Mr. Kelly came right to both campgrounds we stayed at an hour apart! He had the warranty parts shipped to him and even connected us directly with the warranty provider! (Which is more than I can say for the salesman who sold us our brand new RV last June! He was very patient and knowledgeable when explaining what was going on the roof ( which kept my husband from having to climb on the roof one more time!)I wish we had this company back home for all our future repairs!

Kelly was FANTASTIC!!! He was professional, courteous and very thoughtful in completing the job. We called him to fix a slide cable that had broken, which turned out to be a bit of a challenging job as the motor/gearbox had come loose from the wall as well. I have used numerous RV mobile services on this trip as well as over the years, and he is very fair on his pricing:-). After Kelly finished the slide work he did a courtesy inspection of the roof, water heater, and fixed two slide covers that had rolled up improperly due to high winds at NO additional charge. If you need mobile RV support in the Phoenix, AZ, Kelly is your man!!!!!

We had a weird incident where I could not figure out an electric humming coming from the basement of our '22 Mobile Suites. It's Saturday, cold with snow predicted. I was worried we would not have power in this upcoming cold. I called a couple of RV Techs, who referred me to Kelly with Southern Hospitality. I called Kelly and explained the humming as well as my inability to get it to stop. He asked me to send a pic of the part where I heard the humming, which I did. It was the hydraulic brake actuator. Within minutes he troubleshooted and told me to check the emergency brake release. OMG that was the problem! The wind had tangled the brake release and pulled it out. The hydraulic brake actuator did what it was supposed to do. What a great company and a great guy. Answering the phone on a Saturday, with his family, which I could hear in the background and taking care of a panicking older couple with an electrical problem. He helped me over the phone got me figured out and would not take any kind of payment other than a thank you. I certainly would recommend Southern Hospitality RV repair. I know we couldn't thank Kelly enough!

Such a sweetheart. We had a slide stuck out in Meteor Crater park. We were in the middle of a four week trip! Service tech at our dealer and YouTube were of no assistance. Despite his having surgery this morning he was able to talk us through bringing this slide in and locking it down for travel. Saved the day! Very professional and knowledgeable. Bless you!

We were parked in page arizona when our water heater went out. We had actually just replaced it a few days prior as we do all the maintenance on our rig ourselves. The water heater worked the night prior, but suddenly didn't work the next day leaving us perplexed. Since we stay off grid we decided to drive to Flagstaff in order to get some help as we were tired from weeks on the road and just wanted a hot shower. We began calling shops in Flagstaff as we drove down the 89 and had actually pulled over next to the 160 for a breather. My husband called another shop that actually recommended us here and we were told that this guy had alot more knowledge and could probably help us. We noticed he was closed on Sundays but decided to call just so we could leave a message with hopes he would call us back the next day to help us. Surprisingly he answered the phone, on a Sunday, while he was closed! He also had his kids and was actively making them lunch when he answered the phone. He was able to talk my husband through everything while we were on the side of the road. It turned out to just be a blown fuse but it was just beyond our knowledge. This guy (so sorry I didn't catch his name) totally saved the day as we had also started to hit high winds and without a diesel engine were unable to drive the rest of the way into Flagstaff. He also warned us about the road going into Cameron as it can get bumpy and easily flip trailers. We were able to get an RV Park spot for the night in tuba city and didn't have to drive all the way to Flagstaff and ended our day with a hot shower. Over all he totally saved the day, helped us prevent a possibly sticky situation with the roads, and we honestly enjoyed listening to him make his kids PBJ while helping us lol. Overall it was a great experience since we've never had to reach out to a tech for help. We highly recommend this place and are even considering calling him back for some other issues we had just given up on. Five stars all around!

Kelly was able to walk me through some problems I was having with my Renogy 3000watt inverter. Had me up and running in less than 10 minutes. He even answered questions on another solar problem I was having. ALL OVER THE PHONE!!! Kelly s the best, courteous, knowlegable ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!

I wish I could leave 0 stars! He took our $ to repair our awning and side of 5th wheel while my wife was working as a travel nurse in Arizona last winter and then had a 100 excuses and never did the repairs!! We received a court judgement against him after months of trying to get him served by the constable and now he isn't paying that either. This guy is a crook!UPDATE as of 11/6/ 2023 Mr .teague didn't want to return the parts and balance of money that we gave for our repair. When I spoke to him in April he agreed he had plenty of work to pay the judgement down, in May of this year he did made a payment. Since then he will not answer my calls or respond to any texts or emails. Now I can't even send him an cash app request for payment because he blocked me from doing so. I would be very careful to consider using his company to do your repairs.Services: Roof repair, General repairs

Kelly is a Godsend! We had a unique situation with our in-belly propane tank, and he provided great counsel and explanations over the phone. He really knows his stuff! Helped calm my worries as I don t want to mess around with propane issues! Now I get to cook a hot dinner on my stove top. Thanks Kelly! I will absolutely be using your services if anything else goes array on our trip.

I was stranded in Flagstaff on one of the coldest weeks of the year and during a huge snow storm - and my Webasto heater went out in my van. I had a place to stay, but was stressed about the water system...and the fact that I had planned to be leaving Flagstaff two days after the heater broke. Kelly was super responsive, super kind and compassionate, and super thorough. All really important when you're stuck and can't figure out the repair yourself! I called every number I could find before finding Kelly and he was the first and only willing to make it a priority to come help me, even though my brand heater was not yet in his wheelhouse. He has great energy and knows his way around most RV builds it seems. I have a custom van, so those can be the hardest because we all do them differently. He stated he liked the experience and even gave me a year warranty on his work even though the whole debacle was more an issue of this heater having issues at altitude. He also left me with the fact that he is looking up the modification to help it perform better at altitude and will contact me when he figures it out. I will happily hire him again if I have issues...but I hope I don't! Thank you for everything, Kelly!

Great service, reasonable prices, friendly and knowledgeable.We had a big problem, when all 4 of our house batteries were on their last leg. We ve been wanting to upgrade to AGM. A job I was not looking forward to. He handled easily.We also suspected a problem with our on board propane. He quickly diagnosed our regulator was bad and replaced it.We re back on the road as planned!He has a great personality too. We re very happy with the work. I definitely recommend him.

My brand new travel trailers toilet broke. Water was everywhere it was gonna snow that evening, I was worried about pipes freezing and having NO water. This happened around 2pm. Desperately calling around finally got Kelly on the phone sent some pictures and he gave me a super reasonable quote. Came to my spot same day and plugged the water line, ordered my new toilet and installed it right away. Helped me work with insurance and everything. I could not be happier with my experience with Kelly at Southern Hospitality RV. I had a number of problems with my camper that needed fixed while far from home on a roadtrip. I called Kelly and he showed up to my campsite quickly and was able to get me up and running so I could continue my trip. He also taught me a lot about my camper and all its systems, which was invaluable to me as a new camper owner. I can't recommend this business enough - if you have a problem, call him first.Thank you so much, Kelly. With all your work and advice, I'm sure the rest of my trip will be much smoother (knock on wood).

It was an emergency when my roof leaked due to heavy monsoons. Southern Hospitality RV Services met with me the same day I called, and did a thorough assessment of my roof and entire camper. They went out of their way to educate me about some ins & outs I didn t know about RV living, and they worked within my budget. They did outstanding work and repaired my roof along with other issues they came across. It was late afternoon and we had an electrical issue with our coach. We are in Williams, AZ for the summer and no repair facilities or mobile repair near by.Called Kelly from Southern Hospitality rv in Flagstaff. He answered and was very patient with me and walked me thru steps to see if it was a problem that could be remedied on the phone and to call him back. We'll no luck on my end. Called back and he said that he would move some appointments around and be there soon. How many mobile rv companies would do that or they would say, we can make you an appointment in a couple of days? We have been rv'ing full time since 2015 and Kelly was the most friendly and professional I have met in our travels. He has my endorsement and my business when we are in the area again.It was a simple problem that he fixed and gave us advice on other matters concerning our rig.Much Mahalo's (Thank you) Kelly! Called about frozen holding tanks in Flagstaff Az. Kelly was busy but txtd right back that he would call. Got call in in 5 min. He advised what could work to fix problem. Followed his advice and tanks were good by night fall. Super appreciative! Would definitely call agin for any problems. Thanks!!!!

We were in situation where our tow vehicle was in the shop and was stranded at a truck stop waiting for repairs. We were getting low on propane and had no transportation. Called up John and he brought us out some propane. While he was here, he adjusted our generator to work properly in high altitude, inspected the roof, and did a walk around just to check up on the rv. Very friendly and thorough service. Glad we found Southen Hospitality RV service.

I called and he met me within the hour. Our generator was kicking off when we turned it on. Simple fix. Got is back in the rode. It was very important to us to be able to get this fixed quickly as we have our 4 year old grandson with us and heading to see 3 other grandkids. Very sweet and honest. Number is saved if we need him again. 5 stars

Kelly is very professional and very qualified. He is very communicative and explains things in the repair 101 style that you can understand.If insurance is needed he will do all the work for you, which is great if you are not so computer savvy!!Kelly will fix it right not Jerry Rig , which is a blessing in itself! Called for gas leak in RV. Determined it was an odor coming off bad batteries. Replaced. Did roof check and found a couple places needed sealing so did that and small shower repair. He was extremely prompt, picked up the batteries second day and stayed in communication. Fair pricing and great service.Service: BatteryService: Battery

I reach out to Southern Hospitality Rv Repair on a Sunday afternoon not expecting an answer but to my surprise, the phone was answer. I explained my situation and to my surprise he agreed to came out the next day. He traced the problem and fixed it right away. He took the time to talk to me and showed me what happened. Considering all that he did I felt the price was right. I will come back to Southern Hospitality Rv Repair again and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Kelly was a total hero - he was very communicative and even went back to get a new lock set when the lock set we needed to replace wasn t quite right. Would 1000000% recommend!
