Absolutely disappointed in a $250 silver detailing on my car, which includes shampooing the seats and carpet. The car is still filthy and needs to still be shampooed and wiped down inside and out. My fingers are sticky touching the steering wheel driving away. This car has been in the shop for over 24 hours, picked up on its second day, and still looks like this. Save the money and do it yourself. If this "good enough" mentality is on my cleaning, I'm concerned with their service work underneath the hood.

Fantastic experience! Talked to Irwin on the phone and had Liam as service advisor. I m a Subaru owner from Pennsylvania on a road trip and originally went to the Las Vegas centennial Subaru to get an oil change and everything checked over before driving 2,000 miles back home. In Las Vegas, they tried charging me $220 to replace 2 seized lug nuts and studs, in addition to other ridiculous charges that totaled $1,600. Naturally I said no and called around for other options. When I talked to the flagstaff Subaru, they said the fix for 2 seized lug nuts should be about $85. We drove 2 hours to the flagstaff Subaru and it was worth every minute. They had us in and out in an hour and for a total of $83, they fixed the 2 seized lug nuts and a third that they found for no extra charge. Super nice and knowledgeable staff, great to work with. Thank you flagstaff Subaru!!!

Honestly, I've had more work done here than I should have. Appointments mean nothing, still waited 2 hours beyond my Appointment time to have my car looked at. Mechanics did 2 hours worth of work and charged for 6 hours "because he is a professional". Wrong part was ordered after the " professional" looked at my car and I, unfortunately, have to return to get it installed on another day. 0/10 recommend. I will be taking my two subarus I bought at this location somewhere else for service.

I take my subaru wagon in for service from time to time. I got a basic oil change and tire rotation today. $$ 88.62!2 stars because the customer service was fine but I will not be bringing my car back for an oil change at this location.

Exemplary service provided by Javin, Service Rep. & Brandon, MechanicWe rarely write product or service reviews, but feel compelled to share our recent experience with Javin and Brandon in your Service Department. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond for us and we are beyond grateful.We were traveling back to our home in Utah in our small motorhome and had just passed through Flagstaff on our way to Page when we encountered an issue with the engine. We limped back to town and the following morning spent hours calling the Ford Dealership, every automotive, diesel shop, truck stop & RV dealer in town only to be told that they either didn t work on diesels or motorhomes. At this point we were beginning panic. We made one last call to what we believed to be a diesel shop and that s when we first encountered Javin, who explained that the phone number had belonged to a diesel shop years ago, however, now is associated with the Flagstaff Nissan/Subaru Dealership. Javin asked about our issue and we explained, never thinking that a Nissan/Subaru service department would be able to service our Ford Diesel engine. Not only were they able to diagnose the issue that same day, but they ordered the necessary replacement parts right away and were able to install the following day. Brandon and Javin stayed late, past closing to get us back on the road, but by this time, it was late and we opted to stay the night & head out in the morning. On our way out of town, we encountered a minor unrelated issue fortunately we were only about 6 miles out of town. We contacted Javin and he promptly dispatched Brandon to our location. Brandon quickly diagnosed & repaired the issue and had us back on our way in no time.The level of service that we received from Javin and Brandon far exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We generally avoid dealership service centers for repairs as they usually leave us feeling ripped off, however, we found the price of this repair to be fair and we always felt that these gentlemen genuinely had our best interest at heart in their desire to help us get home safely.

Terrible. Background: I purchased my vehicle here and have serviced my vehicle here for 90% of my service needs since 2017.Experience: I dropped my vehicle off for my 12:00PM appointment for a CEL. I was told it would be 2-3 hours by the employee who in-took my car. I had a ride so I left and ran some other errands. By about 4:00PM I was starting to wonder why I hadn t received an update. By 5:00 I received no word, so I made my way back to the dealership.Upon arriving I saw the employee who in-took my vehicle. He greeted me but I noticed that he appeared to be confused by my presence. I explained to him that I was here to check on my vehicle. Upon looking up the ticket he said it was still being serviced. He went to find the tech for an update. Upon returning he informed me that the tech and went home for the day. I asked what the CEL was about he explained that he did not look at the vehicle so he couldn t give any detailed explanation but gave me a general explanation.It has been over a week. I tried to call the tech, who was again out of the office. Still no detailed explanation, no follow up. Nothing. They charge you $120 for a diagnosis but don t actually provide a diagnosis. This is on top of the fact that they do NOT provide a status update even before leaving for the day.

We are visiting from Phoenix and noticed a light on our dash indicating our 2013 legacy was having transmission issues. We took it to the dealership for service. They were very up front about their recommendations and the costs. During the course of the repairs, a technician discovered one of our tires was separating and was at risk for exploding. While not thrilled about the unexpected expense, this likely saved us from a disaster that have been very costly financially, and could have resulted in serious injury. The team we worked with gave us frequent updates and let us know when our car was 10 minutes away from being returned to us. This was very helpful as we had our dogs with us, so we were able to take them for walks and play at the dealership's dog park.Thank you Flagstaff Subaru for taking such good care of us. Your team is awesome and we are very happy with our decision to come to you for help!Services: Transmission, Tires, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Brian lenihan , the owner , sells lemons . He sold me a 2011 Subaru impreza with a supposedly "newly" rebuilt engine . He seems to acquire Subarus from costumers who can't afford to fix their car , floats the title , passes it off to an unsuspecting person , and then claims no responsibility, because the title was technically never in his name. Horrible business practice and I hope he gets terrible karma one day .

Went for express oil service. Did a good job but I wasn't informed my car was done and ended up sitting in the waiting room for two hours. When I asked why the lack of notice, guy taking care of my bill lied about checking for me in the waiting room. Happened to the lady who came in ahead of me AND the woman in-line behind me. Second time in a row this has happened to me--better off making an appointment somewhere else.

Really great customer service! I showed up scheduled for more things than I needed. Instead of doing it anyways, they had a discussion with me to explain what was actually recommended and when I should come back for the things I didn't need that moment. My car felt amazing when I picked it up!

5 Star service at every appointment. I regularly take my car in for oil changes and every person I have interacted with has been knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I recently went in to get a tire replaced and a 3 day wait could become an issue because of work commute. The team quickly addressed my concerns and offered a solution. I do not have the name of the young man that helped me but his service was 5 stars. Will see you all on my next oil change......Service: Tires

Amazing service! My Jeep Stalled out and the outlier light came on about three minutes from the Subaru service Station. I called and asked if they could help me get my oil cap off and they were very helpful. The Was so stuck it took a couple of technicians to remove it. I definitely recommend this place

Service department needs to adjust their tone, attitude and take ownership of their mistake. I would apologize for my language but I don t regret it.I had never had any issues with them until this day. I came peacefully but left with disappointment from the guys who represent this company.Disrespectful and arrogant with no client focusing skills.

Bernie and his team were lifesavers! We were in town over Labor Day weekend and had to bring the car in right before closing for the holiday, expecting to leave it until the following week. But the second Bernie heard the car making a horrible screeching, he knew it was a rock in the brake. In 20 minutes flat, he had the car ready to go and saved the weekend! He was very kind and his team was great I wish we lived in Flag so we could get our Forester serviced at Bernie s shop all the time!

Steve is always polite and cares about his customers even after a sale which is much better than when I dealt with the Ford dealership in Flagstaff. The purchase needed a extra assistance and Steve came through for my son's used truck purchase. Thank you B

Nice guys. But they didn't let us know our ride was ready. We waited here an extra two hours and even when I asked if our car was ready they said it hadn't been serviced. Just go elsewhere.

I bought my first car from Flagstaff Nissan and since it is a Subaru I got it serviced at Flagstaff Subaru. Everyone was very professional and they serviced my Forester quickly! Definitely will return.

I personally do not trust this shop. I believe they are practicing shady tactics to ensure you pay them for work done. I will not rant but after three suspicions I will be taking my Subaru elsewhere.
