Went to get my tire balanced. Eric doesn t know what cross-threading is and proceeded to do so to my stud and lug nut. I ve never had any problems with my studs like that, yes they can be finicky but you just gotta have patience and not use an impact if it doesn t wanna go on. $100+ later at another shop to get it fixed. Shout out Big O. Plus my tire wasn t balanced right. Just nice i wasn t charged for it.

Had a blow out 40 miles south of flagstaff. My tech was fast, efficient and effective with top notch customer service. Big shout out to Jeff. Even grabbed my triangles and brought them to me to help keep me out of danger. Thank you guys again.

I had a great experience working with this establishment. Nate did a great job, I was in and out fast.Prices were fair and better than most in flagstaff.I highly recommend this business.

Had an excellent experience, working with southern tire mart in Flagstaff. Had a hard time finding someone who would even look at my bus, but they went above and beyond. More than reasonable pricing and excellent service. Even took a look at a few other things that needed some minor attention, and gave some recommendations. Highly recommend this place. Really grateful for their help. Nate, Jeremiah, and Carlos were awesome!

my family and i were on the road back home and we had a tire blowout on our trailer. I was unfortunately unable to get the guys name that was helping us, but he was absolutely so helpful and so nice! The service and staff here is incredible and so are the prices! Would recommend going here for your tire needs!

I'm a full time nomad travelling in an RV. I got a flat tire while camping and Marshall Lake and needed road service. Jeff from Southern Tire Mart was dispatched to my aide. He put the spare on and invited me to spend the night at their location for am service. EVERYONE I encountered at this store was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The GM (I met briefly), the sales guy (pretty sure Nate, maybe Jake), he gets 11 out of 10 stars. The techs were all great as well. I asked one of the techs a question about my leaky front hub on the passenger side. Next thing I know he's offering to swap out the hub for a brand new one and the cost was WELL below expectations. I had just been at a large/expensive Cummins shop and they couldn't even find the part. These guys gave me a camp spot for the night, salvaged my tire (bad valve), sold me a new used spare (the one I drove off the mountain with was VERY old) and fixed my leaky hub (BONUS!!). All for less than $400. I'm almost hoping something else goes wrong while I'm in the area so I can go here first. Support this shop. They're doing it right.

Brought my Chevy Spark in to have what might have been a leak checked out. Nate & co were super helpful. They took a look, ran some tests, and fortunately nothing was wrong. They topped off the air and sent me on my way.I have to say I was really impressed with how courteous and helpful Nate was with each customer who called or walked in (same could be said of the other office worker, but I didn't catch her name). I really appreciate that kind of courtesy and professionalism when I see it.These folks seem honest and easy to work with. I'm just passing through, but if I find myself in the area again and need my tires looked at, I'd trust these guys.

We stopped in for an alignment, after 140 miles of PotHole Obstacle Course on 40, and found out our 'new' tires were not so new.... 10 to 12 years old actually! Thank God they noticed and suggested we replace them! We had no idea. It was $1700.00 for 6 brand new Firestones, which is a fantastic price. We live in KaKaKalifornia and are accustomed to being reamed for everything, thankfully that was not the case here. They took care of us in about 90 minutes changing 6 tires. The guys were all super sweet and nice. Very hardworking men here. We are so happy to have found this place, they definitely prevented a bad accident from a tire blowout. We will be returning to them in the future. New permanent customer. Thank you all again for your help! :) We are forever grateful to the team here at Southern Tire.

Called the night before and they said they had the tires. Went in at 7:30 am, sat for an hour and was told they didn't have the tires! Went to Pep Boys and was out in 45 minutes.

We live in Northern AZ and there are next to no places to purchase and install RV tires. We were excited that we found this place and very pleased with the service we received. The prices were also reasonable.

This place is awesome!!!! They are first come first served, but they do their best to get you back on the road that same day. We pulled in with a camper brake issue. They got down to figuring out what they needed and got the parts ordered. The brake kit we needed was on back order then didn't come in the shipment that day but they worked with the parts supplier to figure how to get us back on the road yet that day.The tech and another guy stayed until the job was done (which was almost 2 hrs after the business closed). We are very grateful for the work and knowledge they have to get us back on the road!

I blew a tire on the massive potholes going down the I-40. Had to get towed 96 miles at 1am to the nearest tire shop (southern tire mart). Not a fun situation to be in but Nate and the guys at southern tire mart were all awesome. Nate, especially, really took care of us and went the extra mile to help us out!

My trailer had a flat tire so uhual called this place and they came quick. I did not have to wait long. Jeff is the guy who helped me and he was awesome! He was quick at changing my tire and was really respectful! Shout out to Jeff and Southern Tire Mart.

Both our RV and car had a tire with a slow leak. This place got us in and out in a timely manner, and the price was super reasonable! I like to give a shout out to good businesses. If you're ever in Flagstaff and need tire repairs, check them out!

After calling a dozen places to repair a leaking hub on our Class A motor coach, we finally found someone who (A) did not have a ridiculous backlog due to being overbooked because of being understaffed, (B) actually would work on the axle because it s an RV, (C) and could have us fixed up the same day. Caleb of Southern Tire Mart took my call stating that his shop could have the repair made today. We made the short drive and arrived 15 minutes later. They got us in immediately, diagnosed it, and had it repaired within an hour. And, the BONUS was the fair cost (because the leak was becoming an emergency, we would have paid much more.) One hour of labor and some minimal parts came to less than $125. My husband was thrilled with the speed, workmanship, and professionalism. I, of course, was thrilled with the price. We are on the road again! Thank you Caleb and Nate!!

Came in with a Tire that one of the national chains had repaired twice unsuccessfully Southern Tire Mart employees were quick to get me in and knowledgeable they had me on my way in about 20 minutes. Streets and Roads around the facility would be easy to get anything from a small car to a truck or large bus into their facilities no problem they seem to have everything it needs to get the job done another guy came in and they had a used tire ready to go for him since he was also from out of town there seems to be a mixture of local customers regulars and us out-of-towners which is great very happy and would recommend to anyone.

So...I had a blowout tire on my trailer. I called the shop to see if they can do the job and if they have any waiting time. They said no waiting time. 15 minutes later when I got at shop somehow they had 2 trucks that they were working on. I had to wait one hour and a half until they started working on my truck. I complained a little bit to the manager and the manager made it right by having me out in 15-20 minutes with a good bye gift.

The tech that came to my rescue was named Jeff. Very friendly, and showed up under the time estament. He worked very fast and had no problem telling me everything he was doing and why. I STRONGLY recommend this company and this tech

I am the driver for Budget moving and storage out of Rockville Maryland.For the last 10 years we only deal with southern tire Mart.In my experience their prices, and customer service skills are unbeatable.I strongly recommend all of you owners operators and transportation companies to come and join the team of southern tire Mart.You have nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain.

My car broke down in flagstaff the day before thanksgiving. Try to get a mechanic to work on your car that day. Impossible. My wife was in the hospital in flag. They took care of me and got me on the road within an hour. I've got a 68 cougar and they had all the knowledge and expertise to find the problem and get the car running perfectly. Thanks to them they helped my stress level go down and got my car running great. The could have easily told me a dozen things were wrong and build up a bill but they went right to the problem and fixed it. Thanks guys.

Guy at the counter friendly and wu�ith a great attitude ywt the people that actually do the work, bad polr attitude, to amke matters worst, they dis a poor job, i requestwd a sparw mount and he did not inspected the valve, ended up in my trailer blowing the tire 100 miles down the road. This could if been avoided. Basically had to purchase another tire at a diffwrwnt place and they had to redo the work at Bill williams in amarillo, tx. Avoid this place if you can

Hit a rock coming from Sedona which split the sidewall. Nate hooked us up with a new set within an hour and we were back on the road to Vegas!! Friendly, clean & awesome customer service!! Thanx so much Southern Tire Mart!!
