I ve had a couple of minor issues over the last couple months and have gone to Ron with my issues each time. He has always given me excellent and expert advice and hasn t steered me wrong! Very professional, very friendly, and always extremely honest. 10/10 would recommend every time!

I usually never write reviews, but I am really thankful for the service I received today! Driving on the I-17 yesterday, some construction debris got caught under my car, shredding the inner panel. I have to drive to my hometown tomorrow, and I was afraid of driving the long distance and causing more damage. I called multiple auto shops, and they were either booked, didn't take walk ins, or closed for the holidays. Talk about terrible luck and timing! The gentleman agreed to check out my car, assessed the damage, cleaned up the panel, and sent me on my way within 15 minutes, no charge. Really saved me a lot of stress, and will definitely return if I have any other car troubles in the future!

These guys are great! Had my splash guard scrapping on the ground. The crew jacked the car up out front and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Oh and this was happening in the middle of blizzard. Plan on coming back and supporting the shop in the future!

I am absolutely raving about this shop!! Im telling you that if you are looking for a small, fast, reliable and friendly mechanic; then this is the shop you are looking for. From the intial phone call full of questions to picking my vehicle up, the owner Ron, was nothing but friendly and answered every question we thought of. The prices were the best in town!! He never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him at all!! Let me tell you this place is amazing!! We needed a transmission for our truck which at big shops was a pain in the rear just getting questions answered until we came across Milestone Auto and the whole experience was very pleasant. Ron ordered our transmission and even checked it out before he even asked us to bring the truck in. The best part of the experience was the fact that they only had our truck for a total of 27 hours and that includes all the things we threw in last minute for them to do as well. They are super thorough with their work and with everything they talk to you about. For example, we asked them to check our brakes for the obnoxious squeak and not only did they check it, find the source and inform us of it, they also took a picture and sent it to us so we could see the problem. I really cant verbalize how amazing this shop truly is or even how much i recommend them!! If you need mechanic work done you are only cheating yourself if you dont check them out... and one more thing... They also work with a finance company if you need some assitance to get the work done.

I was just passing thru flagstaff and my transmission gave out, so glad I came across Ron in this difficult situation. Not only they were very professional and did the work in a timely manner but were very fair on their pricing! I would recommend this shop to anyone..

Brought my car in for a check engine light. The mechanic couldn t find anything wrong with the car and the light turned off. They did not charge me a single cent due not finding the problem. Customer service you can only find in a small town. I would definitely recommend them for any mechanical issues and or repairs!!

Ron is a stand up guy who guarantees his work. I recently had a repair done by him on very short notice as I was passing thru on my way to Colorado. He went beyond the call of duty to solve the issue by searching high and low for the correct part and also working together with my California mechanic, over the phone, on a car he probably didn't have much past experience with. When there was a problem with his repair, that was not necessarily his fault, he came in on his day off to fix it and get me on my way. Thank you so much Ron! You saved my long planned trip.

We were traveling to denver and had some problems with our car. Milestone helped us same day and got our repairs done super quickly. Would highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Ron saved the day! I was on a road trip/ moving to Albuquerque when I started having issues with my coolant. The dealer down the road did very little to check out the situation - but Ron spent time and attention on short notice to get us running again in no time. Rons the best.

First time I've ever come away from a mechanic happy. Called around to every shop in town, Milestone was the most knowledgeable and gave me a fair assessment of my problem. No mechanic tricks, no outrageous exaggerations or upselling. Just a good dude with an honest business.Update: I've brought my Ford into Milestone a few times now, and they score 100% each visit. The prices are more than fair, and Ron continues to be a straight-shooter when it comes to diagnostics. A+

I ve definitely found my Flagstaff mechanic! Ron was helpful, professional, timely and did great work. He picked up my car, making it easy and hassle-free for me, was patient with the difficult directions to my location, did exceptionally good work on my vehicle, and checked in with me to make sure I was fully satisfied. We had an AC Issue while driving through Flagstaff. We couldn t find anyone open or willing to help us on A Saturday afternoon. We saw the tech working on a vehicle at Milestone so we pulled over and asked if he could help. Keep in mind they aren t open on Saturday. He ended up charging our AC at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the Flagstaff area (or even passing through).

I can't say enough good things! I was traveling by motorcycle and had sheared off a bolt. I came to them for help, and they fixed it incredibly quickly, probably less than 15 minutes, and weren't even going to charge me for it!

We were travelling through Flagstaff and staying at an RV Park. He came to us and worked on both our SUV and Class A Motorhome. He is totally thorough, helpful, kind, and proactive! Ron helped me fix two vehicles in one day. He wasn't overpriced, and knew his stuff. He even left his car behind to drive mine to do a diagnostic. Ron is the best at diagnostics, he has diagnosed problems with vehicles for several of my family members. He has replaced a cracked intake on my vehicle, a ball joint, and has done general maintenance over the years. He is willing to explain the problem in a way you can understand if you're not familiar with vehicles, and won't try to sell you parts and services that you don't need. His prices are definitely the best for the services that he provides. This man went above and Beyond, we broke down coming threw flagstaff. He came to where we are staying and helped us out. He was able to explain what we re looking at and was honest about what to expect and what his thoughts were. I HIGLY RECOMMEND THIS GENTLEMAN. He s Very Honest and respectful.
