The other day I needed some pressure sensors installed into my RV. Andrew took the extra time to fix my tire issues. I appreciate the service at the knowledgeable staff here.

Michael told me my tire wasn't patchable because it was too close to the sidewall. It was a small roofing nail that was an inch into the tread.He told me they didn't have time to repair anything. There are zero care in the stands and zero cars. In the parking lot.I assume he just didn't want to do the patch and just lied to me.

Sam's Club tire center saved us. We were about 20 miles outside of Flagstaff when we blew a tire on our RV. A quick check of the interwebs showed that NO ONE in Flagstaff was open, but we called Sam's Club and they told us they had the tire we needed and could put it on for a reasonable price. We weren't members, but the membership folks were also extremely kind and set us up with a one day membership so we didn't need to pay the full cost. The tire center guys even helped check our other tires to make sure we were road-worthy to get back to California. Big thanks to Anthony and the Tire Center for saving our return trip - we were out of there in an hour and on our way safely!

I haven t had the chance to get my tires worked on yet but I had a flat at 6am on a Sunday...now your times say that you are open until 7am but when we drove there, the lights were off and no one answered the phone so you were obviously not there. DO NOT post times on here if you cannot honor them. Maybe we will try again in a few hours if we can even make it there again on the spare that we have...

This is why I effin love Sam's Club. The amazing customer service keeps them very busy so I would suggest making an appointment 24 hours in advance. I'm very thankful for the service they provided today and how friendly they were about everything. That is truly refreshing these days.

Terrible customer service. Sold me tires with no warranty and were more expensive than another tire with a warranty. Less than two months old I have to buy a new tire because I got a nail in the tire. Plus all of the past week I called every single day, and could not reach anyone.

My favorite and only place I get my tires done. I have been using this tire center for 4 years. Excellent service, and the staff is awesome. See you on Monday for my tires! 5 stars!

I appreciate the salesman Kahad for helping my family get on our way back to Texas with our flat tire! He was very nice and helpful...Thank you and your crew for getting us back on the road so fast.

Those guys over there are very helpful and with high customer service skills. Went there to get a patch when everything else was closed Sunday morning, with no hesitation they did it. Very thankful they were there.

4 tires changed on Sunday, no appt, less than 45min. Great service but you do need a membership.

Website says 24/7 tire repair that closes at 7am in sundays, showed up at 6 to get the tire patched and the lights were off and no one answered the phone. Talk about false advertisement.
