Spencer's Auto has been my go-to for my jeep when Jenna, Ken, and Collin are there. They are honest, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service! Whereas before I was skeptical about people working on my jeep, I always felt confident with them. I'm going to miss coming here now that I've moved. Fingers crossed I find as good of a team as the Spencer team off Hunt Hwy!!!!

I had to return here multiple times because they could not fix my issue. I took a Snap loan because I could not afford the upfront cost. After yet another visit, they conveniently discover something else I need which was about another $700 which I could not afford upfront. However, because I already signed a Snap loan for the previous service, this new one could not be added- that's just their policy. So now I'm stuck with bi-weekly Snap payments for an issue that didn't even get fixed on multiple visits. Whole thing could have been avoided if they had just properly diagnosed my vehicle and ran a proper test drive the FIRST time. I will never be coming here again. Thanks.*Edit as of 3/21/24*I called again last Friday to ask for further assistance just as the owner commented. The lady on the phone suggested their other financing program (however, this one requires a good credit score and I didn't qualify). She said she would look for other options to help me out and then call me back. I got a text from them later that same day telling me that they were still looking. It's Thursday now, almost a week later, and I've still not heard from them. Look, if you can't or don't want to help me, you can just say that, but I don't appreciate having my time wasted. I don't appreciate having to bother my coworkers to take time out of their busy schedules to keep giving me rides to and from you guys every week. It's clear you value adhering to strict policy than doing right by your customers. You've lost my trust. Do better.

I ve always been taken care of when I bring my car to Spencer s. And that s the most important thing to me. I trust they will take care of all my issues and they let me know when others can wait a bit. I appreciate that on a tight budget. Getting photos of the issues was great.

Ever since this location changed staff or ownership it has gone downhill. Made an appointment for an oil change on my service truck. When I arrived all staff was outside on a smoke break (which I understand everyone deserves a break), dropped off the truck and was told they would get right on it as I requested, since no truck means I am unable to work. Went back the location almost 2 hours later, and much to my surprise the truck hadn t moved and all the staff was outside on a smoke break AGAIN. So I took my vehicle and left.This place is very close to my house so I thought I d give them a second chance a couple months later. Disappointed again! Called to schedule an oil change appointment, told them I had a 2022 F-450 Dully, I wanted to ensure they had the equipment and it would fit in their service bays I was assured it would be no problem. Got a call the truck was done, went into the office and was told the vehicle weighed too much to go on their racks (which is incorrect). The tech proceeded to give me attitude since he was inconvenienced by his lack of knowledge.There are plenty of other places to give your business, with friendlier and more knowledgeable staff.

I took by recently purchased Honda Pilot to Spencer Auto Repair and they did a wonderful job inspecting it for any issues. Also had them change the oil. They are professional and knowledgeable. I'll be taking my other vehicles to them in the future.

Amazing service all around! I've taken both my Jeeps here, as well as my mother-in-laws car. They diagnose the issues, send what the issue is and cover with you over the phone. Extremely knowledgeable!Recently I had to bring my 2018 JK Jeep in for the air. The dealer said it was the compressor, and a couple other things, and some items (bought certified, and thought was still under warranty) paid $200 for this diagnosis, and to replace was $$$$, and that was not even the issue! It was the switch that needed to be replaced and I had the AC charged, and a some general service... highly recommend!!Went back recently for additional service, and as usual exceptional service and quality

Lance and Will are great people they are fair honest and diligently work to fix your vehicle so far they have done my balljoints, leaf springs, power steering pump, and done a proper diagnostic on my engine. They also did a great job on my AC . Went in for an alignment; they ran a full complimentary inspection and found out I had some suspension issues that needed to be taken care of before I pay for suspension, balancing, etc. paid $0. Very professional.

I had a wonderful experience at Spencer Auto Repair. I had a warning light come on a few months ago, and the mechanic I used before, took care of it, but he moved away. The light came on again recently, so I asked friends and neighbors who they went to. They all referred me to Spencer Auto Repair and they were right. I was afraid to drive it, in case it was something dangerous, so I drove there first thing in the morning (they are located about 15 minutes away) and explained everything, and they got me in the next morning to check it out. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and repaired it 3 days later. They are very nice, and explained everything to me, and they were very fair priced. I highly recommend them.

This review is way past due. I have a 2007 Prius that has 205K miles. About 4 weeks ago, it totally dies in the Fry's parking lot. It was totally dead. After describing the experience to the folks at Spencers, they had me up and running in 2 days. Not only that, they recovered the 12 volt battery compartment, charged the battery and organized to spare tire area (which I had left a mess). The Prius has been faultless since.

I have used Spencer s services three times. Oil changes have been under one hour.Price was competitive.I just had my brakes done- 2 hrs., reasonable price. The front office always puts a piece of plastic on the seat and paper mat on the floor.I like that they started my car and ran the air while I payed.Best of all is the office staff listens and are upbeat!!

All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I got my car towed in because it wouldn't start and they immediately found that the problem was that the battery had died. They replaced it and let me take the car for a day so I could travel to my office for work and took it back to replace the tires and clean the fuel injectors. I can't say I remember my car handling as well as it does now!Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Randy is the absolute best! Spencer s is so lucky to have this guy. Talk about the epitome of excellent service, pride in work, integrity on all touch points of his work and follow through on any work others performed. Every inch of our truck being in their shop, was looked over and monitored by Randy for quality of service and true care for safety. Our number one concern was making sure our daughter has a safe first car, I have no doubt in my mind that she s even safer now that we brought our truck to Spencer s. My opinion has completely changed on auto body shops. There ARE GOOD places still around, and Spencer s is at the tip top of that list. I would trust them with our cars any day. If you re in doubt, I hope this review can provide some peace of mind. Thank you, Spencer s, for being who you are in a sea of sharks. You rise above the rest, because your integrity has not wavered. You will excel at every checkpoint if you keep this going and continue to employ people like Randy to manage your day to day work. Excellent company, ethical and honest! I usually go to the San Tan Spencer's, but they were really busy and I had a decent coolant leak that needed quick repair. I tried a National chain that does "brakes plus" other work, and they initially said I needed $2500 worth of coolant system repairs. They said my whole coolant system "exploded" at the same time, and that they see a few Toyotas per year that do this. I left there and called the Florence Spencer's who got me in the next business day, they found a loose hose clamp was the only problem, and saved me $2400 dollars, thanks Spencer's for being honest, and quality mechanics!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service, nice and polite staff. Their inspection was great and their die flush is inexpensive. However that's about all that's inexpensive thing there. Their prices are absurd. Wouldn't call it a scam but I was shocked.

Outstanding customer service! No surprises. Honest hard working staff! The 36 month workmanship guarantee is so valuable to customers. We had been taking our car to a dealership and paid premium price for two alternators. When a similar, no start, situation occurred - the Spencer s staff traced the problem to the under hood fuse box. It got replaced and no more issues. We really felt cared for. This place was awesome. Zach was extremely helpful in assisting me with any questions or concerns I had. Went in to get my breaks done, they didn t hassle me for other repairs and what I was quoted over the phone is what I paid. Nothing more! I needed a new caliper put on my car. I tried Firestone first and they didnt seem like they wanted to help me and quoted me way too much to do the job. I then called Spencer Auto Repair and the woman who answered was VERY nice and quoted me a much more affordable price. Overall I would say the staff is friendly but I didn t like the fact that I had to call and check on my car most the time because they didn t update me enough. They also had my car for 6 days and when I got it back it was still the same as when I brought it in . When I picked it up there s was no plastic covering the seat or floor board and they left me with a maybe enough gas to get to the gas station that past was not ok at all !!! Won t be going back !

Used Spencer's for the first time last week (Nov 2022) due to good review's. Zach has awesome. Very professional, conversational, honest, and informative. My Lexus GX470 wouldn't start and although I had my battery tested elsewhere he determined it was a bad battery. Also did an oil change and balanced my wheels.
