I got a windshield crack on a long road trip and found Urban Auto Glass in Flagstaff. I was in Sedona at the time. They were able order the correct part over the phone and in a couple days, when I was passing through, were able to replace the glass in a very short amount of time. 40min maybe. Everyone from the customer service agent on the phone to the staff at the shop were just amazing. Friendly and responsive. Totally saved me. Thank you Urban Auto Glass.

Went to a well known auto glass repair shop and they were going to charge us $180 for a small rock crack in the windshield. Decided to come to Urban Auto Glass and they charged us only $45 for it. Absolutely would recommend to anyone coming through the area. Great customer service as well.

If you re going to Urban Auto Glass, don t deal with the little secretary Jen! She was rude on the phone and when I asked to schedule to get my truck tinted, she said they were weeks out and hung up on me! No call back whatsoever, despite even leaving a voicemail. Jen single-handedly lost my business for Urban due to how unprofessional she was at work and I wouldn t recommend this place to any of my family or friends. Went elsewhere and got a quality tint done same day with someone who actually wanted my business.

After having difficulty with other larger auto glass shops in town, we were grateful for the prompt and thorough service at Urban Auto Glass. State Farm was able to gain contact with them in less than 10 minutes and they were able to schedule me very quickly. There were a few things other shops were not able to do due to our car having eyesight however, it was not an issue at all for Urban Auto Glass. We would highly recommend coming here and will be using their services for our other cars and family s cars.

Absolutely amazing customer and technical service. Truly, blown away. Bailey, who was my first point of contact was so personable and sincere~that sincerity continued through Matthew, the technician that came to my door step, repaired my windshield in literally 10 minutes. I couldn't even see the crack anymore. Amazing company. I highly recommend them!

I usually don't give reviews but when I do it is usually because of poor service. With Urban Auto Glass it was a completely different story. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve more. Matt at Urban Auto Glass was absolutely amazing to work with. He did absolutely amazing work installing two windows on my Sprinter van that did not previously have windows. Not only was he quick and a super cool guy, his rates were very reasonable. I travel around the west a lot and the next time I need some auto glass repair I will definitely be driving back to Flagstaff to have Matt do the job for me. A+++++++++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Fantastic customer service, excellent work and great people. Bailee, the front desk/office administrator, coordinated with my insurance company which saved me an hour's worth of pain and suffering. Matt, the owner, is an ultimate professional who stands by his work. Mobile service to your site available up to 30/40 miles. They were recommended to me by the auto dealership and they were right!

Quickest and friendliest service around. I've had other glass shops in town work on my car and these guys don't mess around. My new windshield got put in a timely fashion while I was at work, and they dealt with my insurance so I didn't have to pay anything. 10/10 would recommend.

Great service. Quality service. Went in for chip repair on my windshield with a quoted price of $40 for a serious chip and a minor chip with a very small crack. As soon as I asked for the chip repair they ran a quick quote for a new windshield (parts/labor) and told me that if I ever needed a new windshield that I would know what to expect from them. The quoted price was $180 for my 1995 Subaru Legacy. I asked if they would be able to install a new windshield that day and they said that they could pick up the glass and set an appointment in 2 hours. This was also accounting for their lunch so I assume that this time would've been shorter; either way 2 hours is pretty quick. I returned for my appt and they had me out of there in 45mins. I'm happy with the repair and can wholeheartedly recommend these folks to anyone with window needs.

Fast and friendly. We were late and they still treated us well. Our technician was matthew and he spoke well was intelligent and very helpful.i love to be seeing clearly. Not to mention he can do damn good restoration of headlight if you need it.

Had my rear window replaced, Great customer service when I called the office for a quote. My window was replaced the day I called. Matt and his coworker were very friendly, professional and informative when they were repairing the window. Will definitely use Uban Auto Glass again and refer customers!!!

They were quick and job well done so far; they did a windshield replacement. The woman up fro t was kind and attentive, I felt like they cared about making my wait as short as possible and they valued my business. I will go back them should I have any auto glass needs

Picked up a rock chip in the windshield while on a road trip. Based on Google reviews we stopped in Flagstaff at Urban Autoglass. We were there at 0800 and they opened right on time. We were fixed up and on our way at 0815. Very fair price and outstanding customer service. Huge thanks for the great job!!

I'm in a position where I work with a lot of customers with glass repair or replacement. They are super flexible even though I know they stay very busy and not one time have I ever had a time where they have not come through on their promises. They are truly masters at their craft and Bailee, Matthew and Matt are phenomenal people to work with.

Very good service. Called to have windshield replaced. They were very friendly and gave me an appointment within a few days. The replacement was done in less than an hour. I recommend this place.

I've had my tint and several windshields done on my company vans. Fast turn around and not a single issue to date. Matt and his crew are personable, knowledgeable and got the job done quick. Will recommend to anyone wanting glass or tint work in northern Arizona.

I've dealt with other glass shops in Flagstaff, but this one is exceptional! They went above and beyond to take care of me after my windshield was abruptly broken from a rock that was thrown from a big truck. They were able to replace my windshield within an hour after the incident. Thank you Urban Autoglass!

There was a minor noise in our windshield after Urban replaced it.. These guys went after the cause until the found it removing the windshield several times. I've had 4 windshields done by them and tinting.. all of it top notch and the best pricing around. No need to look elsewhere!

Was driving up from Phoenix and got a crack in my windshield. They were able to get me an appointment by the time I arrived in Flagstaff and they had my windshield in stock. All of the staff were very polite and helpful. Very reasonably priced.

Great experience. Brian went out of his way to help me even after our windshield was replaced. Apparently there was a cosmetic wire cover missing from the last glass replacement we had. Brian found the part for me and came back and replaced it a few days later.

I have been a customer of URBAN auto glass for several years. I have used them for glass replacement and tining of all of my vehicles. They are efficient, kind, and the work is impeccable.

Quick and actually $50 cheaper ($205 vs $254) than the Safelite store here to replace the windshield on a Honda. I called at 10 a.m. on a reference from the Honda dealer in town, they gave me a noon appointment and we were done in an hour.

Nice friendly funny workers. Did an amazing job I love the tinted windows. Very fast. We were early but he was able to do it right after the car he just finished.

They did a good job replacing the wind shield but in the process they broke my door handle. Overall I still give them full stars because they replaced that door handle and the staff was really nice and helpful.

The office girl could not be more snippy and rude, I use to recommend this shop to many people.
