I was stranded at o Reilly s and needed a battery installed that I just bought. Juan pulled into the parking lot in his mobile mechanic truck. I asked him if he had time and he said okay. He first pushed the little RV which died into a parking space. Then he tested the battery then installed the new one, but first exchanged it for the right one and returned the old one. Then he tested my house battery which was a relief to know was good. Juan saved my day and was quick and knew what he was doing. Highly recommend! Thank you Juan!

Juan has been fixing my cars for over 4 years now! I ve recommended him to absolutely everyone! As a college student it can be a little intimidating to go to a mechanic alone but he s 100% honest, quick to reply, kind and always gets the job done perfectly. He has affordable pricing (the best pricing compared to anyone in town) and always goes above and beyond! I always give his dog Snoopy treats too.

Juan is not only an excellent mechanic, he in a hardworking and understanding businessman. I will be his customer for life and so will my family in Flagstaff. I have ran out of business cards and now just send his saved contact out to people who ask for a good place to get their car woes handled. This man did an entire engine swap on my 2000 Subaru forester in the winter in a few days and and had no issues troubleshooting a used engine i purchased in Phoenix. He didn t charge me much more for all the work he did on the engine and he let me pay him in two installments because I wasn t expecting to have to replace my engine. I know there are other good mechanics in Flagstaff, but I stand by saying that Munoz and Sons in the best mechanic in this county. There is a reason he is a five star mechanic, and his prices are very very very reasonable. He is a family man and brings his sons along with him on occasion. He swapped a starter in a parking lot in twenty minutes and fixed and installed a front bumper in an hour and a half. He is a car super hero. Just call him!

Juan replaced the alternator in my car. I can t say enough great things about him. Juan was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. He fixed it promptly so i could get back on the road. I had a horrible experience with Ascot and it s refreshing to know there are still honest and reputable mechanics out there!

I have never met a mechanic like this one. He is very professional, super understanding, and flexible with what time works for you... He fixed my car at my house and did it less than an hour... I automatically trusted him and I am very appreciative of how he was able to help me. Definitely recommend to anyone I know. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Reasonable price and friendly service!!! I highly recommend you calling Munoz and sons mobile mechanics!! Juan is very friendly and will save your life on the road no joke !!! My car was over heating while I was in flagstaff and he fixed it in no time now I am back home and safe with my wife and kids .. Juan and his son rescued me yesterday when my very old starter caused my vehicle to die at work. I called them at about 4:00 pm, and luckily, they were able to come identify the problem and fix the vehicle within 1.5 hours! They were incredibly easy to work with and very hard working! So thankful for the quick and convenient service. I called with an issue with my car and he was at my house that same morning! He handled it no problem, was fast and friendly and made sure I understood everything. Would definitely recommend and will be a repeat costumer.

I gave juan a called a Thursday afternoon set an appointment with him for Friday 9:00 am, he called me Friday at 9 and was on time outside of my house. He worked on my truck and never left the job unattended and didn t leave till he finished the job.

I 100/100 strongly recommend these guys! I called at 2:30pm they were at my house at 3:00pm had the job done by 530. So clean and left no mess behind. Very polite so friendly family business The bill was very fair. I can t recommend them enough 5 stars is not enough they deserve 100 stars!

We shot our AC Compressor and were about to be stranded in Flagstaff/ Grand Canyon Area. We called all around to at least 4 Mechanics in the area and all were not able to help us the same day or help us with what we wanted to do. LUCKILY the employee at O'Reilly West Flagstaff gave us his card and we were SAVED!! He was immediately available and came to us in less than 30 minutes, we were SOOO grateful. He came with his son and they are a legit family business, came with their cute little dog too! Professional, fast, efficient, kind, and VERY reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN!!! shout-out to the O'Reilly lady as well.

Had the unfortunate experience of having a deer hit my car. He was able to see me within 2 days of the accident, and we got my car up and running fairly soon after. Everything looks like as if it was before. There was both body and mechanical damage to my car, and he was able to fix all of it. I am very impressed and happy with the service. Munoz & Sons was a great experience. They were able to get to my car and help me out immediately. Juan would respond quick to text messages and helped troubleshoot any questions I had regarding my car and what it could possibly be and how we could fix it. If you have any type of issue with your vehicle, I would highly recommend this company. Long story short, I was attempting to do my own upper ball joints, and after around 20 hours of unsuccessful attempts and my truck on Jack stands, Juan Munoz and his son came out within 30 minutes of me calling them, and had the upper ball joints pressed (AND fitted back in place) within another 30 minutes. He charged me half the price of what other shops would charge and did it twice as quickly. On top of that, they were extremely friendly and even let me stick my nose in their business to watch how it was done. 100/10 stars if I could, would highly recommend to anyone with any size vehicle!En Espa�ol: son los mejores en Flagstaff, si tienes alguna problema con tu camioneta o carro, darles una llamada y te van a ayudar. Thank you Munoz & Sons! When I called I expected to wait awhile but they came out the same day & fixed one of my vehicle problems & diagnosed the check engine light. They came out the next day and fixed it! They saved me from taking my vehicle to the dealer & waiting for it which would have taken much longer than the amount of time it took Munoz & Sons. Very professional & reasonably priced, too! Excellent service Munoz & Sons!

JUAN WAS AMAZING. For the last week I have been on the road and my battery and brake light kept coming on and off. I took it to firestone where they charged me 100 bucks to figure out what's wrong with it and they said nothing was wrong. Kept going on the trip and the lights still gave me issues, took it to oreilleys and they said everything tested fine. Called Juan and he said he could look at it first thing in the morning and 30 mins later I have a new alternator. I am so so grateful for him. He charged like nothing basically so I tipped well because I could have spent more money somewhere else and been sitting there longer or having to find a hotel and spent more money there. He was so nice and made me feel so much less crazy. Thank you thank you thank you!

We were stranded in Flagstaff with a broken axel on our trailer and they came within the hour and fixed everything! I can t remember their names - back in June - father, son and dog. They were experts in their field and kind in their interactions! A great find and amazing experience! Thank you Munoz & Sons!! 100% recommend this company. I had service for my battery within 30 minutes of calling and then a week later I was taking a long road trip. The car was looked over and signed off on for travel and new brake pads installed, all within 1.5 hours. This man saved my 10 year anniversary trip. TWO times! On the way down to Pheonix from Flagstaff after starting in Colorado, we were dealing with overheating issues due to a cracked thermostat that we had JUST paid $500 to fix and got ripped off. We called and Juan said he'd be there in 15 minutes and was there in 6. He replaced the thermostat right there in the parking lot for us and got us the best price I've ever paid for mechanic work! We let him know we had a full diagnostic and they said nothing else was wrong but that thermostat so we were on our way and made it to our destination with no issues. On our way back from our long road trip it started showing signs of overheating again on the screen. We were fortunate and a tow truck already on the way to our destination hauled us into town. We called Juan and he said to let him know as soon as we got into town and he was there at the auto part shop at the SAME TIME we arrived. In the cold wind and snow starting to fall and it getting dark, him and his son did a diagnostic reading themselves and found the first shop missed the temperature sensor needing replacement! On top of giving us a cracked thermostat. He then fixed it up in 20 minutes right away and was so informative and kind and helpful and didn't even charge us for the 2nd time, as he just wanted to help us get home safely after all we had been through..Literally, the most honest, fast, and caring mechanic you will EVER come across and he comes to you! DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These are quality mechanics who care more about you and your safety than just your money!
