait the 4 hours.Thank you Jake for not giving up and hope your new video saves others.VW needs to be called now. Should your keys get stolen or stop working the car is dead and useless. Don t get stuck half way to Vegas.You can t even charge it without a key FyI.Lesson.. never take keys to toilet and drive with extra key.Bye

worst customer experience ever at 0630 in the morning!! Will never use this company again!! Driver had an attitude from the minute he showed up! I needed a tow, but I ended up getting a tire brought to me so I can replace my flat one. All I needed from the driver was a jack and he couldn't be bothered to help me, kept asking if I needed a tow or not and that was all he could help me with. If he had half a brain, he could have gotten his jack out, helped me get my truck in the air so I can put the other tire on, he could have just charged me for the tow. I would have gladly paid for the tow in exchange for using his jack!! Just goes to show you that your customer service sucks and needs to be fixed.

Last night after 10 o'clock on 7/27 my tire blew. I wasn't in the best of area's. I used my road side assistance and was serviced by aquarius towing. The drivers name was Jerry, he was very kind and helpful. He made me feel safe. My tire was changed quickly and I was on my way. Jerry also offered my water. Thank you for your service and kindness.

John C. did a great job getting my car broken car out of a parking structure! He was on time and was able to get my car (not moving) out of a parking garage and towed so it can get fixed 10/10 would recommended Aquarius towing.

Dealing with Insurance companies is a pain.It took a few hours for them to get it right.Aquarius got there before the Insurance company called to say they were on the way.Excellent Driver. Excellent Service.

Dwayne is awesome. Our car broke down on the 40 in the middle of nowhere. It was hot and we had our service dog with us. He kept us informed on his arrival. He was very polite when he arrived. Told us to hop in the ac truck and he would take care of our car. He did quickly. We could see that Dwayne takes pride in what he does. We were so grateful he was there to help us.

What a waste of my day. Scheduled to pick my vehicle up at 11:30am, was told 120-150 mins. A long wait but no big deal. 75 mins later I was texted 168 mins till pick up. Was called by dispatch around 1:42pm with an apology for the delay, was told the driver was outside my house but we didnt hear a truck with our door open while sitting in the living room, and there was no attempt to knock on the door so the driver supposedly just left. I was then told he could be here in 60mins. 3:36pm rolls around and I am texted "60 min eta". 4:42pm rolls around and I'm now texted "71 min eta". I end up having to cancel and tow with a different company because my vehicle won't make it to the dealer before the service department is closed. Couldn't go grocery shopping or run any errands because I was constantly being lied to about time of arrival. Sat here all day long waiting for absolutely nothing.Service: Car towing

Dwayne was awesome. He showed up a lot sooner than expected and was very personable and professional. He was quick with changing my tire. It s rare to find people who are personable and professional at the same time and quicker than the estimated time of arrival. He was friendly when he called to confirm where I was as well. I've had to use them through USAA 3 times in past week through my insurance. Tracy has been on 2 out of 3 calls. He was not only knowledgeable but friendly and easy to engage in friendly conversation as he did the work. Great multi Tasker. I definitely would recommend this tow company. Dwayne was the best! My cars tire blew so I put on my spare and that blew too. My insurance company Sent Aquarius towing to come get me and tow me to the nearest tire shop. He was quick with loading my car and did it very smoothly and efficiently. I m 20 weeks pregnant and was dehydrated after waiting in the heat and he made sure I got in the tow truck with nice cold AC. After arriving to the tire shop he even unloaded the tire I had bought and carried my rim and tire so I didn t have to (being pregnant). He was GREAT! I would recommend him to anyone.Service: Car towing

Amazing experience with this company. Linda was very kind over the phone, extremely helpful and worked with me to help get me home after my car broke down late at night. John from Aquarius Towing was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional. My truck died on US 95 between Vegas & Searchlight, while towing a travel trailer. John immediately and cheerfully told us he could tow both, and take us anywhere we needed to take them (we had to go to Pahrump, over 100 miles.) On the trip to Pahrump, he took a very stressful situation and made it almost enjoyable. He was a joy to talk to and get to know. Very upbeat, positive person. John saved me from the heat of the Mojave desert! 110F. The lady at his dispatching office was kind and helpful as well. I was contacted by phone and by text as well, and given a "live" location link to follow the tow truck's driver route heading to rescue me... Cute feature for our electronically engaged world! Dwayne came to my rescue when my battery died in Laughlin. He had arrived sooner than expected and was exceptionally nice. He jumped the battery so that it could be moved from the low ceiling garage at the Tropicana out to his truck in the lot. He was very good company on the trip to the tire store. When he dropped us off, he thanked us and wished us well. It's rare nowadays to find someone who is both professional and personable. I would definitely recommend Aquarius Towing in general, and Dwayne specifically.Service: Car towing

Wonderful! Fantastic! Amazing company!I am new to the area. Went looking for the beach, got stuck in sand.The wonderful woman from Aquarius that initially called me was great. She understood what was going on during my angry blather and treated me well.Dwayne came down quickly, and was able to help me out right away. Great communication, very friendly and helpful. Burst a tire on a dark stretch of highway in the Mojave desert and didn t have a spare. It was late and pretty far from civilization but my driver got me sorted out and had a great attitude about it, and I could tell he was exhausted from a very busy day. I hope it never happens to me again, but if it does I know who to call!

Dwayne came to my rescue! He upon arrival he was very professional,helpful, patient, and easy to understand explained clearly what needed to be done to get the job done. Once dispatced he quickly made it to my location before my ETA to save my day after I as got my Xterra stuck in soft dirt! He had no problems getting my truck out the sand in no time and made sure I was able to get back onto the road safely!Service: Special vehicle towing

John was AMAZING! He got to us 45 minutes earlier then what dispatch told us. We were in a very dangerous spot in the Havasu Canyon going towards the 40 Highway. He made us feel very relaxed and safe. One of my customer locked his key in his truck and Mike was dispatch to helpHe was the rudest person to deal with. Here we are going over and above to help a customer only to be addressed by a tow truck drive with no customer service training at all. Horrible service. If your not happy in your current position, helping the public , maybe you should seek employment elsewhere...Mike.

Aquarius towing was sent out thru my insurance s roadside assistance program. Enrique was fricken fabulous. I was in a tiny parking lot that was difficult to get to. When my battery didn t immediately take a charge, Enrique was able to diagnose and fix my issue. I m a middle aged woman and I felt completely at ease with him.
