The best experience ever. Max and Colten were so so kind and helpful! Max was so willing to work with me to take care of my car (my bumper came off) while helping me to get the cheapest price possible. They went out of their way to help me, knowing how expensive things are and realizing that I m in college! And they were so generous! My car now looks amazing and was so affordable! They really did go the extra mile for me! I cannot say an enough good things about them and would will definitely be going to them again in the future! I can t recommend them enough, if you are trying to find somewhere that is amazing quality, great pricing, and that actually cares, definitely go to Max s!!!

Colton was great in delivering a quick estimate and on time with the work promised. He prioritized my vehicle due to not having a rental. Maxs body shop has worked on my other vehicles too and always do great work. Great family business!

Max's Body shop's workmanship is superior with a very reasonable price. My damaged car looks like a new after the repair. The color of my car is difficult to match, but they got it right! I highly recommend Max's Body shop. Thank you so much Max and your team!

Best shop in Flagstaff, these guys do things the right way and helped me fix up my mom s car on a time constraint. Got the job done efficiently and went above and beyond, if I run into any problems or anyone I know needs a recommendation I will be pointing them in Max and Colton s direction. Great family and very grateful for their help.

I had a phenomenal experience! The guys were great and super helpful. I had to get my bumper and clips replaced. Dropped it off Monday at 11am and it was done Wednesday 3pm. It looks great and the paint job is perfect.

We got great and friendly service at Max s. We were on a road trip and needed a quick repair, Max and his son helped arrange to have a part delivered, did the repair, and got us back on the road very quickly! They were fast and friendly, and even offered some local recommendations for the next stops on our road trip. I would definitely recommend Max s AutoBody Shop!

My husband's new truck got keyed. Max's body shop fid a really good repair. Then my brand new 2024 car got side swiped and this is the only place I would consider using. They work for the customer not the insurance companies.Also it is family owned so you know they are reputable

Colton, Max and the team run a shop that makes you feel like family and were awesome to work with! On a trip out of state, I got a little impatient and decided to paint the side of my white truck blue, with a gas station pole. I brought it to the shop in March to see what they could do. Colton took his time to look at the damage, assess the cost and never made me feel like he was rushing my estimate. I made the decision to have them fix it after the great customer service I received, reading reviews and a personal recommendation of their work. Colton kept me up to date on the progress, delivery, etc. the entire time he had my truck. My truck looked brand new when I got it back and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. Hitting a mule deer on U.S, highway 89 did extensive damage to my 2007 Chevy Colorado. I had it towed to another body shop whose estimate was so high that my insurance company considered the truck to be totalled and the body shop was unwilling to consider ways to reduce the repair costs. So I looked around and ended up having my truck towed to Max's. Max sat down with me for a long discussion about how to get it repaired and back on the road. He worked with me, finding ways to cut costs (e.g., using parts legally salvaged from junkers, ignoring some old cosmetic damage, etc.) and explaining to me how he would go about repairing the damage. I decided to have his shop do the work even though, frankly, I was a bit doubtful. But the finished job was really nice - the truck looked brand new except for the few dings we had agreed to ignore. Moreover, the cost came under his initial estimate, and the job was finished on schedule. It's now been 5 months, and I continue to be really happy with the job Max did. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do, I'll go back to Max's.

We had an amazing experience at Max's Auto Body. They performed a custom paint job on our Jeep and Airstream and it looks amazing! The customer service was excellent. Max and his son Colton were great with communicating with us every step of the way and they feel like family to us now. They even worked on our vehicle over the weekend when they were closed to make sure the job was completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend this business.Service: Painting

I got in a fender bender and the woman who hit me was the daughter of the owner. It was during a white out blizzard and the police didn't want to show up to do an accident report. She was at fault, admitted so, and also told me her dad owned Max's and I should take my car there to sort through repairs. I was a little hesitant to do so considering that collision shops know the ins and outs of insurance claims, the lack of a police report, and that it's her dad's shop. Nonetheless, I figured I'd trust them and take it there. Throughout the whole process everyone at Max's proved to be super helpful and honest. Max's did a damage estimate, her insurance deemed my car a total loss, and I ended up getting a completely fair payout.Long story short, Max's didn't perform any work on my vehicle, but the whole family showed themselves to be completely fair and honest when I'm fairly certain they didn't have to be. Just wanted to write a review in thanks to them!

We came to Maxs auto body after the unfortunate circumstance in which insurance was not going to help with our body damage. Right away Colton made us feel very calm and like he had our best interest in mind. We handed over the car and he kept great communication the entire time. It was $1000 less than any other quote we received and it was done in 1 1/2 - 2 weeks time. They are a family owned buisness and it shows in the way they conduct themselves. Rubber all over my exhaust. Random unfinished spots. Didn't remove any rust which is now growing through the undercoat a week later and will need completely redone. Rubberized my shock coils? Just go somewhere else man. Lmao

Colton and the team at Max's Body Shop were incredible and helped me fix a unique issue I was having with my truck that sprang up while I was passing through town. They took the time to problem solve and made me feel confident that I came to the right place. I'd absolutely recommend them for any auto body issue you may have.

Awesome service!! So call me a car accident magnet, been to Max's 3 times in last year and a half, don't get me wrong I'm a good driver (I think) I've just had other people run into me! Anyway I found Max's body shop and have never been disappointed with their work, customer service and just caring attitude toward their customers. I recommend to all that need their vehicles repaired in a professional and timely manner. I've even recommended Max's to my friends from New Mexico. You can't go wrong with Max's

I got backed into in a parking lot in July and brought my car to Max's. They were nice and helpful at first but upon learning that neither my insurance nor the at-fault driver's insurance was going to help me their whole attitude towards me changed. They are on your side until they feel that they can't make any money off of you. Also he overcharges big time because he wanted 5100 to do my repairs and then tried to scale it back to 3900 to have it not declared a total. That is still a good bit of money. I was approached by somebody who said they could fix most of that damage for $80 using only a blowtorch and acetone nail polish remover in a parking lot and it looks a thousand times better. Not perfect but better and that really didn't sit well with Max's son who works there. Max as a person is pretty okay but his child is two faced and rude. So is his wife who answers the phone sometimes and knew nothing about my situation and would not answer a simple question about the cost of a mirror and instead told me to get my lawyer to talk to Max and would not put me through to him. Even Max himself said he doesn't know why she did that. So if you are the victim of an idiotic driver and insurance declares your vehicle which only has cosmetic damage a total and you don't have the money for the repair yourself at that moment you should probably take your car to any of the other numerous body shops in town.

I had a small fender bender on a 2004 Chevy Colorado. Every other shop in town was asking $4,000-$6,000 for a simple repair & claiming it was totaled. Max s came in at well under a quarter the price of everyone else in town & did a superb job. Thank you for being honest & fair. I will be back for all my automotive repair needs.

Took our truck to Max s Body Shop to fix a bumper. The estimate was very fair and reasonable. When the truck was finished, we paid exactly what they said they would charge. The work was done well and Colton was professional and easy to work with. If we have any other work needed Max s will be our first choice!

It's rare to give any business a 5-star rating, but Max's deserves it! My had husband accidentally hit my Chevy Volt with our Polaris ATV. Max's repaired it and made it look better than when brand new! The repair cost was more than fair, and the service and quality of their work was beyond expectation! Please patronize this business.

I HIGHLY recommend you choose Max s if you are looking to get a paint job or to customize your ride. I wish I could post pictures of the amazing custom paint job I got from Max s Body Shop but maybe you ll see me driving around town (green BMW Z3). From the start Max, his son Colton, and the rest of the staff were as passionate about the project as I was and it shows in the final product. Their work speaks for itself but working with guys like Max is the best part! Don t look any further- take a trip to Max s and they ll take care of the rest.

I had an excellent experience here so wanted to make sure people know about it. It was by luck that I discovered Max's in the first place. Someone hit my car so I had to deal with their insurance company, which is absolutely horrible. But luckily they referred me to Max's. Colton at Max's persevered and literally spent hours on the phone with that insurance company to get everything set up. The work they did was excellent and I am very happy. Customer service from both Colton and his father Max was excellent every time. And on the few occasions that I was at the shop I encountered other happy customers, including local car dealers who said they only bring their work to Max's. I highly recommend Max's to anyone needing body work.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. In February, my husband was in an accident and needed his truck repaired. After having a HORRIBLE (and I mean horrible) experience with the delegated body shop that our insurance appointed , we wanted to get a second opinion. We took our truck to Max's. Between Max and Colton and the techs that worked on our truck, it was so relieving to know that we were able to get honest answers and a compassionate company that was willing to help and not take advantage. They were beyond fair and knowledgeable, as well as caring. If we are ever in a situation where we need to use a body shop, we will undoubtedly be calling them again. Thank you Max and Colton for being AMAZING!

I am currently a college student, so money is tight and when I found out I would have to replace my sun roof I was afraid I wouldn't have enough to fix it. That's when I got referred to Max's Autobody Shop. Max took his time and found the best possible deal for me. Great service and did an AMAZING job on the installation. I would strongly recommend them and trust them to do any body work on my future vehicles. What sets Max's autobody away from the other local autobody shops is the fact that Max is a people person. He his friendly and connects with his customers in a way that makes you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle and confident that the job will be done right. Nowadays, I honestly think its hard to find people like this that really understand and listen to their customers, especially in automotive care. That's why I think Max's Autobody is truly a one-in-a-million local business.
