Another truck cut a corner and took my bumper off (as well as other damage) while I was sleeping. Needed the bumper to be taken off so I could finish my run and make it back to the shop. Called murphys towing, young man came out (forgot his name) with his well mannered dog and removed the rest of the bumper for me and strap it to the back of my cab, as well as cleaned up and hung the wiring harness so it wouldn't swing around or short out. All in all, took maybe and hour and half. Quick and professional. Extremely happy with everything including price. Won't hesitate to call again.

We we're traveling in our Rv when a belt broke. We decided to spend the night on the highway because it was getting late after making many calls. Finally the next morning called our insurance they refered Murphy's. Jeff arrived in the ETA that was giving to us. Jeff was laid back and giving the situation he assured us no problem to big. Towed us to our RV park where we were staying so we could hook up ie. (Water and electric.) So at that point we could wait safely for our roadside mechanic (Dave of Roadside repair). Who was also great. Could come and fix our Serpentine belt that had broke.Thanks Jeff and Murphy's Towing.Great job!Service: Special vehicle towing

Colllin worked fast and did a good job. Fair pricing and great customer service from Kamie, gave us a ride when we needed it and very helpful with everything else. Great service on a Sunday!

With the help of Michelle, and Alex they got my truck into the shop immediately. When I arrived at there shop after, a short check in. Plus on top of all that Michelle looked for parts from different sources to get me the best deal a save me some money on the bill.

We were stuck near Ash Fork on i40 and were waiting on a tow. Our tow arrived and Bodie was extremely nice and provided a smooth experience! If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would!

Went over to get a company flatbed looked at was having some brake issues the Mechanics seemed like they knew what they were doing. Super nice and helpfulUnfortunately, my company was given a Mechanics lean contract and decided it was best to go somewhere else. there forms of payment where hard to accomplish for my company I guess they've dealt with a lot of theft. the whole time I was there it seemed like a normal operation until my company got nervous the lady came outside and told the guys to put it back together and then put her phone on speaker so that she could tell me to go somewhere else so that my boss or her boss could hear her say so. Made me feel like a low life trying to Still from them or something but that's just how it goes I guess lots of trust issues here and hard to imagine with such a large business that they would handle themselves in this way

Murphys has the equipment and trucks to handle anything within 200 miles of the Flagstaff area. Hayden came in a reasonable time to Twin Arrows with parts in hand. Of course my truck needed the special part, not available till Monday. Hayden showed up nice and early and had us rolling, making money in no time he knows trucks

We had a driver that broke down between Flagstaff and Winslow. Murphys Towing & Truck Repair was quick to send out a technician and when he figured out we needed more extensive work they were also quick to send out a tow truck. This all happened a few days before Thanksgiving and their mechanic shop could not have done a better job. They seemed to genuinely care and want our driver to not only get back on the road but get back on the road in time to make it home for Thanksgiving with his family. We deal with mechanic shops all over the lower 48 and the professionalism combined with the sincerity we received from Murphys Towing & Truck Repair definitely gave us something to be thankful for this year.

Jeff with Murphys towing made a very stressful situation so much more bearable with his calm confidence and reassuring words. For the first time in over a year of being a long haul truck driver, my trailer fell off my tractor on the hwy. I had driven over 350 miles on this trip with no incident and the entire experience really freaked me out. Fortunately there was no damage done to any persons or properties including my trailer, tractor, and my load. Jeff hooked my trailer up quickly and efficiently and then let me meet him at the nearby Loves, so I could fuel up as I was almost out of fuel. He even grabbed my triangles off the hwy for me. He stuck around after dropping my trailer to make sure I had no issues hooking up to it and proceeded to further help when the trailer was still sitting too low for me to get under it. When we both forgot to get my triangles back, he later met with me, after his company called him, on an exit to make sure I got my triangles back. Jeff is a superstar at his work and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Jeff for being so quick, professional, kind, understanding, and going out of your way to make this horrible experience a little more positive.Service: Special vehicle towing

Very accomodating. Jason took great care in towing it. Mary, the dispatcher got us connected quickly. Michelle, at the front desk, kept us informed of the progress of the repair regularly. The mechanic, Trenton, did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing our vehicle.

Stopped in by chance in hopes they would be able to swap a tire on our trailer on our way up to a hunt. On the way back home we had a second tire go and swung in again. Both times Kamie and Alex provided unmatched customer service! It s never fun when equipment fails on a trip, however, they got us back on the road in no time at all. I honestly can t even say the tires blowing felt an inconvenience purely due to their pleasant attitudes and efficiency. It was by far one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever come across and they were truly a breath of fresh air. Thank you both again!

This place is nothing but daylight highway robbery!! They keep you there for days telling you it will be ready by the end of the day and then order the wrong parts and charged $1000 more than any other place. Don't get stuck here, or you'll be STUCK here and at their mercy. It's OUTRAGEOUS!!

Murphys Towing wins my business! Traveling North from Camp Verde we blew a bearing seal on the tag axle of our diesel motorhome. This on the second day after Christmas. Who was there to help. Murphys!! Michelle, Alex and Jason made the repair time short and actually enjoyable. The price was very fair as well. CHECK THEM OUT WITH YOUR BIG RIG PROBLEMS.

We had a flat tire on our rental car and was referred to Murphys in Ash Fork AZ. It was a Sunday afternoon and they were open and available to repair our tire. After checking, it was discovered that the tire was non repairable. Marcia, Caleb, Eamon, and Desiree went far and above to get us changed out and back on the road. I greatly appreciate the professional service and assistance provided by Kamie, Trent, and Hayden. I had been hearing a loud noise coming from my RV drivetrain as I drove cross-country, and needed help to determine the likely source of this noise. I arrived on a Saturday morning, and their team quickly helped me check in my vehicle, explained their timeframe for when their mechanics would investigate the issue, and kept me informed via text message during the process. They provided valuable information that helped me determine what I should do next, and I was able to continue on my journey with a written description of what their investigation looked at and what they observed.The level of customer service and communication they provided is incredible and sets the standard for how everyone should communicate with customers.
