Always great service here for my oil changes and other car services needed. They get busy and Devin handles it all very well. Happy I gave them a try a 2-3 years ago. :)

I can always count on Pep Boys for excellent auto service at a fair price. They check for any promos and discounts available before I even ask. They work quickly and are always kind. Love this company!

I thoroughly enjoy coming here. The customer service is always great. I feel like I m not judged for bringing my car here when something needs to be fixed. From simple to complex, they are the guys to go to. 10/10P.SCorporate if you see this please fix your website for your appointment portal. It has never worked ANY of the times I ve gone online to set an appointment. The workers there say they ve mentioned it to corporate before and their needs go unheard.

Came to to Flagstaff to enjoy a nice cool day. On our way out of town. Our alternator went out. Oh my God not the best! We happened to see a pep boys and pulled in. My husband went in to talk to someone about the battery and alternator an employee named Alex went above and beyond and stayed late to fix our alternator for us so we could make it back home to Phoenix, and Devon The manager allowed him to, and also was very helpful and friendly with us in finding the parts we need it so if we could get back on the road if you ever need any help, Pep Boys is the place to go I m telling you we got the best home town service that we ve ever had even better then the city of Phoenix! Remember, look up Devon and Alex to help you out, they will do the best job possible!

I can t thank the guys at Pep Boys enough for getting my oil leak fixed and diagnosing the other problems with my car! I drive a Chevy HHR and whoever manufactured those cars really made it annoying to want to fix. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs repairs!

Negligence and gaslighting.I went for an oil change. I was told everything was good, it was completed, I paid and took my car. I made it about 3 lights when I stopped on a red and heard my car making a strange noise. I immediately turned into the nearest parking lot. As I was, my car locked up, I couldn't turn my wheel, went up on a curb and my car died. I called Pep Boys and said my car broke down after they said I was good to go. JD said okay bring it in and we'll take a look at it, here is a phone number for a tow. I was unable to call that number, got a different one and towed it back. They fixed what they did wrong and then said they wouldn't a) reimburse me for the oil change or b) pay for the tow. This is because and I quote "this kind of thing happens all the time" and "because you didn't use the number we gave you, we won't reimburse you". Then tried to gaslight me by saying that they were clear, that they would only pay for a tow if used by their company (which they distinctly did NOT say at any point until I brought up reimbursement). I will be taking legal action if I cannot resolve this with corporate. I'm lucky I know my car and was able to turn off the road or else I could've caused a wreck or been injured by someone else ramming into me when my wheel locked and my car shut down. This is not okay. I have seen a few reviews talking about trying to take advantage of a woman or college student so please be aware of this before you try to use even their simplest of services. And if they weren't gaslighting me and it truly does happen all the time then definitely do NOT use their services because a simple oil change should not equal a near wreck.

the place is grate. i have been there a few times now and have no problems with them. there prices are not munch higher then other places and they work pretty fast for the issues they were given.

Brought my 1993 Ford Econoline van to this Pep Boys 3735 N Kasper Rdin Flagstaff Arizona. I was having some engine trouble. It would die when idling. I waited four days before they got back to me and they told me that the first thing that they needed to do was change my spark plugs. At that point alarm bells and red flags started going off in my head because I knew it wasn't the spark plugs, I told them that they were brand new Motorcraft spark plugs I didn't even have 5000 miles on them at that point. The service advisor told me that if I didn't wanna follow their recommendations I could come pick it up and take it somewhere else. So I told him that's what I was going to do, the next day I came to pick up my vehicle and the service advisor argued with me that I should leave the vehicle and let the work be performed. I told him I didn't want to argue about it. I just wanted to pick my vehicle up and leave, but he continue to argue with me about, why I should leave it and have the work performed. I finally had to become forceful with him and tell him that I did not want to have the work performed I just wanted to take my vehicle and leave.. At that point he said he didn't like my attitude and he said that I could not wait in the lobby for the tow truck to come pick up my vehicle. I had to wait outside, it's 20� above zero outside, I'm 70 years old and he wouldn't let me wait inside the lobby for the tow truck to come get my vehicle. What a nightmare, I couldn't believe this was happening to me!! I asked to use the restroom and he wouldn't let me do that either. I give this Pep Boys in FLAGSTAFF, AZ a 0 star rating.

These guys are the BEST auto shop in town. For starters, they actually answer the phone. They are knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair. Straight and to the point. Great communication!EVERYTHING you hope for in an auto repair/service shop. Every time I go here, even if it's something simple, like check engine light, or tire tread check, I feel that I'm treated with kindness and respect.

Deven and Andrew were absolutely brilliant! Shining nights in white armor they sipped me in and out for a tire change despite a really heavy schedule. Very thorough, very kind. Highly recommend

Horrible service. We had an emergency and made an appointment, said we did not have service as we are camping at PineGrove and only can text. We had tire literally blow at Lake Mary, made the appointment at 9:30 and arrived at 9. The man at the front said they were fully booked even though we had an EMERGENCY. Do NOT go to this place. We had the confirmation number and everything needed. This place needs to offer actual customer service not nothing for service. If I could give negative stars this hole would get it.Edit:As of June 1, pep boys did reach out and I emailed. They asked if I would like to make a case against them and I emailed back asking what this would do. This is the response I was give:Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that we have caused you.If you require any further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to us.Thank you,Customer Relations TeamLuis Z.Turns out not only are the associates at this specific pep boys horrible with customer service, but their corporate level associates are no better. I definitely would not recommend them now after this entire experience.

This place is in need of customer service skills. Came here for an oil change and wait time is 1 1/2 to 2 hours on a not so busy day. Can't imagine on a busy day.

Devon was awesome - I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. They started working on my car as soon as I arrived. I was done in 35 minutes. Price was good and the service was efficient and friendly. I definitely recommend this company.

I work on my own vehicles but there's just some things that I don't have the equipment for. I always use pep boys to take care of my tires. My last two mustangs I've had them do alignments on them when I've done suspension work. I'm always very pleased with their work & communication. I will continue to use them for any needs I can't take care of myself and would recommend them to anyone else.

Went to another place for tires. They told me they had the tires. I went in, sat around for an hour and they said they didn't have the tires after all. Called Pep Boys and they had me in and out in 45 minutes. Friendly people and great service.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable mechanics. Whenever I bring my vehicle to be serviced I am confident that I am getting value for money and I am treated with courtesy and respect. My last visit was no exception.

i was always comfortable trusting pep boys for my automobile maintenance at other locations and this one was no different. the team at this location promptly serviced the all important oil change and tire rotation before the scheduled time and at a price much cheaper than the competitors. props to the team for the excellent service. whether you live in town or stopping through as myself, i highly recommend them to get your vehicle back on the road riding like new.

Deven and the team are great!!!They have always taken care of my car and its needs. They work through issues to accommodate the customers needs. I would highly recommend the service at the store.Store is very tight on parking.

I love going to Pep Boys even before it was Pep Boys the guys who work there are amazing and have always taken care of me and I appreciate your team. They always go above and beyond every time. To the higher ups do everything in your power to keep your team happy and I hope you appreciate them more than I do. Thank you for always taking care of my car for me. I am always worry free after leaving your shop.

Had a basic oil change on my 6.7 liter turbo diesel. I brought my own oil. The over-filled it by 2 quarts and now I have to drain some out. I tried to save some time and the hassle of disposing the old oil. Should have just done it myself. Please do better Pep Boys!

Came out of our hotel the next morning to a car with a dead battery. After having to jump start it twice we realized it was gone forever. Went to the Pep Boys down the road and was treated like royalty. We just walked in. They had our battery in stock and within 30 minutes we were back on the road again. Can't express my thanks enough to these guys!

Terrable service waited a week for my appointement to change the glow plugs in my F250 went in early and asked if they could change the water pump instead, i even braught a new water pump, gasketts, thermostat and coolant. At first it didnt seem to be a problem at all but then they called me and told me that they could not do the water pump because the mecanic didnt have the tools to do the job? What this is a repair shop and they dont have the tools to change the water pump, this is an outright lie. I asked him if they could just do the glow plugs for which i was scheduled for and he lied to me again and said that they thought i meant spark plugs and a tune up. When i made the appointement i was specific and told him that i needed the glow plugs changed on a 2001 F250 7.3 liter deisel, he even confirmed with me that it was glow plugs that needed to be changed. I dont like being lied to, at no point in time did i say spark plugs or tune up. Buyer beware of this PepBoys, if they will lie to you over something like this they wont hesitate to lie to you about something big. I dont think i will return to this location again, there are honest businesses out there that will not undermine their customers the way this PepBoys did us.
