I would recommend Big O tires over any other service place for cars. They are honest and do not price gouge, also they do not replace non broken parts. The service is excellent. My car was done in a timely manner. I will be going to Big O for many services I need.

I initially set an appt for 4 Big O tires and an alignment. At the time of the appt, come to find out the tire I wanted was not available. The whole reason for wanting the big o brand was for the tire protection. The tech was able to give me another brand , with the protection plan. Just hope that doesn't cause problems later on. I waited for my car. It took over 2 1/2 hours which was expected, however, after the tire installation, my car sat for half hour waiting to get the alignment.....overall decent experience, just leaving my review. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went and got my car looked at for a oil leak and they said they can fix it for $3,100 (I m not mad cause they said they had to pull the motor to make it happen) the next day I get a call saying I need my whole motor replaced and it would cost over 8k and I should just sell the car. That didn t seem right so I got another look at it. End of the story I got it fixed for 2,600 with the motor being milled down so the gaskets fit better (big o wasn t going to that but just slap new gaskets on) they try and upsell you on cleaning that don t need it I am never spending my money or time here and I encourage you to do the same

Do not waste your time or money. This guys are dangerous. Diagnosed issue, 1000 dollars later, same issue.Hey do not check fluids as they say on an oil change.

My Grand Cherokee blew out the radiator, it has 126,000 miles, so it was not unexpected. The store manager Jeff met me right as the store opened at 7. By 12, his tech had removed my bumper, grill ac condenser, replaced the radiator, serviced everything including new thermostat, and put Big Red back together again.He stuck to his estimate, the Jeep runs great and Im one happy Big O customer!

I want to commend the manager (Jeff) for his professionalism in handling the problem situation that I walked through the door with. He skillfully lowered the temperature of our exchange and brokered a satisfactory solution to both sides that involved warranty representations made by a former employee. Bottom line: make sure you are buying what you think you are buying and shop Big-O as they will shoot straight with you.

Stopped in without an appointment to get a tire repaired. Staff was friendly and helpful and the manager was great to deal with. Great service and I will go back again.

We moved recently and went to Big O Tires as a recommendation from a friend. Steve Miller was who helped me with my vehicle and I am so thankful for that. He was friendly and let me know all of the findings I even got my wife on speaker phone and he explained it to her as well. He stayed late just to help me with my vehicle. Steve always gave me all of the info, and let me know exactly what was needed and I can't explain how much he helped us through the process. I've had hit or misses with auto places before but as long as Steve Miller is at your store both my wife and I will continue to take our vehicle into this shop.

I called and spoke with a lovely lady named Michelle. She was excellent on the phone and very courteous. I asked her about how busy they were and they said to come on in right away because they were actually pretty slow. When I got there I was greeted by Jeff Gorman, who is the manager of the facility. He treated me kindly, quickly, and explained everything to me in detail. I also listen to him talk to other customers while I was waiting and his demeanor and professionalism is exceptional. Everybody there is great. I was able to watch the gentleman repair my tire and he did a fantastic job. At the end I gave him a tip and asked him to buy lunch on me today. This facility is exceptional and I'll always come back at all times. Thank you guys. You rock.

This location was able to get me in right away! My wait was little to nothing for a walk in! I appreciated the employee Dylon who worked on my vehicle! He was fast efficient and provided me alot of great info on finding on my vehicle. I will be coming back due to how great Dylon customer service was and keeping me informed!

I should have looked at rating on here before I went to this store for an alignment. Front staff is RUDE and NOT knowledgeable. I asked for a little toe in on the front due to my car being high performance and refused because of tire wear. I was not concerned about tire wear and that didn't matter to him. then proceeded to tell me it would some how affect other people's cars and tires because it wasn't factory specs. the car is FAR from factoryso what does my alignment have to do with other people's cars/tires?? I could see if I purchased tires and alignment due to warranty on tire but that is not the case. I did not nor will I ever purchase tires or anything from this company and you shouldn't either at least this location! I understand now why this shop is not busy and had so many bays open! it's due to staff! I will be letting everyone I know NEVER to come here!

BEWARE***I'm not one to leave reviews, but when a business attempts to try to scam me and rip me off, I want to warn others.This place will try to sell you on so many things that you do not need. Went in for a rotation and had an appointment. I watched as they immediately brought the car in and popped the hood looking for anything the could add to the bill of goods they were trying to sell me. This place took over 40 minutes to tell me that they couldn't rotate my tires. They said I needed new tires and I said just the fronts, and they said all of the tires are dry rotted (not true, rear tires just replaced) and tried to sell me an unneeded oil change (done 800 miles ago), and other repairs. I told them no and the sales guy got upset that he wouldn't get his commission. Took it to another tire shop, tires were fine, rotated and on my way. Hopefully this saves 1 person the grief of dealing with these people trying to sell people things they do not need on their cars. Avoid this place, and take your business elsewhere.NOTE*** I contacted them as requested below, and they never replied. Take your business elsewhere.

Extremely clean fast and fair Jeffrey the service provider is very knowledgeable and kind. I would like to give a shout out to Robert the technician who did the service he did an amazing job patching my tire and listen to my directions he torqued my wheels to 85 lbs and inflated all my tires to my liking he is a great kid and can t wait to see him do more work on my truck

Thumbs up for this store, I took advantage of the buy 2 get 2 tire special which included a wheel alignment, also had 4 new struts installed and a oil change, when I left the store, the car wanted to pull to the right, went back and Jeff the Mgr said we will take care of it, a hour later took off for home and am very pleased with the shop techs tweakin, They have gained another customer!

Absolutely loved my experience here. I took my 2014 Journey in for a battery change and they went above and beyond assisting me. They are super professional and extremely helpful. They greeted me with a smile and got everything taken care of for me. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs.

This place sucks. Went in for an oil change that I scheduled on-line and got out of there an hour and a half later. No apology , no nothing . The young men working in the bay spent more time talking and on their phone than working as I watched from the window. Will never go back

The work (oil change) was performed properly and the lady I dealt with was great. Unfortunately she was busy when it came time to actually get the car in the bay so her coworker took over. He asked if I would like to add a fuel cleaner treatment. I must have given him a look because he quickly added it would only be $7 more. I agreed and signed what he said was just permission to work on my car...my bad for not reading carefully. As it turned out the fuel treatment was $16.95 and it is simply a liquid you add to the gas tank so I was very unhappy with this. As I looked further down my receipt, I realized he applied the $10 coupon (which the lady had mentioned, but I had forgotten to ask about) thus making the fuel treatment about $7. Problem is I was quoted by the lady over the phone with the price with the coupon included. Bottom line I felt a little swindled. Instead of leaving with the $52 worth of service + $7 I expected (+ taxes), it was nearly $80. I hate taking my car in for anything and it is this behavior that causes it.Also, the lock on the lady's bathroom doesn't work. When I told the lady who worked there she explained that she had reported it, but it had yet to be addressed. I feel sorry for her having to work there all day and needing to either use the men's or have someone stand guard. I guess sexism is alive and well.Probably won't be back as a matter of principle.

I went here yesterday on 2/3/23 as a walk-in for oil/ and a tune up. When I first walked in I already knew what I was getting and the sales person Jeffery already had talked to me on the phone prior of walking in explaining my prices. He went to check my car and noticed my tire was bald so I said okay let s buy a new one and even with me adding some more things to purchase he was still cool with it. Jeffery is a very good and nice worker in general just a good guy I personally enjoyed my experience and I hope many others do as well, I ll be coming back to do business here.

Happened to run something over on my way to work and got to this place first. They were great in being able to order my tires and get it same day. They didn't realize during install that my front tires are a different size than my back tires, so luckily they said something about the rotation when they were done and I corrected them. They took it back in and fixed it. The tires were more expensive than I wanted to get, but I had no choice.

I brought my truck into BigO,& was very happy with the professional & knowledge that wasdemonstrated by Jeff (the Mgr) I always take my truck to him & each time he finds the problem & fixes it. I know an oil change is not big profits to a business but these guys will make sure they take advantage of you. Paid 33 dollars for an oil filter when you can walk in to parts store and pay 22 tops. Yes, i signed your estimate trusting you are taking care of me but not the case. They also didn't place an new oil change reminder sticker, not sure if they normally do since it was my first oil change. Only came here because of the convenience of being next to my home but will travel back to mom and pop shop in Mesa!

STELLAR service. The car wash next door damaged my tire stem. Levi walked right over, assessed it, and before I knew it, the team had the tire fixed. The entire process was less than 15 minutes. I didn't even have to exit my vehicle. I was thinking I would have to leave the car overnight and walk home. It was a hot day. I had groceries and a back injury, and my husband was out of town. Initially, it seemed like a nightmare unfolding. But the Big-O gentlemen sprang to action, like superheroes, and saved the day! I was moved to tears by care, compassion, and expert level service they extended to me!

Fast service, and I had no clue I could get an oil change and alignment too. Made an appointment online with ease.
