Excellent service, I highly recommend the team at Route 66 Auto Body! Hit a deer by Coconino High School and the nice folks here fixed my truck above and beyond expectation. Amazing service from the professionals at Route 66 Auto Body, thank you guys!

Was driving through flag on a long road trip and hit something in the road, stopped by to get a quote and talked to Tony. Long story short, read the rest of the 1/2 Star reviews here, there's a trend and although it looks like the techs know what they are doing, the management and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Do not recommend.

Don t judge a book by its cover! This place doesn t look like much but these guys know what they re doing. They were kind and competent, and when their next opening wasn t for over a month they didn t discourage me from going elsewhere if I could get in sooner. I stuck with my appointment and it was worth the wait. They repaired the damage on my van so it looked brand new and they took care of the insurance and billing effectively. Very happy with their service.

Had a gouge in the back hatch of my BMW and at first I wasn't sure if anyone in Flag would be able to do body work on that kind of car. But the reviews were good so I decided to go for it (and save me a trip down to Phoenix). The quality of the result is in the photos- excellent! Perfect paint match and I can't tell that any work was done to the car. Thanks!

They were very sweet! My bumper got totally taken off and they fixed it quick and easy with some zip ties! Not bad at all :)If you're concerned about it, they are a a small company that respects women! They looked and talked to me, and not the man I was with which was a nice change of pace!

Someone ran into my brand new Rav4 (didn't even have my plates yet!)and left no note. I ended up taking it here and they did a great job, can't tell anything happened. I'd recommend it.

I went to route 66 auto body to get a Rhino Lining sprayed in my truck bed. When I dropped it off I asked the girl working in the front office a few questions about where it would get sprayed and how they would handle different little things. One of my concerns was the factory stock bed lighting that is up under the side railing. She told me that the lights would be removed and re-installed no problem. Well guess what happened. I went to pick up my truck and they sprayed right over them. I went back into the office admittedly a little worked up because I was assured this wasn't going to happen. Tony came out to look, at it pulled my truck into a bay and peeled all of it off the lights by hand. He seemed pissed. I still can't tell if he was pissed at me for being worked up, or pissed at the guy or gal who sprayed over the lights. He did offer to replace the lights in the end to try and make it right. But, the lights still work and aren't obstructed anymore. The lack of attention to detail is astounding. Perhaps their service on actual auto-body work is better. But I'd think twice about getting a spray in liner put in here.Update to my review to this place. I called to get an estimate for some damage done to a vehicle from an auto transport company. He basically told me that he wasn't going to waste his time with me and hung up. What a joke. This place is awful.

I have talked with a few of the guys working the front desk who were great, and they are the only reason I am giving a 2 star rating. But, the older gentleman they have working at the front is rude and talked down to me several times, I assume because I am a college girl with little knowledge about cars or insurance companies. However, I am capable of understanding a simple conversation and doing what is asked of me. He gave me attitude for their miscommunication and let me know they scheduled a repair date with the insurance company that I was never notified about. I myself work at a front desk and have had my fair share of rude customers, yet I am still capable of great customer service. I simply came in like they had asked so they could look at my car and he was rude from the start not sure if he was having a bad day but it s well known not to take it out on innocent customers. Can confidently say I won t be recommending or returning after my car is fixed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Have used Rt66 autobody for many vehicles for many years. Always the workmanship is done to perfection every single time. Their communication with customers is excellent. Love these guys

I read the reviews before I took my car there there were a couple that were negative. But my experience was nothe work was beautiful and I will definitely Recommend having body work for your vehicle done at route 66 auto body!

Tony was awesome. Had a difficult insurance company to deal with for replacing my tailgate. Tony contacted them directly on my behalf and kept me updated through the process. Once everything was settled with insurance the guys got my new tailgate, painted it and had it installed within the week! Will bring all my body work here in the future!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are awesome!!!! I m so grateful for their help after I had run over something the night prior. My bumper was knocked loose and I was very stressed about it being dangerous and/or the cost to replace it. I went to this body shop because of their high reviews. Within two minutes of opening my hood they were able to recenter the bumper and screw it back into place. When I asked if they owe them anything they said no, that I was all good to go. I m not sure who it was that helped me, but huge props to him for getting me back on the road (was passing through on a road trip) and being so friendly.

Tony was very helpful fixing my car and provided honest and fast work. He even ended up reducing the original quote he provided me because they finished the work in a shorter amount of time then was estimated. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs work done on their car and I will definitely be back again. Thanks!!!!

I just got my car repaired here and it came out better then it was before it was in a accident. They even detailed and cleaned the car for no cost. It also took less then two weeks for a repair that should definitely take longer.

Took truck in for repair. They made repairs and upon my inspection I found 5 items they either damaged and did not repair or were not correct. One of the items I specifically pointed out ahead of time. Another item I asked if it was installed correctly upon picking up. Anyway needed to take back a second time. Second time repairs were completed correctly but I still needed to use my creeper to verify. Shouldn't need to do that.

I purchased a truck at a local dealership and as part of the deal, the dealer offered to pay for a rhino lining for the bed. They directed me here and the sales person made an appointment for me to get the liner installed. When I came back to pick up the vehicle they handed me a bill. When I mentioned the agreement made with the dealership all I got was blank stares. The manager comes in and I repeat myself. Even better than blank stares, this time I get simply "Not my problem" and then ignored. A call to the dealership later and they are billed for the work and the problem is solved with no help from the body shop. I have never been treated so rudely by any service provider, and to this day I am still taken aback. 2 stars because the liner work was fine.

Great service and very affordable, especially compared to other Auto Shops in the area. First quote I got for my vehicle at Latham's just down the road was almost $8000, after taking my vehicle to this shop they quoted me under $2000. After leaving my car with them (keep in mind around the start of the new year) they managed to repair my vehicle much better than I had expected, within their price range. Only took a couple days longer than originally expected, but it seems as though it was due to parts arriving late because of the holiday season. In the end I had my car for a price very close to the estimate they gave me. Only thing I'd suggest for anyone leaving there car here is to call whenever you want an update and they'll surely give it to you! Thanks, guys!

I was referred to route 66 autobody to have a rhino liner put in the bed of my truck. After they finished, a small section did not adhere well. They scraped it out, and contacted the rhino liner company as they felt it was a bad batch. It took a few days, but they got the new liner put in and it looks great. Because of the small inconvenience, Tony (the owner) would not charge me. Very impressive service and honest work. I will definitely return and would recommend to others.

My problem was taken care of IMMEDIATELY!Another shop was estimating it might take 2 hours labor IF it could be fixed. Chris fixed it in a couple of minutes.Expertise and old fashioned integrity has earned them a customer for life.

We were just passing thru and needed some emergency triage on our RV tow vehicle. Called Tony and he said bring her on in. They have me a fair and honest estimate and even drive me back to the RV park. Totally professional people. Kudos to Tony, Joe, and the guy who did the work on the car. I came in with my old Jeep Cherokee because the driver side door wouldn't close. The metal mechanism wouldn't slide back. I left it for an estimate, walked back home around the corner and no sooner sat down when I got a call from Tony. Because the car was so old a piece of dried plastic inside the door had slid down between the latch. When I went back he said there was no charge.I am new to Flagstaff and have to tell you, it is so gratifying to find out there are honest, straight up people in the auto repair field here! I will refer everyone I know to them from this point on. Thanks, Tony, and Merry Christmas!

These folks do really good work and are honest and affordable. The polar opposite of the auto body shop cliche. I ve used them for two repairs on two different vehicles and will absolutely use them in the future if needed. Highly recommended.

Horrible. The staff was rude and the work done was terrible. All I needed was a new tire ordered and for them to put it on; they took off my spare from underneath, used to to drive around, then put the new wheel on and just tossed the spare in the trunk - they didn't even have the customer courtesy to re-install it where the took it from. Further, less than one month later, additional problems with the wheel they installed started occurring, I finally just had to take it to the dealership. DO NOT let ANYBODY from Route 66 Auto Body touch your vehicle, they will leave it in worse condition than when you brought it in and will try to charge you for every little thing, even if insurance is paying for everything.

I have an open insurance claim for body damage on my vehicle they underquoted the quote for repairs because they had no intention of repairing it and they insisted the insurance company was going to total it was not the case and now the refusing to adjust the quote or touch my vehicle now the insurance wants to pay it the fat guy with the salt and pepper hair is a scammer, vary rude and judgmentalMy lawyer is takeing care of itThey pick only high end customers I guessAbsolutely don t know why I was treated that way my lawyer ask me to go thereAnd Insurance was paying repairSnapped at me right when I walked in
