10 stars go out to sounds good for my app and everything they re doing to help me fix my 2003 Chevy Tahoe this company and the employees are hands-down the best. If you need any body work any kind of collision repair or need a system. I would refer you to sounds good. This team is beyond excellent when it comes to customer service, they go above and beyond the expectations

My visit to Sounds Good Mobile was a delightful experience. The knowledgeable staff, speedy installation, and great deal they offered me exceeded my expectations. I'm thrilled with the audio upgrade in my car, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for audio installations. They've earned a loyal customer in me!ps: If you are shopping for new cars with android auto/apple car play, consider buying a used car instead and having these guys upgrade the head unit. Its WAY cheaper!

Best car alarm purchase that I've ever made. I had to take old Bessie in to fix her truck alarm. Nope, fried after 17 years. New Viper alarm with starter and a couple of actuators was just what I needed. Good price, excellent customer service all the way through and the finished job is perfect!

I am so glad that I called Sounds Good Mobile! My car was having audio issues, and the local Honda dealership was going to charge me hundreds of dollars just to diagnose the problem. Nick listened to my car s issues and was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He was honest, responsive, and friendly. I highly recommend coming here for all of your car audio needs!

I gave them a brand new stereo in the box and an unopened wiring harness. All they had to do was swap out the stereo and attach the harness. They didnt use the harness i gave them at all. They clipped most of the wires and we found a couple screws they didnt put back that hold the stereo in place right behind the stereo. They also left loose wires under the passenger side dash under the glove box. Also the stereo controls have not worked ever since. I have tried calling them numerous times since to have them fix it but never got a call back. Never got a refund or the harness i gave them. I'm never going to them again. Had to take my car to my brother who used to work in a stereo shop so he can fix it now.

I took my Sprinter based motorhome to Sounds Good to install a double DIN stereo which I had purchased online. I made the appointment and took the vehicle in at the appointed time.The first thing they did was criticize my choice of stereo. I should have left right then.Many hours later, around closing time they called to say that the vehicle was done. I paid the hourly rate and left with the vehicle however I felt as if I was getting a bums rush the entire time I was there.I took the vehicle on the first long road trip and discovered that the microphone was completely useless as they had literally left it hanging from the bottom of the dash near the accelerator pedal!I couldn't make calls, or use Android Auto or Apple voice commands because the microphone couldn't hear me! Not only that, compensating volume won't work on the stereo because the microphone is vibrating against part of the chassis the entire time.When I returnrd from the road trip I went back to Sounds Good to point out the microphone and they offered, if I would purchase an upgrade they would relocate the microphone for no additional charge.I left this stew for months, but I am increasingly dissatisfied with this installation. I'm going to take care of the problems myself but I do not recommend Sounds Good

We recently got heated seats, sub, remote start, and a head unit/camera. All of the work has been top notch, communication has been clear and all of the employees have been great. James has a great team that cares about the work they do. Gonna be bringing in a 2nd car there soon, definitely one of the best audio shops I've been to.

Installed an alarm and auto start remote for me. Super friendly and helpful. Did awesome work!!! Went back to have a new remote programmed and they did it in just seconds! These guys are the best and yes, I would drive from Phoenix to have these guys work on my systems. Thank you!

The staff are very informative and helpful at reaching a conclusive decision on what speakers and subs to get. I had one visit so far and it will not be my last. The price is fair for the components and labor fee. + my speakers sound amazing. Had to come back 2 months later for an issue with my sub and they fixed it under 30 minutes no charge. Get your car systems done here!

Cannot say enough good about Sounds Good! From the first contact phone call to driving off the lot with our new stereo, everyone we came in contact with went beyond what I have come to expect these days. We highly recommend Sounds Good! The customer service here is amazing! James, the owner, dropped everything on a busy day to help me with a wiring issue with my solar/ARB fridge set-up and solved my problems within the hour.I highly recommend this business for wiring/electrical needs as well as the auto body business also owned by James in the back. They ll take care of you and are entirely trust-worthy!

Great staff. Great prices. Great rates. Even better products. Nelson was a chill Salesman that knew his product and knew how to troubleshoot any problems with my car. The owner is very hands on guy and even took the time to breakdown my new 12 sub. My deck on a Buick Enclave 2013 is on alder touchscreen model so I needed a professional touch and the finish product was clean and no hassle with wires. When the sound came on I get why they call them sounds good cuz boy.. was it good I will bring back my business to them to finish my side speakers. Look no further! 100% Customer satisfaction

These guys are the only ones within 100s of miles do breath work for a total pos co. They only do it for the customers. I m in there often this place seems amazing from a guy who spent a couple hours just observing. Even the owner stated after close to try and make it right. If your giving this place a 1 star, maybe the problem was not the shop.

I recently had the guys at Sounds Good do an Apple Carplay radio deck in one vehicle and a set of speakers and sub in another. Both were fantastic experiences! Fair prices, great work, and great customer service. Nelson is a great service writer and kept me updated the whole time. Strongly recommend!

My battery dies overnight every night now. When I spoke to the owner about how they messed up the electrical system he called me a mean, nasty person and hung up on me.I ve never had to jump it in 3 years. They won t accept responsibility for their error. I was passing through town and this place was my only option. What a mistake!

These guys are honestly fair and worth the money. They really work with you and your schedule. I had them install an alarm on my car and new door locks on my car for its 200k birthday. They worked after hours for me since I work 7-4 and gave me a great price and even helped fix my speakers in my car. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is my passenger doors lock isn't put quiet back right but luckily it still locks and unlocks. Hopefully there's no issues but for now I'm happy!!!

I've been a customer of Sounds Good for almost 5 years now, in the past I've only experienced high quality service when I've purchased my speakers, amps, or sub woofers. Specifically James provides exceptional customer service. I'm going in within a couple weeks to get a light bar installed onto my truck and expect the same high quality service I've always received. Thanks Sounds Good for caring about customers! Highly recommended!

Great experience. Came in towards the end of the day and still had great service. Guy was willing to take the time to walk me through what the differences are and recommendations for my specific vehicle which is always a plus in my books. Good people there and would definitely recommend even if you re only looking for advice!

I had these guys upgrade my whole sound system in a Jeep. They did an amazing job. The whole staff and owner are really knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me different options as to what I can do. Not pushy at all. My keel sounds AMAZING! Highly recommend.

James and crew did an excellent job installing a remote starter for my car. very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone else to them. prices are also good.Edit: many cars later, James and crew are still awesome.

Sounds Good Rocks!!! Nelson hooked my 2020 Tacoma up with Alpine speakers in the doors, a Rockford Fosgate Punch bass speaker behind the rear seat and an Alpine Amp to give it the volume I crave. I highly recommend these guys. The installer was awesome too. Thanks guys.

I was skeptical at first. I went and got some subs installed, and upon dropping it off they didn't really give me a time they estimate it will be done (i scheduled an appointment and dropped it off early), whatever, expected it to be done at the time it was scheduled. I called about an hour after the scheduled appointment they said they still didn't start and will pull it in. Long story short i didn't end up getting my car back until the tomorrow afternoon (it was ready in the morning at opening but i wasn't able to go right away). Upon picking it up they said they were in shop until around midnight catching up, that's dedication. I was worried up until i got it because of the lack of communication. It was installed perfectly, hooked up great and i have had 0 issues so far. Besides the lack of communication and behind schedule (I didn't judge or question, hard to know what's going on behind doors) they did an incredible job for an affordable price. I will be sure to come back for any future installations and will reccomended friends for sure.
