I brought in my VW yesterday, the only issue is they over filled my oil. I had to drain some oil out this morning. Oil was way above the recommended level. Last and only time I'm going there. Hopefully I don't have any seal or gasket leaks from it.

Well the first time I didn t leave a review because honestly I didn t expect much from these guys anyway. Good service is impossible to find. But this time I told them what I expect and how my last visit was a bad experience.1) I mentioned they didn t grease any of my lube points last time. I heard him tell his guys in lower bay hit all 5 to 7 lube points with the grease gun . Of course they didn t even lube 1 of them! I inspected.2) I accepted the battery upsell even though mine is still working because I didn t know the age of it. (bsts). The kid who did it didn t set the battery tray properly, didn t get the back hold down in the groove and it popped out while driving, rounded off all the nuts that secured the terminals, and left them loose. After the install he said let the vehicle run for 15 to 30 minutes because our batteries aren t charged?? For real? That just made me laugh. Also he left tools under my hood!3) they spilled oil on my engine and all across the top as he was backing the gun out. Didn t clean any of it. I got the pleasure of doing so!4) my vehicle is white. They got my door handle and the entire wrap around fenders and hood FULL of black hand prints. Had to go to car wash after.I m just looking for good honest clean quality service. Is that impossible everywhere? Even the invoice is in accurate.-States lube chassis: SEALED. (It is not)-Transmission fluid level: NOT CHECKED. (I watched him check it and had me keep the car running for that)Literally the only thing I can say good is there was no wait (I wonder why)and they were fairly quick aside from the kid struggling with battery installation.

Up sell, up sell, up sell. First time there and all they tried to do during my oil change was try to sell other services. I had a full synthetic oil change and when they gave my the windshield sticker it reflected next oil change at 3,000 miles or 3 months. Seriously that s ridiculous and trying to take advantage of people. Last place went to put in 8,000 miles and said I could go 10,000 miles which is honest. Needless to say won t be going back there again.

Not sure how much his place gets good reviews. I called their office, they said they had all the parts for my truck. I go in this morning, waited 15 mins to pull in, they check and I find out they don t have the parts AND it s way more expensive than quoted on the phone , even with their coupon..I asked to get a price ahead of time as well, but they wanted to check my vehicle before getting a price. I suggest you find somewhere else if you don t want to get the run around..

Friendly folks. Took a little while, but considering it was a serpentine belt replacement, those thing take a minute. There's a reason why you can wait in your car....the lobby is spartan at best. Good Value for the price paid. Would come back again.

If you need an oil change and go here ..you will never want to go anywhere else. These guys are GREAT !!! This is the BEST place to get your oil changed. And they check everything out. They told me where I had problems I would have known about. And they aren't telling you cause they are trying to sell anything or make a buck off of you. The stuff I need to get done they don't do. They check your lights wiper blades air filter, oil, they rotated my tires and make sure all your fluids are good. You say yes or no to the work they do. I am very happy with them. So friendly and helpful they will even tell you what you need to take care of in the near future and print it out for you. I hope the guys are this GREAT & thorough in all the Valvoline shops. I took my SUV and I will be taking my car next. 5BIG SHINY STARS TO THEM !!!

First time here and had a great experience. It was busy on Friday afternoon and the wait was about an hour, but I am glad I waited. Service was exceptional, and the entire team was friendly and knowledgeable. Will be a return customer.

Rejected to change the oil saying that im over weight i have ford van I ve been changing oil in valvoline for years and here we go !

I went in to receive an oil change and tire rotation, but they broke a lug on my tire. Valvoline was unable to fix it themselves, so I was forced to go elsewhere for the repair. They comped the price of my tire rotation and replacement lug, but a routine procedure that should have taken 30 minutes became a 3 hour ordeal. The manager, Ryland, should have waived my entire invoice for the trouble I experienced due to their negligence. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Valvoline.Services: Tires, Oil change

This is my 1st time here, and the service was fantastic! The team was fast, efficient most importantly friendly. They worked well as a team and seemed to enjoy their jobs and each other.I highly recommend getting your oil changed here!

I really like this place. They are safe friendly and informative. Fast too in and out in 20 minutes with all the needed service information. I ve brought two different vehicles and get the same service. My one stop oil and lube service center.

I called and talked with a guy named Cliff. I told him that manufactures specifications for my vehicle is a 15w-40 full synthetic oil. He assured me that was fine. Told me because it was going to take 10 qts the price would be higher at $162 and he sent me a coupon for $25 off. Great so far. I got to the rt66 location in Flagstaff. Specifically asked for 15w-40 full synthetic oil. Yup, no problem. I got my receipt and was looking at it before I left. The receipt said 5w-40 not 15w-40. When I asked about it the attendant said that's what they use as a replacement oil . Well I didn't ask for a replacement oil. He offered to take the oil out and put in a 15w-40 blend. I opted to go with the oil already in it but I'm not happy and will get my oil changed ASAP. I will not be going to Valvoline in the future.

I called Valvoline instant oil change and asked if they would be able to do my class C RV. The person on the phone told me "yes, bring it in" and so I did.Once I arrived at the location in Flagstaff Arizona they probably told me that they did not service RVs. When I explained that I had called just the day before and been assured that they did, the person I was speaking with told me I was probably talking with a national call center representative.Either way, I crank the RV up and drove all the way across town to a location which I had been assured would be able to change my oil and was refused service. For this reason I do not recommend this business.

Valvoline serviced our transmission and two days later at the Jeep dealership - all seals were blown and Jeep states it is due to the wrong oil being put in. There were NO leaks when brought in and started leaking almost immediately after. I am pretty sure the analysis by Jeep outweighs Valvoline's claim that their oil supersedes the manufacturers specs. Uh no - they put in the wrong oil and it blew the seals. They stated the service was 30 min and it took them over 1.5 hours - indicative they have no idea how to do this on this 2014 Jeep Cherokee. They were quick to send a claims adjuster however and deny my claim. BBB, Attorney General claim and legal action all underway. I wouldn't let these people touch your car.Service: Transmission

I'm not sure how anyone can rate this place any less than 5 stars. We were first greeted by Rylan, who had such a kind demeanor. He listened to what we were looking to have done with the vehicle and gave us over to Luis to assist us. We traveled across the country from NY, and Luis took really good care of the car by making sure the oil was good, all the fluids were set, and tires rotated. He let us know that 2 lugnuts were missing but tightened up the others on the drivers side. He felt like he truly cared about us and the vehicles quality. He even gave us recommendations for our future travels through Arizona, as well as offered us a full bottle of water while waiting. All of this took approximately 20 minutes, and it was an amazing price. Please give them a try.

We came in on a Saturday around 10 am the guys we quick to get us in. At one point there was 4 guys working on my vehicle giving it a little more TLC. Cedric was energetic and full of positive energy. He also went through the vehicle recommended services for my mileage, make, model and year. They also topped off my washer fluid, check my tire pressure, showed me my dipstick, my air filter, and they did check my under carriage and secured a rattle I heard during my trip from Colorado. Driving off I felt a huge difference and for a very reasonable price! Thank you guys for doing a great job!!

Spent nearly an hour there, and about 15 to 20 minutes after they scanned my vin, to find out they don t have the oil filter in stock.After they scanned my vin, and presumably after they knew, or should have known, they didn t have the parts I was instructed to reset my oil life.Sent out with no services performed and my time wasted.

I was kind of skeptical about the whole "drive-thru" oil change idea, but man was I wrong about it! I didn't have to have an appointment, and the whole process only took about 15 minutes. The staff was extremely efficient and friendly - even helping me with finding a coupon online to save money. I will 100% be going back to Valvoline for my next oil change. It's like the In-N-Out of mechanic shops!

Just as I have always come to know, and now, without a doubt, I have been insured to have a great experience any and every time I come here for my vehicle needs. The guy is here at Valvoline go above and beyond the call it s not only make me feel comfortable, but welcomed, and most importantly Informed about my vehicle I d like to give a shout out to the gentleman named Jack who was taking point on my visit today A+ Jack, your employer must know he s got one heck of an employee with them right now I m sure of course that s only a reflection of the crew that works there and everyone of you guys are A-1 and rock stars in my book I ll see you next time boys

Great experience getting a top off and getting brake lights replaced! These guys were all so nice.. the wait stank but it s to be expected in flagstaff with so many travelers around

If you need your oil changed thus is the place to go. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians will go above and beyond to service your car. They also offer courtesy checks if you just want to see where your vehicle os at.

First time ever using Vavoline. It was a great experience. The guys here are quick and efficient with loads of personality! If you have questions, they have answers. I'll be passing through again next year, God willing, and I'll stop back in for another oil change.

They told me I had tire rot and my transmission fluid was overfull. They took out 2 quarts of transmission fluid and left it dry. I had to put in 1.5 quarts myself. And I have good tires. They should last another 2 years.

I have been to this location several times and have had a great experience every time. Some days I get right in and out and other times they are busy so I had to wait a while in line but regardless if it was busy I never felt rushed or less quality experience. Friendly staff who explain everything they do. They reccomend extras but without any high pressure sales tactics. Great place to get minor maintenance and oil changes.
