We had the unfortunate experience of having our starter go out during Spring Break. We went to Meineke at 8:30am for a diagnosis and the car completely stopped. They had to push it to the bay. We were lucky to be able to get a new starter and get back on the road in a couple hours. Job well done, highly recommend them for any repairs!!! We also were a long way from home in Chicago.

Had a window break as I was coming into town in the middle of the night. I was going to be in class for the whole week, so call the people up at Meineke. They kept my car inside for security reasons. Carl at Meineke Auto Repair in Flagstaff was excellent! His customer service and prompt attention to my Hyundai Tucson was so refreshing, most shops take a day or two - he completed the tune-up, changed the oil, replaced my battery and wipers in less than 2 hours! Will certainly come back to his shop!

On a cross country roadtrip in my self converted schoolbus/RV, after seeing the Grand Canyon, my rear brake line busted after hitting a nearly dirt road camping spot. Managed to make it to Flagstaff safely and these guys had great reviews and were the only ones open on Saturday, so I brought my bus in. FREE BRAKE INSPECTION!!! Not to mention the staff was super friendly and knew what they were doing, especially Kurt at the front desk, he was super accommodating and knew what he was talking about. Super nice guy and got my problem all squared away. He had to make a special call but did so without hesitation to make me a custom brake line. I was in and out the same morning without problem. Highly recommend.

I was on a Cross-Country journey with my family and another family and wore out my brakes through the Salt River Canyon. Carl and the team recommended we leave the car and it would take the first available spot in the morning. His team had us back on the road by 10:30 the next day and the brakes worked great!!!! Thank you Carl and Meineke for saving our vacation!!!!!!!!

Meineke assessed my brakes and found that the brakes were in good condition but there was a lot of brake dust - the cause of the squeak. The cleaned them out, reassembled everything, and did not charge me since their assessments are free. Great service and now I will go back to Meineke for any brake issues.

Carl (manager?) is great! I ve always had the sense they re super transparent, honest, and give a thorough explanation of what the problem actually is; what they can/can t do about it. I have vehicle that s 10+ years old, so I ve had some maintenance done here a couple times. I recommend them highly! They ll even text you a link with several photos of inside your vehicle, diagrams pointing to the problem, etc. that I ve saved for my records. Very good to have!

Were open when no one else was and got my brakes taken care of quickly.Would have prefered to have only gotten one rotor but was told they would only replace them as a pair. Regardless, I was provided peace of mind to get the job done and was happy with the service and staff was friendly.

My car decided to have an issue when I drove up to Flag for the day and Meineke was the only place open on a Saturday. With that I was able to walk in and get my issue fixed within the day. They even called me with updates anytime something changed. The communication was excellent!

Very capable and efficient mechanics worked on our truck. They repaired the muffler. It does not make any noise now. We arranged an appointment and they did the work within an hour. We highly recommend Meineke

We were just passing through when we realized we needed new brakes and a service. We came to Meineke because it was the closest but glad it was. Carl and his team really came through and got it done in a timely manner to get us back on the road.

Sadly I cannot give a rating higher than one starIncredibly sloppy service was performed my truckI went in for a tuneup due to careless handling of tools my fan and radiator had to be replaced transmission connection to radiator was not tightened resulting in transmission failure.This location has been a total failure for meCosting me 3 days of work .

They're good when you don't have the tools for the job. They love to use power tools on the drain bolt though. I'd recommend only going here for coolant and belt changes. They changed my alternator 3 times only to have my pilot reject it, because it was refurbished. I now have to buy an impact driver to get my drain bolt off. You get what you paid for, cheap.

My 2010 corolla exhaust leak got really bad on our family vacation. I choose Meineke to fix the leak. As per minnesota rust they got it apart without much hassle. Great job guys.

We came in after our brake caliper blew, and everyone here made things so easy. They allow for customer supplied parts, they're nice, professional, and easy to work with is an understatement. This will be my regular auto shop in town.

Seemed like the "mechanic" didn't know what he was doing at all. Took almost an hour for an oil change with my car being the only one they were working on the entire time. Seemed sketchy, like I'm not even sure if they actually changed the oil or if they just topped it off. Won't ever come back to this location. The manager was rude and cursing out customers on the phone. Terrible experience

While in Flagstaff for a weekend trip, my radiator overheated. We had the car towed to Meineke on RT 66. Carl diagnosed the radiator has to be replaced. He was able to complete work the next day/Saturday and we were able to drive home on Sunday. Thanks for the quick work on our car.

My wife and I had to get the synthetic oil changed in our 2011 Honda Accord in Flagstaff, AZ, as we drove from CA to TX. The folks at Meineke were able to slip us in between their scheduled repairs and we were on our way. We appreciate their kind consideration of our plight...HOWEVER, we later found out that the oil drain plug was not screwed in all of the way and it was also missing a required washer. As a result, we were leaking oil until our local garage corrected the problem.

Car broke down while we were up in flagstaff and these guys were the only ones open on Saturday. They took a look at it and were professional and helpful. If you're in a bind definitely use them.

Fast alternator replacement and the quote/authorization process online is efficient. This was the only shop open in town on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and they fit us in FCFS and the car was back on the road the same day.

Replaced my headlight bulb and it stopped working a week later. Proceeded to tell me it wasn t covered under warranty and charged me double in labor. Paid a little over $250 total for a single replacement bulb. I was also waiting HOURS. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Having transmission problems and being from out of town on vacation I was worried. But the staff was friendly and professional and repaired my problem at a fair price and I was able to continue my vacation with my grandkids. I highly recommend this company.

The people that work here are the nicest people ever.I was driving through flagstaff on our way to phoenix when we started hearing a scraping noise from my passenger side front wheel and we could smell something burning.The guys at meineke offered to perform a free brake inspection and we only had to wait 30 minutes for it on a busy day. During the inspection they were able to identify the causes of the issue and they fixed it completely free of cost as a part of the inspection itself and made the car safe to drive again. These guys helped me and my friend get back home 200 miles away.I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for mechanics. They are the very best I've seen.
