Honest and exceptional service! We were stranded and they could have taken advantage. Instead they were honest and advised us to take the car to the dealer to use the warranty. Todd the owner, then gave us a ride home and towed our car to CA!

Excellent service rebuilt my 1990 suburban transmission & pulls my boat like A champion no complaints.""""Update """I've put 20,000 mi towing in 115� heat transmission still pulling strong......So why not take my Yukon Denali so they could flush my transmission??I don't know if it's in my head but she seems to be gripping and shifting smoother than ever...Excellent customer service and same day turnaround

We broke down on the way back to California from the Grand Canyon. The tow company didn't have many suggestions as to where to go, so I called around and no one else in the area would even take a look at the car for a few days. Called Accurate and Shane said he could take a quick look to let us know if it was a minor or major fix. Turns out, it was a major fix.There were no car rental places with cars, no hotels to crash for the night - we were in a bad way. Todd loaded up our car and my family, gave us a ride to Southern California AND dropped our car off at the dealer. These guys are legit and I suspect they are angels in disguise. Thanks so much for your integrity and service!

I would highly recommend these friendly and informative guys for your transmission needs. They were extremely courteous and made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done. As a woman I greatly appreciate that.

This shop rebuilt my transmission. My truck has been in their shop 5 times for a total of 21 days and it still isn't right. Having this shop rebuild my transmission has cost me an additional $1500.00 in repairs due to their gross negligent.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

It s been 2 years ago, apologies for this late response. Hope this still helps anyone needing service from this caring, considerate, professional and real problem solving technique. My story, driving from OR to NC my check engine light stayed on half way to their store. No running problems so all the checks they provided resulted in agreement that it was a fluke response. Resetting to code did resolve the check engine light to stay off completely. Two years, still now light showing. Integrity and honesty is how I would describe this company! Best transmission shop hands down. Great customer service, top of the line parts, very intelligent mechanic/rebuilder quickly found an issue another shop had created and couldn't figure out, clean shop and the only shop I will ever allow to touch my transmission.

This is a top-notch crew here at Accurate Transmission. The rear end on my 2500hd Chevy was on its way out. I had my vehicle in for diagnosis. When they dropped the news that Jasper had an issue with getting the repair part together.They assured me That the minute my new rear end arrived they would get me on my way asap. As I was heading North to Oregon to start a new job.They were true to their word !!!! The rear end is in and sounds quiet as I expected after a few days to break it in I was on my way.Thank you guys ANOTHER GREAT JOB. YOU HAVE EARNED A NEW CUSTOMER! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR YOUR DRIVE TRAIN NEEDS!

The guys at Accurate Transmissions were absolutely awesome to us!!! We were traveling through on our way to Mexico and they dropped what they were doing to help us figure out a very serious wiring issue we had with the computer and transmission. They are usually three weeks booked but they went out of their way to help us right away. The fix was nothing less that perfect! The car runs better than it ever has if you can believe that! The bad wiring happened before we owned the car and was done very badly. So bad that it had melted into a sensor! They had three pages of skematics they went through to fix the issue and then track down every other wiring issue that came up from the original issue. I gotta say these guys are as professional as anyone I've ever dealt with! I mean it when I say I 100% recommend these guys. Just a great bunch. If you have a transmission problem these guys will get it fixed. Transmissions are a total headache for most mechanics but these guys will find your problem and make your car run again! Was supposed to be just passing through( stopped at laughlin) but my truck inexplicably was overheating before I even got to laughlin. I called accurate first because my trans temp was also increasing too much. Shane was helpful from the start, but bc my truck is diesel, he suggested another location. Long story short, I've been in laughlin 12 days searching for someone qualified AND that has an opening. Not much luck. I ended up going to accurate anyway and they did some diagnostics to help eliminate some variables/possibilities. They seemed very knowledgeable as well. When they finished they said " no charge". I offered to pay them something for the assistance 3 times and they declined. Todd even offered( without my prompting or leading in any way) to take me to Las Vegas to assist in the logistics of my specific situation. I cant say enough good about these guys.

My story is probably a somewhat common one. I was driving cross states and began experiencing shifting issues with my transmission. I had tried an auto repair facility that was not able to resolve my problem. I was referred to Accurate Transmission and set an appointment. Turns out there was hydraulic pressure failure in the trans. I'm no expert but i understood. After an evaluation from Todd the owner, he recommended a new transmission. As I had, just two years prior, had my transmission rebuilt I was somewhat disappointed at the news. After a good talk, it was clear that I could have had the transmission repaired but it would have been close to the cost of a new install. The time it would have taken to find the specific failure would have been days of labor. I was on a time crunch to get to my destination. Todd was able to locate a trans and in just two days he had me up and running. I was happy to be on my way. The guys at the shop were great and really kept focused to get me done. Shane in the office, and Harley and Josh (i think that's his name) in the shop went above and beyond.So as I was leaving town to be on my way, I was going up a steep grade and I overheated things. I was about 30 minutes outside of Fort Mojave. I worked the truck too hard in my zeal to get going. Well, I called them immediately thinking something was wrong with the install. NOT THE CASE. They not only did everything right, but Shane and Harley came to my rescue, after hours mind you, on their own time to help me out. After determining what had occurred, they reassured me everything should be okay and offered to follow me for quite a while to make sure I was safe. Everything was running perfectly from that time throughout the rest of my trip. Was it costly, yes. But I am grateful to Accurate Transmission for their help and expertise. I learned Todd has been servicing and working on transmissions for most of his life. So glad I met them and had them on my side throughout.I rate these guys, Todd and the whole crew, 5+ stars. They know their stuff. And them going above and beyond the call to help when I was stranded temporarily speaks volumes to what kind of business they run and what kind of people they are.Service: Transmission replacement

I can t say enough good things about this location!! They diagnosed my car FOR FREE which no one else in town that I know of does that, but they had my car diagnosed fixed and ready in half a day. And let me tell you I wasn t even sure if I was going to be able to drive my car anymore I had such a bad problem with electrical smoke. Also the price that they fixed my car at was so much lower than was I was expecting! I ve always been scared on where to take my car because it s hard to find good mechanics but I am so happy that I finally found my place to go and I wouldn t let anyone else touch my car but them. Oh and Shane at the front was so nice! Everything about this place is amazing. Definitely a satisfied customer.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

After dealing with a different shop in town, 2 weeks and a quote of over a thousand dollars later, we were referred to Accurate Transmission by two people we trust. Within the first few minutes of being in the office I had been given more respect, kindness, and understanding then I received prior at the first shop. The time Todd allowed me to fully explain my issue and explain what has already been tried and diagnosed gave me a sense of security. Not to mention my issue was completely different and half the cost the other shop wanted me to pay. They were effective and diligent in the process and made me and my wife feel confident in their work and honesty. You have a customer for life with us and we will be referring more people your way. Thank you again for the service and genuine quality.

We could not be more pleased with the service at Accurate Transmission. We are from Texas traveling home when our transmission went out. Todd was upfront and honest, gave us several different options and really took care of us. Shane was also very helpful and really went above and beyond for us. If I could give 10 stars I would absolutely. I highly recommend them.

On my way to the river with my family and My Chevy truck was making a popping noise and I thought the transmission was gone or going out. Todd and his team correctly diagnosed the transfer case as the problem.He had the problem fixed and truck back on the road in 24 hours. He took the time to show me the parts that failed and the completed work. He recommended a transmission service as preventive maintenance. Truck runs great super happy with work completed Thanks again

Friendly, communicative, responsive. Was referred to Accurate by a colleague. Spoke with Todd who provided us immediate service in assessing our transmission concern. Within a couple hours was able to provide a diagnosis, which didn't include a transmission repair. Showed us what the problem was which we could address ourselves. Friendly staff, clear communication, good value. Highly recommend. Will return if needed!

Superb shop - I could not have asked for a better experience with the professionals at Accurate! Todd, the owner, is super nice, extremely knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help me out. His staff were also super helpful, even coming in on the weekend when the shop was closed to help me.Accurate not only put in a new transfer case, but they also ensured my transmission was working properly and my 4WD components were connected properly (which they weren t previously). Additionally, they fixed a number of other little things they noticed were wrong or missing on my truck just to make sure everything was right when I picked it up (at no extra charge). Go to Accurate - they will take good care of you!

Todd has rebuilt 4 transmissions for me on different vehicles saving me thousands.These transmissions were not only less expensive than other shops wanted but they operated better than they did when new.I recommend Accurate Transmission for any and all vehicle repairs.Fair, honest and highly professional

Not only did I get an excellent price. Tod actually picked up my Jeep in Lake Havasu to bring to his shop. Tod kept me Informed of the progress via text and pictures along the way. I even got a 2 year warranty. Highly recommended.... Jeff exceptionally satisfied customer.

Awesome service although my car needed dealership attention. Impressed enough that I brought my other car when it needed work. Very courteous and takes ownership of the business; these people are focused on creating an honest and good experience; profits come second to service.Update: Took the car back for a power steering pump after the great transmission work. Turns out it was a programming issue. They could have taken my money, swapped the pump, and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead they fixed the problem as a courtesy and had the car on the road the next day. Truly, great service.

The team at accurate transmissions got my 03 Jeep wrangler TJ ready for some rocks and fun with a locker install on my front diff (Dana 30) and fixed a bad u joint also. Quick service and the price was right. I 100 percent recommend them and will go back to them for future upgrades or repairs! Thanks again guys!

I was recommended by a close friend to go see Todd at accurate transmission in Fort Mohave. After speaking with Todd I decided I would bring our truck down to him. From the minute I walked in the door, I Knew this was the place for our truck. Through out the build of our transmission Todd was in contact with us and kept us informed with what was going on from start to finish. We like to thank Todd and his entire team for a job well done.

As a new resident of Bullhead City I was searching for a car repair place. Accurate Transmission was recommended to us by completely random people. We went there and they treated us like gold. Todd was able to get on our car immediately and after his diagnosis said there was nothing wrong with the AC unit. It was under-performing due to the excessive heat. He didn't charge us a dime for his time. Great people, great place. Will always be my "go to" place. I highly recommend them!

Excellent family owned business. We were stuck far away from home driving a car with 194000+ miles on it. These guys gave us the most honest advice and were very helpful. They replaced my CVT transmission's stepper motor and speed sensor and got us back on the road. Excellent service. Thought I'd had a major problem with my transmission, but Todd diagnosed it as some loose wires and a bad battery connection. Had it fixed up and ready to go super fast and didn't try and upsell me or anything. Very honest guy I will definitely be back with any and all transmission problems in the future. I highly recommend this shop.
