BEWARE, THE EQUIPMENT WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR!This car wash put tons of huge scratches all over my car from the big spinning brushes - they must have had debris trapped in them. I reported the problem to management within 48 hours of it happening and they (Caleb and Dean) refused to take responsibility. They just kept saying "it didn't happen here" - Right, like I got symmetrical scratches on both sides of the vehicle in the same travel pattern as your brushes from someplace else even though I haven't driven this vehicle anywhere else in that time. I asked to see the camera footage from when my car went through but they refused - so they say their equipment didn't do it but are too afraid to prove it.Sadly, I could tell by talking to them that this is a common conversation that they have with customers, they even said that they have to tell people this all the time and "good luck proving it in a court of law."I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office (Consumer Protection & Advocacy Section) and would encourage others who have had their cars damaged here to do the same as well as leave reviews all over.

Update: website/Google maps said open 24 hours a day but it is not. The clerk at the gas station said the car wash is open 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and the gas station is open 24 hours, not the car wash. Also, I guess if they just decide to close the car wash they will do that anytime they want.I got the ultimate plan for a month at about $35. The wash does pretty well but it doesn't really dry my car. When I asked about the drying problem the employee said to ask for it to be slowed down when I go through. You also need to tell them to give your grill a bug scrub when you go through it. It seems like they don't even if it obviously needs it. The vacuum section is pretty good with two types of nozzles; one for covering large surfaces and another to get in the cracks and crevasses. They also had an air compressor which was nice for getting water out of those places you can't get with a rag. So overall it's okay but they should definitely work in the drying portion of drive through wash and just have it slowed down automatically since it seems to be a problem.

I'm taking the time to leave this review because Brandon, the manager here, went above and beyond to help my elderly father.Brandon immediately fixed a small problem with my father's car and made my dad feel satisfied and served. We have memberships here and will continue to.We'd been purchasing all our fuel here already but Brandon cemented our decision to drive past two other gas stations and another car wash to bring our business here.Well done Brandon, you've earned our loyal business for your car wash and gas. Hate to drop the stars on this place but it s closed more and more as my subscription goes on. Can t call, can t ask for a month comped because it s never open when I go anymore. I m paying for a service I don t get so one star.

Nice new car wash in town.. really love how staff are so nice,, only thing is that it doesn't dry as well as other car wash places in town.. I understand that they have a cool drying method with kinda strings blowing air but I feel it would be way better if they have more of the same blowers or at least slow it down by double the speed when the car reaches the air blowers. Overall it's a nice place in an absolutely amazing location. Also, just signed up for their monthly membership!!

My wife bought a monthly subscription for this was because it is so close to our house. I needed a quick wash and fill up, so I dropped by. It was after the listed hours for opening, I went inside the convenience store to verify it was open, filled my car with fuel and then went for a wash.I pulled up and waited.... No one came out to meet me, so I went looking for someone. I young man came out and in a curt manner told me they were NOT open. I let him know the time, that his manager confirmed they were me asked when he would be able to wash my car. He said he couldn t turn on the machines and estimated it would be at least 20 minutes. I said I couldn t wait 20 minutes and then he raised his voice and said they were having technical difficulties and there was nothing he could do about it.I drove back to the convenience store and he was inside complaining to the manager that I was yelling at him. I asked the manager to cancel my monthly service and he started hassling me. I told him I wasn t here to argue and just wanted my service cancelled. He continued to hassle me stating he was just trying to make it right.He opening the self service bay for me and I was able to wash my car.I wished this hadn t happened as I really was hoping this would be a place I could frequent for fuel, snacks, and car washes. Unfortunately, it was such a horrible experience, I ll never go back.Service: Auto detailing

What a terrific experience, I can t believe we have such an amazing car wash in our small town, it s not only beautiful to look at, It also did awesome on my car. There are fun lights as you go through and my car came out clean and dry at the end. I love that you don t have to touch anything as the car wash attendants do it all. I would highly recommend this car wash. Oh and the vacuums are also amazing!!!

Place is horrible. Wash is somewhat ok, but management and customer service is horrible. Make sure if u want to cancel you have every single date, time, name of person down to the exact minute of what u exactly said or you won't get any kind of help. I was told I used the service and will continue to be billed for it.I'm currently trying to cancel because the plate reader never could read my plates and was always denied to go through the wash...I would consider other place before this one.

They have all types of washes from self-serve to a quick drive-thru option. We thought customer service was really good and the quality of the wash was great as well :)

I drive a Ford E350 for work and when I pulled in, this younger kid told me, that it was their policy this particular vehicle wasn't allowed into the car wash for what he said "Some reason". I asked why is that and he couldn't give me a reason. Yet I seen bigger trucks then this van come out of the wash. So it was odd he said that. Whatever they lost my company business.

Was charged $35 yesterday for unlimited car washes for upcoming month. I moved from flagstaff. I called in to see about getting a refund since it was just charged to my card. They said no and that the contract says I would have to cancel 7 days prior to getting charged. Kind of bogus since I m now paying an entire month for car washes and won t be using one of them. But, that s on the business. Buyer beware. Obviously my $35.00 is more important to them than a bad review.

Used my card ONCE at this location heading through to Vegas. They continued to charge my credit card monthly. I have many cards and unfortunately prior to this incident , I was not keeping track of charges well enough. From January through November I was charged. I reached out and spoke to the manager. He proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do but MAYBE refund one of the eleven months. Then lectured me on tracking my finances. I asked if they could provide me with my signature authorizing the charges which he declined.I was told he would reach out to the owner but have received no reply. Furious that they are not willing to resolve the discrepancy. They are well aware, as they acknowledged, my car only went through there service one day. I wouldn't trust a company who refuses to make things right. Shady practices for sure.

Used card reader/ pay system.Over charged AGAIN !Ran a single cycle ($3.00) was charged $15.00I gave this place a second chance but won t be ripped off a third time.Nefarious

This is the BEST car wash in town! They have straight tracks and employees actually guide you onto them so you don t have to guess and damage your tires or sides.I m an Uber driver and I will only trust my car to these guys! I even saw them give a policeman a free wash: Nice!Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz paint RUINED!Had my truck for 1 month and went on my first vacation to the Grand Canyon. Stopped here for a carwash. Huge mistake. Completely RUINED my paint job. Every inch of my new vehicle has deep scratches and swirls. This experience is gut wrenching to say the least. I do not recommend this place. Stay Away! Who's going to pay for this repair??I got a quote for paint correction for $500 Dollars. Owner, do what is right and please contact me to fix this problem. You can make a payment directly to the Detail Garage for this repair.

Don't get a membership here. It cannot be canceled. We sold the car we had it on and they gave us the run around on how to cancel. My bank called them to find out and when I did it that way they said I wasn't a customer so I couldn't cancel, and someone would call me. Haven't heard from them. But they still charged my card. Have to dispute through the bank to get it gone!! Will never use them again. Car wasn't that clean after a wash either.

Solid car wash, car comes out 90% of the way clean, which is good given most other automatic washes do a half job. Free vacuums too!

!!BEWARE!! Never again will I do business with this car wash. Their wash scratched my Husband's truck on BOTH sides. We kindly informed them that their wash caused damage to our vehicle and they told us they would contact the business owner. The owner simply said his wash "couldn't have caused the damage" and implied we were looking for a "hand out" and that we "lied" about the damage. This is simply not the case! We will be paying out of pocket to fix the damage done by this car wash. I'm disappointed with their lack of respect & clear lack of accountability for the damage their car wash caused to our vehicle. !!BEWARE!!

Definitely the best car wash in town. Hands down!!!! My car was very dirty and it go everything off the first try. Then I invested in the monthly plan. Now I can get as many washes I want for FREE!!! I've tried all the rest, this one is definitely the best. Finally a decent car wash in Flagstaff. I never go high dollar, just the basic. I voted to get the monthly rate $19.99. why not for a while? It's dirty out there!

I signed up for carwash service and for my first 3 months free. I cancelled within days because they refused to allow my car go thru due to my roof top cargo carrier. 3 months later they started charging me 35 bucks a month and I had to file a fraud charge through my bank.DONT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

I decided to wash an old farm truck that I had just purchased and broke the valve stem off of my tire while scrubbing the rear tire. Unfortunately, the truck did not have a jack inside the cab. So, a very helpful employee gave me a hand and lent me his jack. I highly recommend this facility, top notch service

Awful car wash. I usually try not to throw out bad reviews but when necessary its gotta be told. Went into the car wash and was pretty sweet at first. They have two attendants who help you through the menu and another to do some front and rear grill clean up.Here is why you should avoid this place. When we were going throw the car wash the brushes got caught in the car in front of us stopping him which ended up having us collide together. We get out and it's completely visible that the car wash obviously caused the issue. The top of the jeeps roof bracket was torn off. The manger comes up to us and goes well we aren't doing anything you need to talk to the Jeep owners insurance and go through them.WAIT WHAT?! The car wash was what caused the issue and now we have to fight other customers insurances to get damgae covered.STAY AWAY!!!! THIS PLACE OBVIOUSLY WONT COVER ANY SCRATCHES, OBVIOUS DAMAGE OR PAINT ISSUES THAT THEY CAUSE!!!!! STAY AWAY

I drove my truck through a lake and got it absolutely covered in mud and clay! It was bad...really bad. But the guys at One stop car wash took great care of me and got it looking so clean! They were so nice and the car wash was excellent. I definitely will be back! Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They will scam you out of your money!! The car wash is awful and customer service is the absolute worse. Seth has no right to be a manager and does not deserve a job here. I ve had better customer service from McDonalds. This place is absolute garbage. I have been trying to cancel my membership for 5 months! I wrote a letter the first time, as instructed on my receipt, and was charged the following month. I cancelled my membership on the website and was charged the following month. I have cancelled three times on the website and called three times. I am told that the manager will return my call and I have heard nothing. No choice left but the AG's office. What a lousy operation!

I used this for 4 months and it was okay just a quick car wash. However when I tried to cancel my membership the first time I tried it said it went through and that my membership was cancelled and they even emailed me approving it then the next month I was charged again that unacceptable I was gonna come back after winter but due to this I will not be coming backServices: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I drove from Phoenix to Flagstaff my car was so dirty. I stopped at One Stop Carwash and got my car taken care of. The building is beautiful and the equipment is state of the art. I will be back the next time I come into town. I have family up here so that will be a lot!!
