PLEASE! PLEASE READ THIS!! If you need to have anything done to your vehicle, do not come to this establishment. My driver mended a broken coolant hose to reach this location and we would have paid a mobile repair man less. The driver arrived at location, opened the hood and showed the service adviser the heater hose.They changed a 1/2 inch heater hose and 2 clamps and labor was $457.00. They also charged 165 dollars for diagnoses of the problem. Remember, the driver opened the shops and showed him the hose next to the alternator with absolutely nothing in the way.By the time we purchased the coolant, this bill was for 1,165.00 dollars. DO NOT trust this place. Service advisor was rude to the driver and stated there are no managers above him.When we asked who he called to ask for approval to sell a 10 dollar hose that was not on their inventory he said it was the owner and he would not give a anyone s phone number so we can ask questions and try to understand why we were being charged this obscene amount of money.We try and visit the smaller shops instead of TA s, Petro s and Speedco s. Unfortunately, this time we lost the highway robbery lottery.If you can make it to anywhere else, you ll be money ahead. Too bad I couldn t give them 0 starts, unfortunately that s not an option.

These folks squeezed us in for an oil change on our RV without hesitation. Then we parked overnight in their lot. Several other truck places were days or even weeks out b4 we could get an appointment (which usually means they don't WANT to work on an old RV). Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Truck enter!!

Your staff from the beginning inside the office to the mechanics were very professional very understanding of my lack of knowledge, and made the process perfectly understandable to me. They were very knowledgeable, very professional, especially the young lady that was working in the office. Everything was a smooth operation thank you guys anytime. I have trouble in the Flagstaff Arizona area, this will be the place I use . Not only even my profession as a professional truck driver but also in my personal vehicle. Once again thank you for a great experience.

A MUST READ TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY!! For starters this place of business(scammer/untrained)needs a real wake up call.It took almost 3 weeks to get a part! Always some poor excuse for an excuse on why, the part hasn t arrived. Megan is very useless and Melissa is no better!Patrick on other hands was helpful. Whom am I kidding, I see why this company has bad reviews. Walks around smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee. Always on his phone as well as the technician. Whom seem to be lacking knowledge and should be re train. Long story short! 8,000 dollars later and over a 1,000 in hotel fees. To be only broke down again due to improper installation of coolant housing. Which has caused a leak and slightly overheating.So I called being their the last one to touch,work on my truck and I quote from Megan per Patrick that I need to call my warranty company and have them send a claim in.So what your telling me is that I need to pay again for something u guys broke, didn t do right! I was there from July 16. - Aug 6 of 2021. Picture are as follows coolant as of Aug 22. 2021 the coolant low/Below Low, follow by turbo being remove the actuator being cut because Apparently he couldn t get it off. Which caused me to wait longer for that part to arrive last is the start of taking things off.Also let me add that Tony Down CRM is a pointless call. He s no better than the shop! All a bad chain of command!Not to forget that I called the shops that they were ordering from, I called to follow up with the shop, I had to Uber there almost ever other day to lack of answer phone or proper communication.Only if I can add all the video and recording on here to show and PROVE THAT THE FOLKS Don t CARE JUST COLLECTING FUNDS,HARD EARN FUNDS! That we TRUCKER SACRIFICE FAMILY and our Lives on the Road and away from our Loves one!I hope this review reaches one person then another and another till Rocky Mountain Flagstaff is a building for sales.Great location poor service.Now it s time to take the next steps of my journey!

These guys wanted to rip us off. They sent us a quote for $8000 to change the radiator on one of my trucks. Called dealership, part is $3500, they wrote on the estimate that it is $4500. Try to avoid this place

Swindlers. Called for Road service on a freightliner 35 miles down I-17. Was only there about 10 mins. Charged 687.00 road service. Then said they would call a tow truck and said it would cost 1250.00. We said no. So we call economy and he said Rocky Mountain truck center had just called them about towing our truck. Economy towing charged 720.00. We had it towed to Bellemont truck repair. Very honest straight to work on it. Had a new radiator and reservoir and belts done in about six hours. We also had a 3 hour service call later that week and the guy actually worked for 3 hrs changing starter after picking it up for us. Only 475.00 for labor and service call. ROCKY MOUNTAIN TRUCK CENTRR ARE THIEVES. ALMOST 700.00 for an hours worth of time. ON TOP OF THAT WAS GOING TO ADD HUNDREDS MORE JUST TO CALL ECONOMY TOWING.

Don't waste our time go to Rush it's about 5 min away.... Rock Mountain Center in Flagstaff very poorly run manager isn't there and I'm sure corporation dose not care. They are understaffed and no clear communication from night shift to day shift. Our 1st time there and our last time there. PLEASE PLEASE DONT COME HERE

The mobile mechanic is a rip-off, they way overcharge you for time by saying the mechanic "clocked in" while they are awaiting instructions and way before they start driving. I was a 5 minute drive away which they mechanic confirmed but was charged for 45 minutes of driving at 195 an hour. The mechanic actually called me for an address because they still hadn't heard it from dispatch and they must have started the clock before then. And then the clock keeps going till they're back at the port and I watched them waiting half an hour for dispatch to call and release them after they'd already finished work. They also charge a 2 hour minimum for work which they didn't tell me on the phone. So you will pay 500 minimum every time whether they can fix your problem or not. Should have read the fine print and the reviews and just got it towed somewhere since I ended up having to anyways. I feel taken advantage of and manipulated for being in a stressful situation.

EXTREME PRICE GOUGINGTHEY WANTED NEARLY $7000 TO REPLACE A RADIATORI DID THE SAME JOB A FEW DAYS PRIOR AT A DIFFERENT SHOP FOR $2700WE TOWED THE TRUCK OUT OF THERE AND DID THE JOB FOR $3000 AT A SHOP DOWN THE STREET!THESE TYPE OF SHOPS ( ROCKY MOUNTAIN) ARE THE SHOPSTHAT WANT TO PUT TRUCKING COMPANIES OUT OF BUSINESS!THERE SHOULD BE A LAW AGAINST THESE THIEVES!

BEWAREA leak in an easy accessible $50 hose cost us nearly $400. This job took less than an hour and they originally tried to charge over $500. At their labor rate we should have been back on the road for $200 but they trumped up a diagnosis charge and a Package charge, neither of which they can explain except saying it is automatically generated by the computer. A file with the AZ Attorney General has been generated for FRAUD.BEWAREService: General repairs

BEWARE of this company! We would give zero stars but you have to give at least 1 to write a review. Called them out on July 3rd... were told they would get us fixed up on the road that same day. Waited 5 hours on the side of the highway. Man showed up for 5 minutes told us he couldn't fix our issue and we were billed $1700 for "parts and service" that was not done. Were were quoted $150.00 an hr plus $30 a mile. that does not add up! Horrible customer service- DO NOT USE THEM!!

We called them to have a starter replaced in our RV with a 454. Dispatch said they had No trucks out on call so they where dispatching one to us immediately. We bought the starter and had the tech pick it up on his way. It took 1.5 hour for him to arrive at our location (15 miles from their shop). It took 1 hour for him to replace the starter, but he broke it during installation ( rendering it useless). Then WE had to locate another starter FOR him. He went back to town to get another one. 1.75 hours later he showed up again (30miles round trip). During this time dispatch demanded payment before work was completed and before they would return to complete the job. When he returned it took him 20 minutes to install the new starter and the RV was running. They charged us $1250. In labor and mileage. We called them around 2pm. We finally able to leave at10:30 pm. They charged us for that entire time. We should NOT have to pay for him doing this job 2 times when he broke the part!! We have tried calling and complaining to no avail. They say they will check into it and call back but never hear back from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!We contacted the manager. He agreed to reduce our bill to call out fee, 4 hours labor and 30 miles. But never did. we never received a refund. We keep trying to call them and leaving messages. They will NOT return calls or talk to us now.

The service writers, Maddie, Mireya and Alvina were very helpful and friendly, and they took me in right away for inspection and also did a full service on my sprinter van and trailer. The technicians were efficient and knowledgeable and had me out quickly. They were a great help to make my drive through Flagstaff and beyond in a timely manner.Services: Electrical, Brakes, Oil change

If I could give no star I would I went in at 7:30am for ac line and at 12:30pm I am still in the shop it does not take that long to press a fitting on this place need to be shutdown here in flagstaff az.

Horrible experience. Just took my trailer for 2 tires replacement. After 60 miles 1 blow out. They told me just fix it, we will return you money for 1 tire and mudflap. Today they telling me it s no warranty for recap. Avoid this place

I wish I would've read the reviews before using this place. This is the worst mobile service I've experienced since I've been in trucking. They came out and looking at one of our unit for leaking air. They found a brake chamber blown, they didn't have one so they wanted to close out this job and start a new one the following day. That was fine until they gave me a price for 15 minutes of their time. Their total was over $600 just to diagnose. After questioning the bill, they were charging me 2.5 hours of labor and mileage ( 48 miles ) from their last break down location but also wanted to charge me labor to return to their shop. Seem like they were double dipping on that cause I'm certain the person before me paid for them to return to the shop. Needless to say, they'll never touch one of our trucks again.*Edited after owners response*Everything in my statement is accurate and correct. Everyone should save time/money and call Roadside Service when they're broke down in Flagstaff. Roadside Service came out, correctly diagnosed the unit and repaired it cheaper than these guys could come out and misdiagnosed the unit. lol what a joke.Service: Brakes

Zero stars! Crooks! DO NOT CALL! BEWARE! This shop is shady and will charge you for nothing. Do not agree to their work order that they send you, it is laced with fine print and if you don't pay them fast enough, they make the bill larger. If you dispute the bill they threaten to tow you truck. Call anyone but this shop. You will regret it if you use them. They are now on our do not use list permanently.

Never come to this place, you will regret it i promise you. They wasted 5 days of my time and 12k in bills. They dont care about you, just after the money. Dishonest, misleading and unbelievably slow. Avoid them!

Worst experience I have ever had. Please avoid this shop! They are dishonest and only after your money. I used their roadside assistance and then towed the truck to their shop. After $2k in charges, they suggested taking my truck to Freightliner. Also, when I tried to pick up the truck, it didn t start due to a weak battery, and the shop wanted to charge me $76 to jump the truck. Multiple dispatchers didn t have good communication with each other and provided different information to me. They don t deserve even one star.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! They did only diagnostic, force regen. Firstly, they charged $1000 than they made a discount, They charged $300 for labor, $300 for computer. THEY ARE NOT DOING BUSSINISS HERE!!!! I asked for price list, they didnt show me anything.

Was passing through Flagstaff Arizona.. Stop for the night. In the morning , coach would not start ,two dead batteries. Called Rocky Mountain truck center, They brought me two 8D batteries, Less than a mile away. Was charged a $1000 for the 2 batteries and install. You be the judge would you go back?

They were 3h late and they overcharged,Charging after each repair even thou work is not done.I sent the pictures of what part we needed, 3h later they came to the truck with no info or the part and asked for $650 before they went back to get the part.Very well organized group of people with connections who specializes in charging a lot of money for little or no work.I deal with road services every day for over 9 years and they were the worst one so far.

I don t usually write reviews but after all the bad ones I had to. I called this place a little before noon on a Saturday of all things, air hose problem on a motorhome. The lady on the phone said it s not their usual but would give it a look. Took them an hour to roll our bus in, about 2 hours to fix it and we were on our way! They were also very reasonably priced! I can t thank them enough for getting us out of Flagstaff and on our journey home. Sometimes things don t work out like this but I can assure you of if it can be done they will.Service: General repairs

Bad service, they kept us here since yesterday. They said two hours to inspect the vehicle and happened around 8;00pm. We paid in advance to get vehicle fixed, they said at 6:00am, now they said parts store opens at 8:00am, it means that our vehicle isn't going to be ready before noon. We already missed 1 night at the cabin we rented and the ride on the train at Durango-Silverton, Co. We brought the vehicle to the shop and they charged us for mobil service, what that hell is that.

They replaced a radiator hose on my Kenworth. Although they did the job the workers at this location are rude and lazy. The service itself was over priced also. They charged over $1000 to replace a radiator hose. If I had a choice I would have gone elsewhere. Not at all happy with this place and would not want to do business with them again.

This company was amazing for my truck repair. They did what they said they would do in a timely manner. Can t say enough about the technician that I had. Friendly and effective. If you need prompt response and work done for a breakdown ..contact this company. Can t say enough about them .THANKS guys .you rock

Please don't call this shop for road service. My trailer hub oilcap was broken on Window rest area west bound. So n I called road service. They came two hours later. That guy was nice. But after fixed that problem in 10 min. They charged me almost $1300 for change that part. And I driven only 5 miles to check oil level. I found small cap was missing. So I have call back hope they can bring a new one. When I waiting for them I found brake of trailer had problem. So I hope maybe they can help me to fix that problem. I was waiting for them until 00 21 that guy show up. He bring new cap to me. And I told him about brake problem. He checked brake And Try to fix that issue. But failed. I knew is too late. He will back tomorrow morning. So I have pay another $1000 for that work. I tried to talk about that price they told me that they will tow my truck If I didn't pay that amount. So I have to say I am so lucky. I totally paid almost $2300 for road service to change hub oil cap. Hope you guys can have more good option for road service
