Unfortunately, I cannot recommend 7 Days Auto based on our recent experience with them. We brought in our 1995 Dodge Ram Van for assistance with a transmission leak we noticed near the speed sensor while visiting the Grand Canyon. Although they addressed that particular issue, we were disappointed that despite our inquiries about any other potential issues before embarking on a long journey to New Orleans , they failed to thoroughly inspect our van. Shortly after leaving their shop, we discovered a major transmission leak in the front of our van, which we're certain was present when it was in their care. Thankfully, we found another mechanic who provided a much more thorough and reliable service. But we had to spend more money to fix a problem that was there in the first place.Additionally, we decided to have the brake pads replaced while at 7 Days Auto. Unfortunately, the job was not done properly. We had to return because a piece was incorrectly placed, resulting in it scratching the inside wheel. Shortly after, we noticed a strange sound coming from the front brakes after just 100 miles. It turns out that 7 Days Auto failed to install the clips on the brakes to hold them in place, causing them to move when not in use.Overall, our experience with 7 Days Auto was extremely disappointing. It's disheartening to feel as though we were taken advantage of, especially as travelers who may not have the opportunity to return for further assistance. Their lack of professionalism and attention to detail is concerning, and I would recommend others to seek services elsewhere.

On a Sunday, I brought my car to this location since it was one of the few places open. Initially, they conducted a pressure test and claimed nothing was wrong despite my concerns about the check engine light and coolant levels. After insisting, they reevaluated and identified an issue with the radiator, providing an estimate and ordering the necessary part. However, the lack of communication and delays led me to take my vehicle elsewhere after five days of waiting with no timeframe. The new company I went to resolved the problem promptly and maintained clear communication with me throughout the entire process. Despite this, upon picking up my car from the new company, I discovered that the engine cover was missing, and they informed my car didn t have one on when I brought it in. After several tries to get in touch with Seven Day Auto, I managed to connect with them on the third day and verified they did indeed have my engine cover. Following our discussion, it was apparent that they were aware of having the engine cover but did not make any effort to inform me they had it. The overall experience over the course of 5 days + with Seven Day Auto left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated, and I wouldn t recommend their services due to the unprofessionalism and poor communication I experienced.4/6 Update: The engine cover I received from them was incorrect as it did not belong to my vehicle. I had to contact them once more to request the correct engine cover that was mine, and return the one that they gave to me, which actually belonged to a different vehicle.

Called about getting some work done, received a quote, and had my car in there within the next couple days. The work was done same day. When I went to pay, the actual cost was higher than the quote I received, and I mentioned that (nicely!) and the person I worked with honored the quote. I would definitely bring my car here again in the future.

I needed some work done on the weekend because I work Monday thru Friday and it was difficult finding a good TRUSTED Mechanic.. I gave these guys a call and they got me in quick and very affordable. Also later they did Warranty work as well which was another AWESOME Experience. I Highly recommend Seven Day Auto.

Brakes were making a weird noise on my car, only in town for a night and they were able to squeeze me in on Sunday morning with short notice and get it checked out and fixed in just a few hours. Very friendly and a good price. Definitely recommend.

We were driving fromMinnesota to California, we stopped at the Grand Canyon for a day. When our engine light came on. They took us right in and fixed the problem, the mechanic said there was an issue with our front axle. We had them fix that and originally was pleased with our service and gave them an extra $50 to buy lunch for the crew.Three weeks later the driver side front wheel collapsed. Apparently they didn t tighten the bolts on the shock they had to move when they replaced the axle. Fortunately it happen in a parking lot, if on the freeway at seventy miles an hour, I probably wouldn t be here to leave this review. I reached out telling them about not tighten the bolts, no response. My drive back to Minnesota I stopped every two hours checking the bolts, so it was a long stressful drive. When I returned to Minnesota, I had our mechanic check things over to makes sure I wouldn t have any problems. It seems they damaged the seal when putting the axle in, damages the ball joint and the shock assembly was damage. Which changing one side, need to do the other side. So I paid seven day auto $644 + $50 tip, then I spent $2100 have the damage fix from their incompetent work, which could have resulted in my death and I imagine a lawsuit for there negligence

Best experience and service ever !!!!!My daughter was recently on a trip from Phoenix to Salt Lake on a Saturday. When she noticed, she had coolant leaking from her car.She went to a big box repair shop and Was quoted 1600 dollars and the repairs would not be able to be completed until Monday. From Salt Lake I called around to repair shops in the Flagstaff area and found seven day auto. I talked to Trina she told me it was possible to get it fixed on Sunday. She called around to verify parts availability and unfortunately no parts were available. I called my daughter and told her to take the car seven day auto and have a second opinion and planned on having her leave the car there for repairs. Upon arrival at seven day auto Joe came out and did an inspection and pressure test on the car. Found out it was a small leak at the thermostat housing. I talked to Joe on the phone and ask him if he thought it would be a problem finishing her drive to Salt Lake. He topped the coolant off and told me did not think it would be a problem finishing her drive. This is the kind of service we should all strive to achieve. Joe is an incredible mechanic, very patient. I love everyone I have met in this shop, I have old Ford's, and they are the only mechanics I have found that happily work on older vehicles. They make sure to let you know all your options and are very cost conscious. Whi recommend to anyone.

Amazing service! I was coming from Sedona when I noticed a large piece of plastic was hanging from the bottom of my car 7 day auto got me in RIGHT AWAY after calling and removed the plastic within 10 minutes of arrival and free of charge!!!They were soo kind. Excellent service , I highly recommend.

I could not ask for a better shop to limp my van too. Jayden was very honest and hard working. I came in on Saturday on a holiday weekend for a new break and rotor. Jayden got it fixed and running smoothly. Before I could leave the shop my van started to smoke. He looked over it and found out my AC compressor locked up and took out my accessory belt. Jayden went right back to work on it and stayed after hours to get it fixed. He gave me a few options and was honest about how he felt about them. We went with a quick fix to get me home to Pennsylvania. I'm very thankful for Jayden he got me back on the road. If I could have given this shop 10 Stars I would. I now have a trusted shop in Flagstaff. Thank you again Jayden

This is a really great company the staff are true professionals. They are knowledgeable, kind, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond for you. On a recent cross country road trip they were able to replace our transmission in our car. They diagnosed the issue where two other shops could not. They worked with us to expedite our service due to our limited time table traveling cross country. They did a fantastic job on our car, I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.Service: Transmission

Even with unseen issues beyond the shops control, they still managed to get us on the road in a brisk and timely manner.Every employee at this shop is professional and kind. On a road trip from California to New York, we noticed our check engine light came on. Normally it would be close to impossible to find a mechanic open on a Sunday but we were so blessed to find Seven Day Auto Service open (hence the name). The co owner a young man was so friendly and kind. He immediately assisted us and in less than 15 minutes resolved our issue, luckily it was a minor fix but even luckier to find an honest mechanic to get us back on the road safely. Thank you for all your help this morning may your business continue to be successful because travelers like us need great mechanics like you to help us out. Thanks aka Barney Fife (lol)

Jayden and his team literally saves my day! My truck s gas pedal stopped worked while driving down I-40 and I had to get towed. I called 7 day and a super sweet woman answered and said they could take a look at it the next day (Sunday). I was supposed to be driving to Phoenix on Monday and now my truck wouldn t even start! Jayden was extremely kind and knowledgeable while explaining what could have been wrong. A super nice older man had my truck fixed by Sunday afternoon, allowing me to make it to Phoenix for a flight on Monday! I would have been stuck without their help. Y all are the best! Seven Day Auto provided great high quality work on my car. They replaced my timing belt and water pump on my 2005 Toyota Camry. The work was high quality with great communication. I will highly recommend them to any other friends.

It doesn't get better then this place! If you're looking for a reliable, hands-on, trust worthy and cost friendly car repair shop you won't find anywhere better. I was absolutely screwed with my car and thought I'd have to sell it for parts and when I didn t think there was a chance for my car anymore I called 7 day auto and they gave me a great price when other auto repair shops tried to scam me and overcharge me. They had it fixed 10x sooner then I expected even though they were already packed with cars. The entire staff was extremely friendly and amazing people in general. They even took time to teach me about the car after they fixed it so it wouldn't happen again! My car is now running great and I would not have a car without them. 10/10 recommended!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Transmission repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I highly recommend Seven Day Auto!My 25 year old Chevy pickup was stalling out and not starting correctly. I thought for sure it needed an expensive fuel pump. They got me right in on a Sunday and after much testing, Jayden felt that it just needed a thorough tune-up. Now it s running great. I won t take our vehicles anywhere else from now on. Excellent company!

This shop is very honest and trustworthy and I will be bringing my car here from now on. I stopped by because multiple shops told me I needed new ball joints and I was looking for someone who seemed honest. After bringing it in, he explained it was just installed incorrectly and fixed it within 5 minutes free of charge. I also needed some other parts replaced which he showed me and explained how they work and why they need to be replaced. It is very rare to find an honest mechanic and after going to multiple places in Flagstaff, I can finally say I found one!

***Exceptional Service!***I had my check engine light come on while camping and didn't want to risk the 3 hour trip back to Mesa without knowing if there was something serious going on. I stopped by Sunday, as they were one of the few shops that were open, and decided to give them a shot.At first I was hesitant because they looked so busy with all the cars they had in front, but they were understanding of my situation and, to my surprise, they were able to check it out within 10-15 minutes (and they didn't even charge me for it)! Not to mention the mechanic gave me some advice about the (non-emergency) issue that was causing the light. I am so grateful for the kind lady at the front desk and the knowledgeable mechanic that helped me out, you guys gave me the piece of mind I needed for the long ride back! Thank you!

We were on our way through the area when our van started overheating about an hour outside of Flagstaff. Based on the recommendation of a fellow traveler, we called Seven Day Auto to see if they could fit us in. They were honest and said probably not today but tomorrow for sure. We had the van towed to the shop and the next day Jayden and his team got to work. Rather than just throwing a bunch of parts at it, they started with the simplest fix and went from there. They did multiple test drives to ensure everything was working before moving on. They kept us informed every step of the way with both what they were doing and the cost. Two days after the issue we were back on the road and the van has been running great ever since.This is a small and very busy shop with only a few mechanics, so have some patience, but they will treat you right and get you back on the road! Thank you Jayden and crew!!

Excellent service! We bought a car in Phoenix from a car dealer to take a trip in the USA. For now, we only got as far as flagstaff - the car overheated and the coolant boiled. Fortunately we were sent to Seven Day Auto Service to have the car repaired. There we were more than satisfied! Jadon and his team explained all the procedures in detail and were always in consultation with us. Also, Jadon communicated with the dealership for us and was very supportive (we are not from the US so it is sometimes difficult with the language). The car is now working perfectly and we can go on with our journey. Thank you!

It was our wedding day and we had car trouble on the highway. We stopped and found Seven Day Auto Service. They immediately diagnosed the trouble (which was not as severe as I d feared) and had it repaired in less than an hour. The staff was wonderful. And now my wife and I have a great story to tell. I was driving from San Diego to Nashville and my 2014 F-150 started loosing power. It was Sunday of the July 4th weekend. True to their name they were there working on Sunday. The manager Jaeden is honest and trustworthy. They got me back on the road. I had one bad spark plug, but I had them replace all 6, because he gave me a fair price and the truck was due. the truck has run great ever since. I wish this shop was in San Diego, so I could go there with all my truck problems.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They got me in before anyone else in town could to pull codes for a check engine light. It was giving a code for the catalytic converter, so luckily it wasn't incredibly urgent since I was on a road trip. The guy was super friendly and explained all of the potential things that code could mean and what might need to be done when I was ready to take care of it. In the end, he didn't even charge me for it. I got the impression these guys just genuinely love fixing people's problems

They not responsible i made op on Thursday they said bring Friday 10 am i was there 9:30 and they didn t do everything and look the door in office so i have to leave bat no wan here only wan gay my car key is inside the office.not recommended them .

Been on the road for 21 hrs. when we started experiencing transmission issues. Called Seven Day Auto at 8:00 am Sunday morning, because they are the only shop open. Jayden was able to get us right in and hooked up. Not only was he helpful, he was knowledgeable, told us the issue and how to fix it. What an extreme piece of mind being so far away from home! 100 percent recommend Seven Day Auto in Flagstaff, AZ!

Honestly, this is the best car care place I ve been to. I rely on Google reviews and they were so strong I took my car Kia optima here. Jayden assisted me, was thorough in descriptions of issues and gave numerous updates. The price was fare too and service of quick.Well done team!

The owner/mechanic, Jaden and his crew, was awesome! If you encounter vehicle issues anywhere in Flagstaff, they re to the rescue! Honest, dependable and very professional Our vehicle hit a rock/pothole and makes a screeching sound on a Saturday evening he diagnosed it the next day and got the parts ordered drive shaft needed replacement boom! back on the road and back home safely
