During our road trip, we needed an oil change on our GMC 3500 dully. We are picky on who works on our diesel engine but Toby at Jiffy Lube did an absolute wonderful job putting me at ease. They completed an oil change and transmission flush, super fast service. Highly recommended.

Friendly service. But how hard is it to properly replace wiper blades. I made it onto the interstate not more than 5 miles from Valvoline. If it weren't raining, I'd bring it back to them this way.

Alejandro and his team were amazing. They always do a fantastic job.Super quick and easy. You don t have to get out of your vehicle. And they re open on Sundays too, which is amazing.

My visit was a pleasant one. Had oil change, transmission oil change along with tire check, light check, and overall check. Staff were all friendly greeting us and all saying goodbye upon completion. I definitely recommend Valvoline on 89 as they do an excellent job. I'm driving with peace of mind.

First in line. 28 min for oil & filter change. $68 synthetic oil (after applying $25 coupon). 3 cars behind me in bay 2. Valvoline recommended coolant flush. I told them i just had it done 7,000 mi ago. Oh, okay then. Huh?

Great and fast service. I ve used this place a couple of times now since it s on the way home from work. I ve never gone to a place that does instant oil changes before as we used to just change the oil at home. I had a discount code the first time and decided to try it out. Staff was friendly and helpful. They never did try to push for any more services than what I asked for, but they did also help to let me know pricing and whatnot if I did choose to add something on while there. I think the pricing was reasonable and the time it takes to get in and out is a lot faster than going to a dealership or at a mechanic shop. They were kind enough to also check all other fluids to make sure everything looked good. They were even kind enough to top off some of the front differential fluid after noticing a small leak. Definitely coming back for oil changes in the future. Great serviceService: Oil change

I take a 3 of my vehicle's here to be serviced,I have 3 different types if vehicle's and the staff is always friendly especially Sam he always goes above ad beyond to make sure I am getting the best knowledge and care for my vehicles i recommended going here work with Sam he is amazing and will take awesome care of you

Service is great, price is a little high but worth it. Got my oil changed, belt changed, tires rotated, and the basic works. They found a couple burnt out bulbs and got them replaced. Oil change was fast, tire rotation was quick, everyone was on point and knew what they were doing in the shop. Definetly worth it

They only put one bolt back on my skid plate and didnt even align/latch it in right. So I had to fork out $28 for the replacement bolts that I guess they lost. Who knows. The money isnt really the concern here, just an annoyance. It's the risk they are knowingly putting myself and others in and intentionally tried to cover up. I'm just glad I listened to my gut and double checked their work right away before my skid plate flew off. Obviously I wont be going back. Do better.The worst part, you dont even need to remove the skid plate to get to the oil filter, it's an older truck that has plenty of access room.

This was my first time coming through a Valvoline, or any mechanic shop alike. I want to give praise to one of the mechanics who helped me, educated me, and treated me with kindness. Cain is an excellent representative for the company. His professionalism is top-notch. The way he speaks is very professional, compassionate, clear, understandable, and honest. Because of him, and the service that was provided today, I feel comfortable coming back for my next oil change or other services I might need to maintain my vehicle. The experience was enjoyable. I m on a road trip and when I rolled into Flagstaff it was time for an oil change. They got me in right away! The oil change was quick, they actually did the other checks including signal lights and tire check. $60 for standard oil 6 qt. Professional, quick service.

They were very pushy with other services, it sounded like they were stripping the oil drain plug and the price range was higher than expected. Jiffy lube is cheaper, gentler with your vehicle and not as pushy. The only reason for 2 instead of one star was at least they were quick.

In this only visit I dealt with 3 people here Chris Shelby and Tony, each one of them was extremely nice, like extra nice they got me in n out even tho they're really busy. Definitely recommend this place.... i can tell owner over here is taking care of these awesome guys because it reflected on me as a customer

I don t know what other people s experiences entailed but mine was just fine. I went earlier in the morning, they got me right in and it was quick and painless. If you ask for the basic oil change they won t charge you an arm and a leg. All I needed was a simple oil change and they performed perfectly! Thank you from a traveling family on a long cross-country vacation.

Excellent, fast, friendly service! I have about 40 vehicles from F-150's to a Jaguar, and every one of them are brought to Freddie and his crew... Don't let the youth of these techs fool you, they are knowledgable, customer oriented, and enthusiastic. These guys are great!

Found them online, my daughter needed her oil changed. She pulled up and waited about 10 minutes. When it was her turn she was there maybe 15 minutes. It was quick, and easy. We ll definitely go there from now on!

I had a great experience at this location on 9/12/18 - a Wednesday afternoon.The crew who took care of my 25 year old Astro Van - Jack and William - were friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered all my annoying questions with great patience.I had several services performed and the work was done quickly. I waited about 20 mins to get in and then another 30 mins for the work to be completed. When i drove away from the shop I could feel an immediate difference in performance.Contrary to other reviews I felt the pricing here was fair.I highly recommend this shop and would not hesitate to return. Thanks for your help guys!

Worst Valvoline Location ever! Instant oil change is myth here! Almost 75 minutes waiting time! Waited that long! Typically oil changes take 15 minutes! At this location they have highly qualified technicians who are taking average 45-50minutes time for oil change. If you have so much time free and just want to sit in you car at other location than home parking lot. Please please visit this place. Kudos to technicians who are wasting valuable time and changes image of Valvoline in my mind. I don't ever write reviews but this guys really made me write.Service: Oil change

1 hour in line and there s still two cars ahead of us. Slowest service I have EVER witnessed. Same pace by employees seems to be no rush. If you have a couple of hours to kill for an oil change this is the place. We watched and heard more talking than working. These young men have no priorities here. We left after waisting an hour of our travel time. Service: Oil change

Service was excellent, had oil and air filter changed, mechanic's very friendly and do a very good job and they prove to you that they actually changed your oil. Highly recommend if your traveling and need an oil change.

Bays were closed with no service being done, only employee there came out to tell me they were all on lunch and couldn t answer how long that would be or when to expect anyone back.

They left bolts off the skid plate on my wife's jeep rather than taking the time to align the plate properly. There were ZERO bolts left in the center section of the skid plate. Only the large bolt holes at the corners.
