If I could give 0 stars i would . Brian sells lemons , so that they can come to his shop for service. Bought a new Subaru off of him and the timing belt snapped on a "newly" rebuilt engine, it bent all the valves and damaged the pistons. I would 0/100 recommend buying a car from Brian or taking your car here for service . Drove to his shop in Flagstaff az and got lied straight to my face about a rebuilt engine by a Subaru "master"

Brian is knowledgeable, professional and his prices are more than fair. I wish I could find more mechanics like him. If you own a Subaru, this is the place to take it.

Brian is a stand-up guy. He knew what he was doing, went about it in a very professional manner, and was friendly and enjoyable to engage with. I had a wheel bearing go bad on my way through Flagstaff and he managed too get parts and fix it up quite quickly. A big relief to find an honest, knowledgeable mechanic while out on the road. He's worth every penny of his completely reasonable rates. Thank you, Brian! It was a pleasure.

As a single mom it is VERY important to me that I can trust my mechanic. Brian is by far the MOST honest, kind, knowledgeable, and professional mechanic I have ever known. When I need to buy another car I will ONLY get another Subaru to ensure that I continue to have him as my mechanic.There is peace of mind in knowing that my child and I are safe in our car because of Brian.

Subie service was the best auto service I've ever gotten! He is honest and saved me $2500 quoted for an oil leak that didn't exist! He also taught me a lot about my car. Brian is a very skilled mechanic and educator. I'll always bring my car to subie service! Thanks for your service!

Awesome and friendly owner who knows his stuff! Drove up to flagstaff to get a part and was pleased with his reasonable price and kind attitude. Also got my first Subaru from him years ago and still very happy with that purchase. Needless to say, this is the Subaru shop to stop at.

I have owned Subaru's since 1970s GL. That provides lots of opportunity to work with mechanics. Not all are created equal. My experience with Subie Service has been the best automotive experience to date! Professional, very knowledgeable about the product line and cares about the customer and the value provided for the service. I will make the hour drive to have our cars serviced here. Subie Service has earned our trust and we have become loyal customers. If you have an issue with a Subaru repair, Brian knows how to assess the problem and fix it in a timely manner, with total competence, and at a very fair price. We would trust him with any repair circumstance!

If you are a Subaru owner, Brian is the mechanic to keep it serviced and providing many miles of satisfaction. I can not overstate the good fortune of having an honest, skilled, independent Subaru specific mechanic in northern az.

I was having a problem with my old Outback. I was looking for solutions on internet messageboards, my repair manual, etc. No luck. I called Brian, his voicemail said leave a message or send a text. I texted him, describing what my problem was. He walked me through fixing it via text message! What a fantastic guy! What mechanic does that?!@ I'm really grateful, and the next time this dinosaur starts messing around, it'll be Subie Service for sure!

Brian is very honest and upfront about how important an issue is and how much it'll cost to fix. Prices are much better than you'll find elsewhere and he even gives tips on what to do until it can be fixed when appropriate.

Brian went above and beyond to fix my car while I was driving cross country on a trip. He got the work done in less than a day, if I lived in Flagstaff I'd surely always bring my car here. Thanks Brian!

Did a quick tune up and gave us some advice for free, also has courtesy snacks in store. Cool guy and very helpful, although doesn t answer phone (but business hours were accurate!)

This guy must be amazing because he doesn t answer the phone or reply to his text messages. After almost a week with no reply I had to get my Subaru serviced elsewhere.

Great guy, super knowledgeable! Went in for troubleshooting a odd issue as I was passing through on a cross country trip and was taken care of with fast, courteous, and honest service. Highly recommend.
