We had great experiences with this company historically so we had Hines come out to look at our car in mid-September. He assured us that he could handle the make/model and fix the air. He got the part ordered and had the vehicle over night. Upon pickup it appears the issue was fixed so we paid the bill. The air went out again about a week later and he said it was a part issue. He replaced it and we went on our way. Fast forward 2.5 months and the issue is back again. He keeps saying he will come and check it out but never shows. While I thought he was a trustworthy guy, his true colors are showing. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT trust this guy. Trash service, trash communication, and shoddy work he obviously wont stand behind.

Andre goes above and beyond for his customers. He is very knowledgeable, and actually fixes the issues (not just put a bandaid over it.) Wouldn t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

I contacted Andre to have him inspect a new used vehicle recently purchased for my new teen driver. Andre was great to work with, made honest recommendations on what needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done), and was able to complete the work at the same appointment. Andre did amazing work at a very fair rate. I would definitely recommend Andre and will be using his services in the future.Edit:I dropped my review down due to an experience after the work was completed. I contacted Hines Automotive to follow-up on an issue i was having with my vehicle that had been inspected by Hines. A day later I received a text asking what was going on. I responded back immediately with an in-depth description. It's been a week and I have not heard back. Although my first experience was great, the lack of communication and failure to stand behind the work is troublesome.Next Update:I finally heard back from the company. They texted me, asked a few basic questions, then never responded, never suggesting a way to fix the issue. I took my car to my extended warranties' preferred shop which is a mainstream place as I trusted Hines did a good job and my issue was most likely more severe and would need to be covered by the warranty. They ran diagnostics (Hines said they did originally and nothing came up), and they found three stored misfire codes along with current codes. Turns out that Hines installed the wrong type of spark plugs for my car. I had to replace them again.I called Hines to ask them to make things right. I told them I understood they didn't purposely do this and it was a mistake, although I would hope my mechanic would know the proper parts for my car I am paying to have repaired. They texted me back, took no responsibility for the shoddy work they did, then stopped communicating with me. I feel like I was literally robbed of hundreds of dollars by Hines. I respect the time Hines spent at my home, and even though they did shoddy work, I only asked for a partial refund. They never responded to that as well.Between the horrible and delayed communication, the bad work, and the lack of accountability, I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. If you read this Hines, please do the right thing and contact me and make things right.EDIT:The business response is incorrect. The copper plugs are OEM parts as the vehicle is older. It did take a week, and then they only barely texted me (would not talk on the phone), and wouldn't even finish a conversation before ghosting me. The repairs my warranty shop made have made a huge difference. My shop did diagnostics and found three misfire codes on the spark plugs when Andre said there were no codes when he was here. Either he lied or the spark plugs he installed were incorrect as stated. I also told you on text I contacted you first before going to the warranty garage; you never offered to even re-inspect the vehicle to determine the issue. Calling me names isn't going to make you look better; especially when you are in the wrong. Also, learn how to spell as your misspelled words make you look very unprofessional.Update:I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Despite BBB's multiple attempts to contact Hines over many weeks, Hines never responded. I think that speaks volumes!

Andre is amazing. He does great work and he is very honest. We had a power window that wouldn t go up so we figured it was the motor. He diagnosed the issue was the switch and only replaced what was needed. He has fixed our Jeep twice now and his pricing is great. We will continue to use him.

Andre did an amazing job! I have used him before for other minor things like battery issues but recently he had fixed a gas leak in my Jeep Cherokee engine. And at the time we found out my alternator was bad and he put a brand new one. I m so happy with his services. He is honest, reliable, and has reasonable prices.

Aaron is awesome. I can t say enough good things about him or how valuable his service is. I had never used a mobile mechanic before or considered it, but living remotely has limited options. I asked around my neighborhood group on Facebook and was given his company. Boy am I glad I gave Aaron a try. I first used Aaron two years ago when I had to have my starter replaced. I used him again about 6 months ago to have my brakes replaced and today, it was my alternator. Each time Aaron came to my home and provided those services here, no waiting in a waiting room all day so that in and of itself is priceless. But best of all is the quality and the prices he charges, which is well below what it would cost at a dealer. He really can t be beat. He is professional and he is honest. This might be the only car mechanic I have ever met that I have trusted. So if you find yourself looking for an honest mechanic that comes to you and costs considerably less than a dealer without sacrificing quality, this is the place to call. Aaron and his company have made my life so much easier! I'm a very busy person, my schedule is very demanding and I don't have time to take my car in for regular scheduled maintenance. Fortunately upon meeting Aaron and hearing his business of being a mobile mechanic, this issue has been resolved. Not only that, he seems a very reasonable and trustworthy person which everyone knows honest mechanics can be hard to find! On top of all that, his pricing was very reasonable. There is no reason NOT to call and get your work done by Aaron and Hines Mobile Auto Repair. Convenient, reasonable and honest. Thanks Aaron!

Mike was awesome! He was very professional! His knowledge of my vehicle expelled all of my concerns. The fact that he is mobile came right to my house made things so convenient and so easy for me as I am a disabled female. I will always use his services from this point forward and will recommend him to my family and friends! I cannot say enough good things about Mike very knowledgeable very kind his customer service was outstanding! Will always use his services from this point forward! Stu & Linda San Tan ValleyAaron showed up within an hour of calling to do a diagnostic on our van.He was very professional courteous friendly and had our air condition fixed for us before he left. This guy is AMAZING & Super Smart!!!He knows his stuff gets right in there and gets the job done!!! We will be calling him again for our other vehicle and referring him to other family members. Dear Friends & Neighbors...I wanted to take a moment to thank Aaron and his Dad...for the great service and attention to detail I received. My AC on my Ford F150 wasn't working...so I called Hines Mobile Auto Repair...I had never done business with them before.My call was returned...I explain the situation, and Aaron came out the next day. It seemed my AC belt was worn and has come off the pulley and need to be replaced. Aaron had to order a new belt.A couple days later Aaron and his Dad came out and had my AC going and I haven't had any problems with it since. I highly recommend Hines Mobile Auto Repair...and should I have a need for more work to be done on my truck...I'll definitely be calling Hines. Great service, professional and friendly...and reasonable pricing...can't beat that.

Aaron is GREAT!!! The prices are great and they come to where ever you are. Work is done professionally and quick. Do not have to drop your car off anyplace. Hines Mobile is GREAT!!! We will use them for sure when ever needed. Thanks Aaron and your helper for the great job!!!

Aaron came highly recommended. Did an amazing job. We did need a part that needed ordering and as soon as it came in, Aaron came back to fix my car. Did a very clean job doing the repairs in my garage. We were very satisfied! Would definitely call him back.

We called Hines Automotive to take a look at our hummer, they came out fairly quickly within a few days, addressed the issues and fixed them. Very honest, excellent pricing and quality work. You can tell they have a lot of integrity and care about what they are doing. Thank you so much Hines for getting our hummer up and running again!

I've used Aaron and referred him to other people. My car had an issue again recently and I was telling a co worker my mechanic wasn't available and he said I know this really great guy. It's was Aaron. I had referred him to Aaron last year.Everyone loves a mechanic who isn't just really great at what they do, but has integrity too!It's rare and with Aaron you get both!

I have been using Hines Mobile Automotive Repair for many years, and often recommend him to family and friends. Aaron is a phenomenal mobile mechanic that I trust completely. Honest and incredibly convenient -- he always goes above and beyond. I suppose the reason his prices are astonishingly low is because he doesn't have the costs involved with maintaining a traditional brick & mortar shop.He recently completed a complex repair on my Rover just hours before I had a very high altitude road trip though the White Mountains while snowing. As I was driving, the "check engine light" came on. He texted to assure me it was simply the computer systems resetting and that it should go off, stay off -- and that I wouldn't have any drivability problems. Additionally, to give me peace of mind, he texted that if anything were to happen that he would personally drive out to help! This was beyond comforting as I drove through the snowstorm. Aaron is a class act.I highly trust and recommend Aaron, and hope his business continues to prosper.

Their customer service is fantastic. Aaron is great at explaining what is wrong with your car and what needs to be fixed sooner than later. His prices are always reasonable. I highly recommend this company for all your vehicle fixes and regular maintenance :)

Hands down the best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Honest. Affordable. Kind. Aaron goes out of his way to help you out and get you back out on the road again. I personally have only had 2 dealings with him but will keep coming back to him. I love the fact that they are traveling mechanics. Makes everything so much easier! Our Hyundai made a loud clanking sound yesterday morning. Called Hines Mobile. Aaron scheduled us in quickly. He arrived early. He looked over the car throughly and gave us the diagnosis. I was amazed that having a mechanic come to my house cost me less than it would if I would have taken it into a shop. Not to mention all the hassle it saved me since the car won't be driven anywhere for a while. He was friendly, knowledgeable. He explained everything so we could understand it and was detailed in his diagnosis. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

Aaron has saved me more than once in last couple of years from auto crisis.My car and I appreciate that he makes himself available on short notice, comes to me evenings and weekends, fixes the problems right the first time and is very reasonably priced.He is always my first call.Give him a call and let him tackle your car issues.

The boss (Aaron) was nice on the phone, but is really a jerk in real life! The tech (JR) is very nice. Price was fair, but a job that should have taken a professional 2-3 hours, the tech, after 1.5 days, still wasn't half done, so Aaron was pissed at the situation/tech/me, he wanted to just finish the job quickly (didn't care whether or not it wasn't done correctly, just wanted it done so he can collect his money). Anyway, after he got super pissed, he just slammed down the money I paid (refund) and said, good luck finding someone else to do it, we're out of here! Left me stranded. So, I spent the next 3-4 hours finishing the job perfectly. So glad it turned out the way it did. I did NOT want to pay this hot-head to hack/quick-fix/duct-tape the car back together again as he wanted to do. Also, when the tech was on the phone with Aaron, telling his boss that he needed a part and asked his boss to maybe look the part up, I overheard Aaron say "I'M NOT GOING TO WASTE MY GOD-D@MN TIME LOOKING FOR A PART, HE CAN WASTE HIS TIME DOING, NOT ME!!". Yeah, Aaron is nice to your face in the beginning... but BEWARE... this is just a front... a business front... the real person is arrogant, impatient, just out for a buck, and you'd better hope your job goes smooth else you'll see his TRUE colors. So, based on the competency of boss/employee, and the owner being truly a jerk, unless you just want a $40 oil change or something, I would strongly suggest using a different mechanic!

We have been using Hines Automotive's Services for the past 2 years. We are very happy with their work. They have done everything from heavy drive train work to suspension. They have also, gone out of their way to help us with minor emissions issues. Overall, very professional and great people to be around. We will continue using their services with no hesitation.

Id like to start by saying thanks to Aaron and his other team members for their hard work and understanding. Especially when it comes down to fixing a car and as a mechanic you have to listen to your customer and their car so that you can trace the problem and fix it. These guys do that, and as for time, they always work hard to fit you into their schedule so that at the end of the day your car is fixed and ready to roll! Now what's more impressive is that Aaron and his team don't overcharge you. They are honest about how much it will cost to fix your car and when they fix it the job is done well. My car is an '04 and it comes and goes with problems and ive probably called these guys out here numerous times, but each time my car is up and going with no reoccurence of the same problem whatsoever. I highly recommend Hines Mobile for your car!

It was such short notice but Aaron and his guy came to my house and fixed my car. Not only he fixed it, but he also took the time to give me tips about taking care of regular maintenance to the car. The Hines crew have been amazing at working with us and fixing our vehicles. I called the other day and they were out next day fixing an oil leak and replacing a harmonic balancer. Price wise, they beat the estimate from the inexpensive shop down the street and they come to me to fix my car. Wow, what a great service!

These guy's rock. Showed up right on time, and knocked out a very difficult job . Same day service. Aaron was awesome. I have finally found a professional mechanic that I can trust. Realistic and super reasonable rates. Will only be using Hines for all my automotive issue's in the future.
