Great service here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they did not have what i was looking for but in the past i have bought replacement light bulbs here and they always have those in stock for whatever vehicle I'm looking for.

This place is great and I was taken great care of. The whole crew on hand Matt,Dawson, Jakob and Robert all helped me locate the appropriate parts and fluids for my 97 4Runner. These guys were funny and provided great customer service. Thank you all.

Very helpful at this location! I purchased some windshield washing fluid, but there was a small problem with my hoses, and Aaron came out and help me take care of it without me even asking for assistance. Great place.

Headlights went out and Thanks to Robert I was able to get new ones... NAPA does not install anything but he talked me thru it... my daughter who was waiting even drew us... Thanks Robert!!

Probably one of the most helpful auto parts store I've been to. I have a 40 ft RV schooly conversion and it's very important that the parts that I put in are going to last and don't fail me when I'm on the road as it could cost me thousands of dollars. I had a lot of shops giving me problems buying new batteries and not finding the quality that I needed.Railin One of the managers here went above and beyond to help answer my questions to make sure that I was going to be in good shape. Also another thing about this store is it's a regional warehouse so they have most parts that other places don't. Great job guys hope to see you when I'm back in Flagstaff.

Outstanding customer service. We were coming through and we were having trailer problems, I had just had surgery and the owner not only had what we needed but installed the parts for us. Best experience I have ever had with an auto parts store. Super clean restrooms. Good humans.

Came thru with parts in a pinch! Traveling from Denver thru Moab, Byrce, Page Az, to Grand Canyon when rented RV battery failed. Service Rep Rick took our call, found the RV battery needed and made the process very easy. Flagstaff NAPA was an unplanned stop but very necessary- we had not turned off the RV(precautionary) for about 6 hrs straight including diesel fill ups. Thank you Rick! We made it to Grand Canyon and talked to many of the RV service providers you recommended.Battery was replaced at our camping ground the next morning.

Employees are great, owner not so much, does not honor warranties, on defective parts giving to customers. Had to go so far as calling napa corporate, to get a solution to the problem.

I work for Murphy's Towing in Flagstaff and always have amazing interactions with these guys at work BUT I needed some parts for my personal truck and Gabe was AMAZINGly patient, kind and knowledgeable. I called three separate times lacking information to get the correct shocks and struts and he was patient and understanding each time. Parts were ordered, came quickly - they even CALLED me to let me know my parts were in - :) 5/5 every time with this crew!

Aaron and the staff are great very informative, personable and helpful. I forgot the gentlemen who helped me with new windshield wipers but they went out of the way to find me a replacement. excellent service and wonderful training. Aaron the manager even helped me install my new wiper blades on his own accord. 10/10 will be coming back

Talk about selection, quality and customer service! We were visiting flagstaff and stopped in to get some items for our trip and we were blown away by the selection. We found everything we needed and employees were spot on with their parts know how. Loved how they treated us like family!

I went in to replace my headlight bulb and received excellent assistance from Harry! He answered my questions knowledgeably and even helped me pick out a better bulb that was also less expensive. The store is clean and well organized, and you can tell the employees care about providing great service! I will definitely be back.

My son and I came in to purchase a new battery tonight and neither of us knew how to replace the dead battery. Matthew was extremely helpful and friendly. He checked out our vehicle to make sure that he was able to swap out the battery with the tools he had at his disposal and got us in and out in less than 20 minutes. Sometimes I feel really guilty asking clerks at auto parts stores for help but Matthew was so friendly and didn't make me feel bad at all. I tried to tip him but he would accept. This store earned a customer for life. I'll definitely be back. Thanks so much, Matthew!

Rick did a great job helping me find the right battery and even installed it for me in the parking lot. It was an emergency situation and I'm not sure I would have been able to drive away without it!

Really helpful when finding our kotorhome windshield wopers. We had been hunting down a specific size for a while and they helped us find the ones we needed. Sadly the wrong size was ordered the first time but they fixed it quickly and we were able to get on the road.

I was in need of a new battery and went online to do research on reviews, best value and service. NAPA was highly rated. I went in, got taken care of promptly with Harry, the store manager. He not only got me the battery which I needed, but installed it right there on the spot!! For me that is total customer service. In addition, he was pleasant, helpful and made the experience one that will bring me back to NAPA in the future!! Thank you Harry!!

This place is great! I had a issue with a return. Long story short I didn't have a receipt. My boyfriend purchased the day before. It wasn't a problem. I was still refunded my money. Nice, friendly staff. Great job!!!

Came in for a battery check while on vacation, Harry came out , tested the battery, and went over all the options for batteries and was a huge help, even stopped what he was doing and swapped the battery out for us while recommending things to do in town. Couldent be happier with this experience. Harry was the best!

Aarin did an amazing job getting us back on the road with our cooling fan relay and antifreeze he took amazing care of us as we were broke down on the side of the road. We would definitely recommend this napa for all your vehicles needs

I had an issue with my rear blinkers that was really giving me some grief. The entire light housing was melted and damaged. Luckily, James, harry, and Jeremiah were awesome in helping me. They helped me get what I needed and even jumped into help me secure the entire brake light housing in a clean and efficient manner despite it being near closing time. Knowledgeable and polite, and I appreciated it! Thanks!

I was driving from the midwest to CA when my oil light came on outside of Flagstaff. Made it into town just before NAPA closed. Jeremiah not only helped me find the correct oil, he came out to the car and put it in! He gave me a couple extra "cones" in case I needed to add more down the road. Thank you Jeremiah! So grateful for you!!!

My new favorite joint. Dealer was on backorder, the competitor stores kept asking me dumb trim level questions. The lady working here answered my call quickly and upon arrival she grabbed my part fast and had me cashed out asap, she deserves more money! I wish I had her name I'd call the store to speak to managers on her great work. I'll be back because my first visit was great.

Incredible knowledgeable staff make your life easy. This is the place I always go to when I or my customers needs parts... Clean, professional and courteous it's always a pleasure. You don't get better than this. This location is in my humble opinion the best napa I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with
