So I'm not really a person who leaves a lot of business reviews but people should know how wonderful this place is! A guy hits my BRAND NEW Subaru and says he'll take care of it.... 2 days later he won't return my calls or give me his insurance information ... I call State Farm (my insurance) and they send me to this big shop with some of the most cold and unhelpful people I've ever seen! A co-worker tells me about Patriot Collision Center.. I call Patriot Collision and Jeff, the OWNER actually answers the phone! I ask for an appointment to bring my car in for an estimate and he (very cheerfully I might add) says "you don't need an appointment, bring it by when you can" ... Seriously?? the shop State Farm sent me to said 2 weeks for an estimate appointment! So I go in and Jeff is this "John Wayne" kind of guy ... he's like 6 foot something with this wise twinkle in his eye (sorry for the dramatic flair, but it's true!) .... Jeff gave me some wonderful advice and he helped me SO MUCH!!! He cautioned me that my car might be in the shop a while due to parts and various other possible complications which was awesome, versus "Bull-Shooting" me because I'm a female. My car was done much sooner than I expected... Jeff handled everything with the insurance and my BRAND NEW car sill looks BRAND NEW!! Thanks, Thanks, THANKS so much to Jeff and the entire staff at Patriot Collision Center!!!!

This business is full of reliable and kind people. They went above and beyond and made my bumper repair so much more pleasant than I anticipated. The owner Jeff really cares about his business and it shows. They are trustworthy, efficient, and great at communicating. Plus, it doesn't hurt that they have friendly office dogs as well. I would definitely say you can trust your car, time, and money with them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Thank you Jeff and Chad for making my truck look like the door damage never happened! Jeff handled all the paperwork and insurance and estimates. No hassles and no worries. Skip the big auto body shops and just come here. You'll be glad you did.

My daughter who goes to NAU was in a collision and I was in the valley unable to be there.Jeff the owner was amazing to deal with, he helped us in so many ways and I highly recommend working with him for his honesty in his integrity.!!!

This place is the best, my wufe took her car to Patriot collision and they did such a nice job for her. Jeff is such a professional we really appreciate his business ethics. We were so impressed that when i incurred damage on my work truck we didnt hesitate to take it to Patriot Collision and again Patriot exeeded our expectations. Patriot Collision will always be the place to go for any kind of damage on our vehicles, with Patriit Collision we know the job will be done right. Thank you Jeff :)

My daughter is a student at NAU where her car was hit in a parking lot. The pros at Patriot were very helpful to my daughter working with insurance and repairing her car. Knowing her dad is out of state, they even performed a couple small mechanical repairs for her, gratis! I find it hard to believe truly honest and caring business owners and operators still exist, but here they are; the Real Deal! I can't thank them enough for being so kind and caring to my daughter.

I unfortunately had my first accident a few months ago. Jeff at Patriot Collision made a very difficult situation much easier on me. Him and his team did fantastic work! My truck look s better than it did before the accident!

Jeff and the team at Patriot Collision Center really made a difference, we got into an accident nearby and immediately on arrival Jeff was nothing but helpful to me and my girlfriend and even helped us get to our rental car in the evening. They were quick and professional keeping us constantly updated throughout the repairs. Couldn't recommend enough. After having an accident with a elk. We found Patriot collision locally in Flagstaff, Jeff and his outstanding team put our vehicle back together and it looks like nothing happened. Jeff s communication with not only us but our insurance company left us at ease and made the entire process painless. I can t recommend this business enough if you need anything done from insurance work too engine repair I wouldn t hesitate going back here in a heartbeat. I got Into an accident and went to patriot. Jeff is the best! He is quick, easy to communicate with and did everything he could to make sure I was happy. 10/10 never had someone better. I recommend Him to everyone.

We had a car accident around new year's in flagstaff, it was terribly snowing there. Chad was kind to help us and provide a feasible solution. I would definitely recommend Patriot for their great service and kindness.

My friends car had a minor crash and due to snow it was very difficult to drive with the broken vehicle. PCC helped us a lot during our hardship and I highly recommend them. Great service !!!

I had a little fender bender and was recommended by my insurance company to Patriots collision. Jeff the owner said that he would have my car for two and a half to three days. He kept his promise. He and his team did a beautiful job on my car. You can't even tell that it is ever even hit. I would highly recommend that if you ever need body work that you give Patriot collision a call. They will not disappoint.
