While traveling towards Flagstaff with a full tandem axle trailer I encountered what is known as I40 East which should have been renamed to the I40 MINEFIELD! Yes there were Rough Road warnings BUT this was beyond the warning sign stage. Long story short, hit a HUGE deep hole and bent both axles so bad 3 tires were rubbing the trailer, only this out when one tire blewout. 9:00 PM FRIDAY night so I could not see the smoke pouring from the trailer.Called P&M Saturday morning and spoke with Kelly. When we finally got the trailer to her and her husband Chad, they had replacement axles and went right to work on changing them out.Got to know just a little about them and the company history. Hard working, family owned business with deep family values. It was a pleasure and a blessing to find them as they got us back on the road and as we were on a tight schedule.If you EVER have any trailer needs be it sales or service P&M should be your first call. ALL kinds of trailers in the yard, a very well stocked parts department and rock solid service.Thank You God for Kelly and Chad. It was nice meeting a couple of your angels here on earth.

This family run trailer shop is just the best! Great price and they work as a team to get the jobs done fast. They take the time to explain and show you what what needs to be done and even instruction on how you can do somethings yourself! It was a neat treat to as the owner about a picture of him and his granddaughter doing some rodeo events! I cant say enough good about this place actually fun to hang there, oh and you did not hear it from me but you might be able to pay using elk steaks. LOL

I bought a 7'x 16'x 7' tall LOOK trailer and I'm very happy with it, very well made. The young lady and her dad gave me very good service, they checked to make sure everything worked and I will and have reamended P&M Trailers ! Very nice and kind family !!

Can t say enough good things about this place! We were just passing through and broke down several miles past Flagstaff. We called P&M off of a Google search; they d never heard of us and we d never heard of them. Not only did they have 5-star customer service, they custom-fabricated an axle for my horse trailer in the SAME day to get us back on the road. If that s not enough, they have AMAZING prices. I will always recommend them to my AZ family and friends!!!

One of the bearings on my horse trailer failed when I was driving from Utah to Flagstaff. Pete helped take off the axel and gave me the info for a shop that could repair it. Once it was repaired, Pete and his assistant came in on July 4th to reinstall the axel so I could make it home. Would definitely recommend their services.

Broke a leaf spring on my camper traveling back to Louisiana on a Saturday. P&M saved my day, they brought the parts to me and fixed the trailer fast. Can't thank them enough for saving a stranded soul. On top of that they are the nicest folks you could ever have the pleasure of meeting. I could never thank them enough for the expert and gracious service! God bless you!

Very happy with my dealings here, I saw a description of a trailer I was interested in online but had no pictures up and within an hour or so of requesting pictures I got them(and they got posted to the website shortly thereafter) and they also agreed to hold the trailer for a few days until I had a chance to go in. Finally today I brought in my trade in and they offered me a very fair price on it and I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

If you have trailer needs; whether it be parts, sales or service, this is the place to go. Kelli and Pete are great people and truly believe in customer service! If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. This great family took care of my husband and I when we had trailer issues while in the area. Did what they said they would at reasonable prices and got us back on the road to our next destination. Thanks again!! Keep up the good work!!

Hands-down the best place to buy or service a trailer in northern Arizona, and probably the western states. I've purchased two trailers from P&M Trailer Sales and both times I shopped prices around Arizona and into eastern New Mexico. Both times P&M offered the best price and had selections that fit my need with quality products. This is not typical for the Flagstaff area, where things are generally marked-up over MSRP and prompt service and customer care is often non-existent.The thing that really sets this place apart is their customer service. It appears to be a family-owned and operated business. I can't say enough positive things about how responsive, hard-working, honest, and professional this place is. When a newly-purchased trailer didn't fit the ball on my hitch correctly, Pete and Kelly made it work hassle free and didn't nickel-and-dime me like other places typically do. More recently, I needed some work done on a trailer that I purchased elsewhere. This job required some light welding. I went to 2 other trailer sales and 1 welding shop before stopping at P&M. The other places either couldn't do the job, didn't have the part, or didn't have the time. An employee at a different shop warned me multiple times that it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get to it. Fifteen minutes later the folks at P&M took the trailer and had the job done before the end of the day. They welded a new hitch pin to replace the one that broke and reinforced the other side without being asked. They also hit both sides with Rust-Oleum to help prevent corrosion and avoid another break. Essentially, they treated the job like they were working on their own trailer and did it proper. The amount they charged me for the service was WAY lower than what I was expecting.The incredible customer service, in both repair and sales, I have received from P&M over the last couple of years is what prompted me to write this positive review. Thanks a lot Pete and Kelly, I'll be back!

Top-shelf Americans. I came into the shop with my broken down trailer, I had a wonderful conversation with the owner. He made sure that I was good to go. It's really great at this moment in time to see that there are still honorable people. Faith in humanity restored for the day! Thank you.

Great people and extremely helpful. My trailer lost a hub and needed a new axle on my way from Mesa to William's. I had the trailer tow to P and M and the fixed it very quickly. Instead of ruined weekend. We got going and had a great time. I highly recommend P and M trailers and the great team.

Great family owned and operated business. Everyone was very helpful. They really made us feel like they cared. Answered all our questions and got us on the road in a very short period of time.We drove up from Show Low to purchase 7x14 trailer because the had the best price and responded to our RFQ fast and offering a fair price. They hooked everything up, checked to insure everything was in order and had us on the road.I would greatly recommend them to anyone needing a trailer or trailer repair work.

Recently bought a 7 x 8.5 x 18 Look cargo trailer from them and the experience was fantastic. Great people and great service the whole process was simple and easy. Pete his wife & daughter are super nice folks and very knowledgeable and helpful. If I ever need another trailer I will go to them.

Kelli was an absolute delight to speak with and was very informative; important since I was driving up from Phoenix to look at a trailer. I arrived as scheduled and Pete had our trailer pulled out and started getting things prepped for me to drive away safely. Pete was incredibly helpful, has so much knowledge about all trailers and was just human.I will always make a point to stop by P&M with my trailer needs, as the honest, family first approach to business is just something you don t find anymore.Thank you Pete and Kelli for making my first trailer purchase a pleasurable one. Now off to Vermont!

They are the nicest folks I've ever met. When my RV broke twice in less than 40 miles, they came through with flying colors. They helped me from the situation you see in the attached picture to being able to complete another 2500 miles without any incident. Fair prices and excellent work.

We ordered a 14 FOOT W&W cargo trailer to tow behind our pickup-camper. We are so pleased! Kelly and Pete were very helpful, making suggestions but not at all pushy. We were able to order our trailer custom made to fit our pickup-camper including a choice of colors in matalic Forest Green with a white top at no extra charge! We ordered a five Foot tongue which clears our back deck for turns. The stock 15 inch radial tires and dual axles were just the heavy duty equipment we were looking for. There was even extra protection on the wiring which I'm expecting will save us electrical hassles in the future. Being able to have the removable-folding jack mounted on the side of the tongue was another no charge option. Pete even called after the sale just to check in and answered questions I had failed to think of until after we left with our new trailer. NO BUYERS REMORSE HERE. Shop with P&M if you are looking for quality products from wonderful people. Bless you guys at P&M.

I lost a wheel on my trailer and needed service on Holiday weekend and owner came to the shop to take care of me. Fixed it fast....great bussiness owner and person.On my next trip to Lake Powell....from Phoenix I will stop there to have service done on my boat trailer. Why would I go anywhere else?

Pete is a great guy and got me out of a jam. I had apparently blown out my bearings (for some time)on the right side of my trailer, but only noticed it on my way our of town. I called him and he squeezed me into the schedule. It appeared that there was major damage to the spindle, thank God he had one in stock that fit my trailer. Pete got the new one swapped in and I was on my way again. Fast, Professional and Friendly service....I highly recommend them.

Some of the most awesome people I have ever met. We broke down I Flagstaff Arizona on July 7th could not get anyone to repair my RV. I was referred to P. & M. Trailer. Husband wife and daughter were so helpful. Fair priced, they went above and beyond to explain everything. They fixed everything thing up in a timely manner and got me and girlfriend back on the road. I will tell you one thing for sure, you will not be disappointed. Great people and if someone ever were to make a poor review I would never believe it. The family is like no other. Pete is a talker and has a great sense of humor. Guaranteed to make you laugh when you think all is going to be a bad day. Pete will definitely cheer you up. His daughter and wife work side by side with him. It s a down home hospitality and hard working red blooded Americans. You can t ask for anything better. I d refer any one to them. The best in town. We went to P&M Trailer Sales recently. We went in to buy a standard steel atv trailor with a wood floor board. But after seeing a 5 by 10 ft all aluminum trailer, we were definitely sold! Pete was straight-up about the pros and cons of the Steel trailer versus the aluminum trailer. He definitely sold us on the aluminum! He and his daughter Kelly were awesome to do business with. Obviously very honest and operate their business with a lot of integrity! Plus they're just fine people with great stories! If you're in the market to purchase any type of trailer you can't beat the deals they have, the selection they have & their business ethic.

Great people who saved our trip! We towed a travel trailer from Pennsylvania to the Grand Canyon.We bent an axle near Kansas and started to chew up tires.My wife called two days ahead and then we got there first thing in the morning. After a quick assessment they said they had the axle in stock and could install it that afternoon. We left the t.t. there for the day and picked it up at 4 and campground by 5.We didn't even lose a full day in our trip.After a 2,600 mile trip home, the new axle works great.Great Job! Thank you!
