My son borrowed my 2016 Ram to go to Albuquerque from Boise. On the way home the truck had transmission issues in Flagstaff. The Ram dealer was not helpful at all. He barely suggested TL Auto. Thank God he did. My son said Tommy was awesome and very helpful. He got them right in and had them on the road in about 4 hours. He could have charged him (me) much more and taken advantage of us. He didn't. It's so nice to come across someone with empathy and compassion for those in tough times. I highly recommend this shop if you ever need maintenance on your vehicle. Thanks Tommy!!!

Very unhappy with the speed and expense that this auto shop provided. He had my son s truck for a month and didn t work on it until end of last week. He was not forth coming with a quote along the way. My husband had to call him several times in order for any communication to take place. We finally point blank asked Tommy/TL Auto for an estimate last week after we had shortened the list that we wanted him to do (brakes and shocks) so we could just get the truck back and he said $858 which was higher than we expected but we agreed to it and said we needed it back by the following Monday and would take care of the rest of the work at a later time. We picked up the truck today only to be charged over $1000 and he didn t even complete the shocks! Thoroughly disappointed and feel completely taken advantage of. We will not return and do not recommend! They will charge you a fortune and take forever and a day in the process.

Tommy absolutely saved the day for us when our 2016 Ram 2500 broke down passing through Flagstaff. We were in the most dire of situations trying to make it back to Idaho when the transmission solenoid went out and put our truck into limp mode. The Dodge dealership did absolutely nothing to help us out and Tommy went above and beyond to help us get the situation under control and get us back on the road. The friendliest techs and the kindest business owner around. I couldn t recommend TL Auto enough, 100 out of 5 stars.

I have recommended TL Auto, Tommy to my friends, family and co-workers. I have brought multiple cars to him and I have confidence in him and in the service he provides. I know I can bring any of my cars (foreign or domestic) or any of my family's cars to this shop and know they will be taken care of. My friend and co-worker were happy with the service they obtain from him as well. My one friend who is a car guy, now has a mechanic that he can trust. As most women are, I'm usually hesitant with mechanics as I don't want to get ripped off. I was referred to Tommy at TL and I'm so happy I went. He explained exactly what to expect including a realistic timeline. The price was right and I feel so much safer driving my truck now. I don't trust anyone when it comes to work on my car, but Tommy is the only one I will ever trust! He's the best technician I've ever had and will ever find! His prices are awesome, he's always straightforward and up front with the work that needs to be done, and he knows his stuff! Seriously, best technician you will ever find! Tommy and his team have gone over and above for both of our vehicles. My husbands 2006 Dodge and my 2016 Honda Pilot. They honor what they quote, dig until they find the core problem and they make the whole experience personal and trustworthy. We will use TL Auto forever and recommend that you do as well!

On our way through Flagstaff to our home in Tucson this past September, our truck broke down. Without any recommendations we landed on TL Automotive because they were the only shop able to see us the next day. The owner was incredibly courteous and helpful, and he and his friendly crew had us back on the road the very next day. Five stars all the way.

Tommy and crew really took care of us. We are from out of town and were having serious vehicular issues on our way back from a camping trip. Tommy made the time for us. Tommy s customer service was exceptional, they were prompt and very helpful.

Tommy and the crew at TL Auto were lifesavers! Had to run from MT/Canada border to AZ/Mexico border in late August. 100+ degrees out and Jeep was overheating. They were able to diagnose issues, fix my ride, and get me back on the road super quick. Cannot recommend them enough!

It took me a week to get my car in to be worked on. I guess you could say when you do good work word gets around. I had a transmission and radiator flush. They got me in and out quickly and pointed out a couple of things I'll need to keep an eye on. I would give them six stars if I could. They got me in and out in one afternoon and did superb work. Other shops would not help me but Tommy jumped in and saved the day! It is a pleasure to meet folks like these guys.

I had heard about TL Auto through a friend and thought I would stop in for an oil change and because I heard some squeaking from my brakes. Felt like they listened to my description of my problem. They explained well their plan and solution. They have a good app for text communication of estimate. Nice method to pay over phone and get keys from lockbox for after hours pickup. Clean shop.

Brought my Bronco in to Tommy for a check over, they went through the entire thing, changed fluids, identified a couple of things to address and wrote up a break down of everything for me. Fair prices, got it done on time. I will definitely go back to to TL for the rest of my work.
