Found a great car at this dealership but the sales person was worthless. Even though he was introduced as the best salesman they have! Showed no interest in showing us the car and did not provide any details on the vehicle when we were test driving it to showcase what the vehicle had at all. Thank goodness we did our research and pulled the Carfax and knew a lot about what the cars options because he didn t say a word. Never have experience this type of interaction with the sales person ever. Also, no urgency in trying to get the deal done. Had to come back the next day and waited mid to late afternoon to even be told that the car was ready for us to pick up. All in all the experience was OK but nothing I would ever brag about or suggest anyone go to.

Oxendale Kia dealership helped me out tremendously! After being stranded by less than satisfactory work from jiffy lube (I should have known better), I was towed to this dealership. Luckily they were able to take my car immediately and fix everything from the primary issue to the outstanding recalls. The ladies at the front service desk were extremely nice and sent me on my way happy with the service I received!

After a stressful and unexpected car incident we were able to leave Flagstaff with a safe, honest and great deal.Everyone at this dealership was helpful, kind and supportive. At 4:30p (30 min before closing) Jennie was able to get us in to get the engine light inspected. The next morning the diagnostic had been run and we found out that our car was no longer drivable. The staff was very helpful in brainstorming with us and Ryder went out of his way to give us a lift. At the end of the day we were able to feel safe, comfortable and happy with our trade in.Thank you so so much for taking care of two out of town folks in a moment of crisis.Ryder, Jennie, Larry and Jen y all are the best!

The sales manager was good. For purchasing a vehicle we weren't served a glass or a bottle of water. Instead, it felt like the use vehicle we purchased in a hurry before Inchanged my mind.. The vehicle runs very well. Time will tell the difference since it was not sold for almost 2 yrs and no one wanted it. The finance manager could have been nicer with more smiles. In a huge way~ I feel I was ripped off just like a lot 9f the Native American Indians. Time will tell the worth of the used vehicle I purchased. It's to soon to survey the vehicle. This is just the sales attitude. The Navajo sales person was nice, kind and very positive. He had to do his job by directives of the finance manager. It his job to convince buyers. I hope he become Finance Manager very soon. We need more Native Americans in the leading fields.

Went in thinking we were "just looking" so that we could compare the mid-size SUVs but walked out with a brand new Sorrento. We did test drive at 3 other dealerships before coming here, and we're set on one what had a VERY high APR. Thank you Alexis and her team for being fast!! She was so helpful and answered all our questions, then stayed late to complete the paperwork. Definitely will refer to friends and family, thank you!!

Was my first time ever being at a dealership. They were very welcoming. I sat inside the office with the manager, Larry , Made me feel right at home. When our conversation was over, I walked a lot any vehicle I thought would fit me they handed me the keys they said go for a ride. Come back when you re done. So that s exactly what I did. I ended up walking out of there with my very first car that I could say I worked for. Not long after we went back again for my wife and she picked the car that she wanted. And again we went back and got a truck. There s no other place I d rather go. Larry and his team know how to take care of the customer.

They did a good job at scheduling my appointments for my car servicing. I always take my van into kia oxendale because I trust their maintenance services and they tell me what I need done on my vehicle. They always do a good job.

Brandon Diaz helped us that day and he was excellent and thoughtful. We were already pretty sure of what we were looking for, but he showed us our options and helped us solidify our decision. The process was smooth and we left with what we wanted. He and everyone else we dealt with were friendly and helpful. So far so so good!

Love this place! They always hook me up with free oil changes. And I ve never waited longer than 30 minutes for an oil change plus the service reps are super professional and are always so nice! Wish I could say that about most of the dealerships in town.

Great experience. They serviced my 2024 Telly & I also got a free car wash! I arrived early to my appointment & they got me right in/out!! I will definitely return && I absolutely recommend them for anyone in area looking to get their Kia (or any vehicle) serviced!

We live in Snowflake AZ which is a 1hr & 45minute one way trip to Flagstaff AZ where Oxendale Kia is located. We decided to make this trip instead of making a 3hr one way trip to Phoenix.When I contacted the service department on March 13th about getting 3 recalls & 1 notice taken care of on our 2011 Kia Sorento along with doing an oil change, they were very courteous and got us scheduled for Monday, March 18th at 9am.When I dropped the vehicle off at 8:30am they said the diagnostics and repairs would take no more than 3hours, so we got a rental car and did some local shopping while our vehicle was in the shop. I called several times after 12pm and got different reasons each time as to why it was taking longer than they said. Our vehicle was not completed until after 4pm.After leaving we noticed that our air bag light was still on, which was one of the issues that we had a notice from KIA about having diagnostics run for repairs. They were also supposed to do a "multi-point" inspection so why did they not notice the air bag indicator light was constantly on? They clearly did not do the things that were requested along with taking twice as long to perform the ones they did do...The following day at home we went to a drive through and opened our center console for some change and were shocked to see that every bit of our change was GONE! Someone cleaned out every penny! I can see someone possibly taking a few quarters for a soda or snack but to take every bit of change which was probably 20-30 dollars was unbelievable! Did they think the owner of the vehicle would not notice that ALL of their change was gone? They did leave our 2 stamped pennies from Hoover Dam and the Petrified Forest so thanks for doing that, I guess...I called and asked to talk to the service manager about these issues, and they connected me with Brett. I explained everything to him, and I also told him about the change which really bothered me. He said that he would talk to the technicians and call me back that day or the next to tell me what happened. It has been 8 days now and still no response from Brett.Not only do they have a THIEF on staff, but they evidently do not feel a need to take care of their customers either. I am so disappointed with this experience that I will never again do business with Oxendale KIA of Flagstaff or recommend them to anyone.My next trip will be to a KIA dealer in the Phoenix area where I will be getting the recall/notice work completed on our Sorento and also look at a new Telluride that we are interested in purchasing. I guess my loss is their loss as well...

My car was left outside w the windows down. It was soaked and has a stench now. Also, all of my change was stolen. I live in Phoenix & got stranded in Flagstaff while my car was fixed. The dealership apparently doesn t give out loaners but refused to try & help a stranded customer. No rental options, no Uber or Lyft & refused to assist w contacting corporate! The repairs were under warranty but I m still out over $500 for lodge, food and Lyfts on top of the $150 in quarters stolen from my car and the cost to detail my interior!

The staff is very professional; from the mechanics, parts and the most impressive was the young man in sales! I didn't know what to expect, but don't let his young age fool you. He's very smart, talkative and skilled.

My 2021 Niro plug in hybrids 12 volt battery was not holding its charge. I checked with a couple of dealerships and was told that it would take weeks for them to try and find one for me. I then called Oxendale Flagstaff and even though it is further away from where we live, I finally found people who knew what to do, and how to treat consumers! My software was updated, and it was confirmed the battery was malfunctioning, it was replaced under warranty without any hassles. This is the dealership that is knowledgeable, curtious and has earned my respect and future business.

Friendly and fast service. They are very upfront with all costs and find ways to work with customers who may be on a tighter budget. This is the only place I will take my KIA to get serviced in Flagstaff!

Changed my whole experience of working with dealerships. Couldn't have asked for any better. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, without any of the high pressure tactics. And Michael Jaramillo was the best. And though I wasn't able to finance the car of my choice, I drove out with what I felt was an excellent deal and a great vehicle. Thank you Michael.Would definitely recommend to all my friends..Update: Found staff very helpful and cooperative during the buying process, but that is where it stopped. Six weeks after purchasing the vehicle, temporary tag has expired and I find out that they "forgot" to process the paperwork, which caused multiple issues that I had to work thru. Agreements made with the sales staff at time of purchase were not followed thru on, and when trying to resolve they became rude. Obviously, the only thing they truly care about is getting that signature on the paperwork. That's where the customer service ends....Love the car, but will definitely find an alternative dealership to work with when service becomes necessary. Note: make sure you get everything in writing. Verbal agreements are worth absolutely nothing !!'

I went in looking to finally get a new car, been without one for more than a year. I was looking for something low price but good quality and Jerome, my salesman delivered. He made the whole process very short and sweet too. Got off the lot with a 2015 jeep for 10k in about three hours, would've been quicker but i personally had some issues with getting insurance.

KIA has the worst customer service from the local dealership to corporate level. They sold me a car that does not even have an auxiliary outlet, no option for external entertainment programming, automatic start is a joke and this is just among a lot of other issues. They couldn't even fix my other car. Excuses, excuses all day long by the sales people. No more business with them. They don't believe in quality customer service. Disappointed!

Not recommended! I had to service my Sorento, but next time I will drive to a dealership in Phoenix area. Not the level of service I expected from a KIA dealership. Before I had my car serviced in KIA dealerships in Chihuahua MX and in Chula Vista CA and I can see there is a clear difference.
