10/10. Fast service, small business (always support), great service, and super kind people. Caught a rock to my windshield which need to be replaced. They ordered and fixed my windshield in a short time (also understanding we were on a vacation and wanted to get back on the road) and the service was amazing. They also take took our insurance coverage, State Farm! Wish this shop was in my hometown, its rare to find service, care, hospitality, and pricing like this shop and the people who work there! Recommend 110%

I had some damage on windshield, after claim to the insurance, all only took a few days, completed it.The owner, he worked for it.He is absolutely professional and super kind and efficient.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!I highly recommend this auto shop to you and my friends in case you were happen in this area.I ll come back for any other glass work in the future.

These guys are awesome! I called to get my windshield replaced and they got me in the next day. Pam also helped me out with getting my insurance stuff together and made it a very easy process. I had to come back a week later to get my wipers readjusted too and they got it done within 5 minutes!

They did a great job replacing my windshield and were able to order a specific brand for me. They have in-shop tint services and tinted my windshield before install. They also didn't require me to pay for a sensor recalibration like many other shops in the area. My car has all the sensors but the way they're mounted, they don't need to be recalibrated when the windshield is replaced. Very friendly and highly recommended!

These people were amazing. This is the first review I've ever left, but they really went above and beyond and helped me out in a pinch.I had a roadtrip coming up and needed to get my windshield replaced late in the day to keep on schedule and was wary about leaving it broken overnight. They stayed on the phone and worked with me to get my insurance lined up for replacement and get the windshield ordered for shipment from the Valley and even ordered an extra with rainsense that I didn't know my car had installed.Everything lined up, every single person was incredibly helpful and on board, and everything went off without a hitch. Wish I knew about them sooner but they were really my heroes that day!

I brought two vehicles in for broken windshields. The service was outstanding and the prices were good! They got the replacements done quickly and did good work. I'd definitely recommend this shop.

This company also handles Leer camper shells in town. I needed a window replaced in my camper shell and you have to go through an authorized Leer dealer. The lack of response was staggering. I called to ask for a quote, no answer, so I left a message, no call back after over a week. This happened twice. Then I decided to go in person to get a quote. They took a picture of the serial number and took a note of what we needed and said they would call back with a quote. I never heard back. I called again to check on it, no answer, left a message, no phone call back. This took 4 weeks before I reached out to Leer National to get help. They called this dealer to get things going. With their push this shop got the item ordered. It was back ordered from their warehouses and I knew this was going to take time to come in. Finally I called Leer National to see if it had been delivered to the Flagstaff dealer and it had been delivered the day prior. I didn t hear from the local dealer to get it scheduled for installation, so I called. It took another week to actually have it installed. Such a frustrating experience and I was stuck using them since they re the only Leer dealer in town.Service: Installation

The guys were quick, professional, a great price, and did an outstanding job. Also he uses quality glass from what I can tell unlike some larger corporate places. I would recommend them over anyone else in Flagstaff.

They were great! A small business that knew their stuff.Sadly, I was hoping to get ALL my tint removed but they could only do the front part and explained now car manufacturers are making the glass itself tinted on pretty much all vehicles giving me no options for clear.

It was extremely difficult to get an appointment at other places in town to get a window installed that i already had. One quick stop in mark got me booked. He was quick and matched the tint on my cracked windows to the passenger side perfectly. The best part is it was fractions of what other places charge. Ask for Mark 10/10 would recommend

Stopped by 30 minutes before closing and they took care of my rock chip. Especially good since I was traveling and just in Flagstaff for the night. Fast and friendly, I recommend them.

I came in to get a windsheild replaced after it cracked about a year ago. I came and have no complaints. The owner (Greg) is friendly and provides a professional service for a good price. He did a great and quick job at replacing my windsheild. I would reccomended this business to those looking to fix their windsheilds.

I had some unfortunate damage to my back window and nowhere else in town could fix it for almost a week, but when we called Storm we were told I could come in the next morning and get it fixed, super convenient! Greg was not only fast at fixing my window, but also super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He dealt with the insurance himself which was a huge help to me. Mark also did a great job tinting my window before it went on, overall such a great experience. I highly recommend this place, this is the first place I ll come if I ever need anything else in the future!

Have taken both my vehicles here within the last year and both experiences have been very good. Great customer service and they were genuinely appreciative of my business. They made the process very easy and did a conference call with my insurance. Nice to see a business that provides excellent customer service!

For starters they answered their phone. They were prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. So far as I can tell, they did a great job of replacing my windshield and tinting my windows.

I highly recommend Storm Auto Glass. Greg was very professional and got my van in the shop less than 24hrs after I called. They worked seemlessly with my insurance and I had a new windshield completely replaced in less than 45mins.

Called on a Monday and scheduled a window tinting for 10am on a Friday the same week, drove from an hour and half away to be there at 10. I was then told it would be another hour and half till he would be finished with the car before me, which wasn't even started yet. I called at noon only to be told that he hadn't even start the car before me and would not be ready for maybe another hour and half. Very poor service.

Went to Storm for window tint on my pickup. Got right in and job was done in about an hour. $60 for 2 windows, not bad! Best part is that they don't remove your door panels to do the work.

Seriously the most seamless, easiest, friendliest, transaction to have work done on my car I've ever experienced. Any glass work or whatever else they offer I will need in the future I will try to have done.Awesome dog by the way.

My family and I were driving from Albuquerque to Los Angeles when a rock decided to strike and crack our windshield. Luckily, we were 20 min from Flagstaff and we quickly decided to look for glass repair places in a town we are not familiar with. Storm Glass was the most reasonable prices and easiest to get in on a whim. They also got us going in 15 minutes! Thanks Storm glass.

Greg did a great job fixing 2 small chips in our RV windshield. We made an appointment and we were on our way in a short time. Highly recommended.
