The only honest shop around. I took my car here after i got a huge list of issues. Tire pros said was wrong with my car and Andrew was completely honest and straightforward and told me none of the repairs were nessasary. I have had my cv axel replaced and i couldnt be happier. This shop is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the repair is done correctly. I 100% recommend this shop. Thank you Andrew

I stopped by this place because it was highly recommended and I felt like I needed a second opinion. I do most of the work on my Jeep myself but needed help. I met a mechanic there named Mike. I asked him a few questions and he not only gave me great advice but I didn t need to have the work done the another shop said I did. A month later and my vehicle still runs perfect with no issues at all. Extremely knowledgeable and not just there to grab your money. Ask for Mike, he s an actual mechanic and not a service rep.

These guys are 100% professional, fair and good. Had an emergency, and they were able to fit us in and check us out. They even ordered our parts and got us in the next day to fix our car. A reasonable rate. A few weeks later, we went in on a different issue. They remembered us and were just as amazing! Definitely recommend 100%!!!

This shop is absolutely amazing. My car is the first car ive ever bought off a lot so its only natural when something starts to feel wrong as humans we panic. Andrew in the front and the owner were exceptional and friendly. The staff and technicians are very accommodating. Chris dabbert their newest mechanic performed the repairs on my car and knew what was wrong before even opening up the engine. I felt confident the hands that my car was in. They worked fast and diligent and had me back on the road in 2 days . I wont take business anywhere else now. I Took my truck in for a wheel alignment they did it and they said it was done right. I then drove it about 300 miles. The alignment went out of adjustment in that 300 miles. I took it back then they tried to up sell me parts that I did not need to get the job done. They wanted $211 for 4 bolts. I took my truck back home put the new bolts on I bought myself that I didn't need. Compared my new bolts to the old ones and there was nothing different. I put the new bolts on anyways so they would finally complete the job I payed for. I bring back the truck for the third time in a week. Now I need new alignment pins... so I go buy the pins they quoted me $60 for $35 and bring the pins to them. They call me back later that day saying my truck is good to go. I get there. They used one pin out of 8 and said I dont need them now..... long story longer they offered my money back and told me to not come back if I'm not happy with the work. This place was super unprofessional. They tried up selling me on parts I did not need. Wasted my time and money on a service I did not receive. I hope this will help people out. Look at the job they are doing. Look at the parts you pay for because they might not even put them on. This place is a scam and a sorry excuse of a shop! I do not recommend this place to anyone!Service: Wheel alignment

I took my car into them after I had my car at Findlay Auto in Bullhead on the parkway and they (Findlay) wanted to reem me for over $2,600 in repairs that didn't need to be done and a botched alignment that they did, Advanced Auto found that what Findlay had done with the alignment was wrong and they took care of the problem with minimal amount. I would recommend them to EVERYONE, they are honest. Great mechanics at Advanced. Thank you Advanced, I appreciate you!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought car in to find out why ac isn t working. Was told they would call with estimate to fix. Got call it would be $3,000 to fix. I said no thanks that s too high. Pick up car, get charged $147.00 without me knowing that I was gonna pay that much for them to just try and figure out what s wrong, without them actually fixing anything. I left with no ac as I came in, nothing fixed and left $147.00 lighter. Fell ripped off and will never be back again !!!!Service: Air conditioning

From legal eagles to eager beavers, folks like these are easy to rate. Good solid stock to begin with. Turned out my problem didn't exist, but that didn't stop folks with a great nose for service. They adjusted a sagging hanger on my exhaust and aired up my tires -- no charge. Oh yeah. So if you're going to rescue me on the snowy slopes, please don't forget the keg.Services: Exhaust, Tires

Thank you for a job well done gentlemen. I brought my 04 Chevy 2500 in on short notice to have a leak fixed on my Allison transmission. The guys treated me and my truck so well that I had them go ahead and rebuild the front end. They did a great job. Should be good for another 280K mile . Keep up the great customer service guys. I'll be back in the future. Thank you.

Advanced Auto is Awesome! did a great job getting me back on the road quickly. Rear end damaged on a rock. They were able to provide a safe temporary fix to get me back on the road and safely home to SoCal. Would recommend to anyone.

These guys are the best! I already went to them for general maintenance because I can trust they're going to take care of my car. However, today they went above and beyond! I stopped in last-minute & they dropped everything to help me loosen and grind down a broken bolt so that I could remove my backseat. Super friendly and truly awesome customer service!!

Tony and his crew were great. We blew an oil pump in the desert on Saturday morning. I spoke with Tony and he gave me an estimate and said he would order the parts and get started on it Monday morning. We were 80 miles away and had to wait for the big tow truck to get to us since we were towing a 30' boat. He made arrangements for one of his men, Jeremy, to meet us and make sure our truck and boat we're secure. Jeremy meet us when we arrived and also made sure we had a ride to our hotel. Tony had his mechanic Cole start on it and he stayed very late Monday night and came back in early morning to get it done. They were thorough and made sure that it was just the pump and that no other damage had occurred. They even took pictures of it as they took it apart to show me what had blown up.. they got me back on the road and have 300 miles down the road heading back to the east coast. I have a mechanical background and appreciate the job they did and the care they showed to our situation. When it came time to pay the bill I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was for the estimate that Tony had given me over the phone. I know they put more time and effort into it than the charged. I just can't say enough of how much we appreciate what they did. Good old fashioned business. The kind of guys you can work with on just a handshake. Chadd and Tracey.

We have had several repairs done on our MH, as well as purchased all new tires for the MH. We worked primarily with Steve and he has been fabulous. He has gone above and beyond to work with our schedule. Prices are fair, workmanship is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Just tell them Cat sent you.

My 06 Chevrolet Silverado Duramax was draining the batteries overnight and it had a engine light on. They said it would be $105 to check it out. They called and said that it was the ignition switch. They ended up changing the ignition switch, the key switch and the gear shift lever. Long story short, they also ended up changing the key switch housing. I lost the use of my truck for about a month. They originally charged me $936. But returned $200 after stopped the credit card payment. My truck still isn't right. It will not start unless you back off the ignition key about a quarter of a inch. Also they didn't ever inform me what was causing the P003 code. I met a mechanic that wants me to let him fix it and then me take them to court, buy at almost 82 years old, I'm tired of stress and hassles. What goes around, comes around, and the Parisites running Advanced auto repair will get their due. If you need work on your vehicles. I had them change the spark plugs on my car.Only cause the book said it was time.My car was running fine.The next day when I started it, it was running rough.Didn't think anything about it.. within a week or so it was doing the same.I called them and told the guy what it was doing.He insisted that our had nothing to do with the plugs.Now the engine light comes on.I take it to them, they want to charge me 80 bucks to see what the problem is..What happened to good ol customer service?So guess who's not fixing my car!!I took it to the shop down the rd, they checked it for free and now fixing the problem..YOU NEED TO LEARN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. iit's not always about the money..By the way, it was the #3 miss firing..

Went to get a AC compressor put on, was in the day before and they said it was leaking. Took longer than they said but all good work takes time, I was a little cranky and for that I'm sorry, anyway the work was done and car is cool again and I will go back, Steve was great and understanding. THANK-YOU SO MUCH
