Kaizen did an excellent job with the body work on my Subaru after we had a collision. Everything looks brand new! They communicated with my insurance to ensure I received the needed coverage. They communicated with me every step of the process. The repair was faster than I expected. And the whole car was cleaned before returning it to me! I was glad to have Samantha as my point of contact.Thank you Kaizen!

I took my car in for an estimate without knowing that I had to make an appointment, they got me an estimate that same day. Once I took my car in, they kept me updated through the whole process and they got the car done four days earlier than when it was supposed to be done!! Super great service. My car looks great, love the staff and the dogs! Definitely recommend

I had a great experience working with Sam and Tammy at Kaizen collision Center. They were friendly and knowledgeable and worked very, very hard to find the right balance between safety and budget-minded parts for me. Plus, I felt like I was dealing with good friends throughout the experience. I always knew where my car was in the process and they were great at communicating how things were going. I would definitely recommend Kaizen to anyone who needs a great body shop.

Kaizen was assigned to me through my insurance company after I was in a minor wreck. They were able to get my car in within less than 3 weeks of the wreck and finished when they said they would be done. The text communication to keep me up to date was perfect, especially over the holidays. Sam and staff were always pleasant and fun to talk to if I called and when I was in the shop. I would highly recommend Kaizen to anyone!!

I can't recommend Kaizen enough. They went above and beyond expectations. Clear communication was provided the entire time my car was being repaired. This was the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop. And my car was detailed before I picked it up! Fantastic service.

We were just in an accident nearby on an roadtrip from Wisconsin. We came here for help. Everyone was beyond helpful and so nice. Ben was a rockstar and got us back on the road super quick. Wanda (our Subaru) doesn t look so hot but we ll get her back to new in no time. Thanks again guys. Gold stars. All around.

I hit a deer (actually it hit me) coming home from Snowbowl, and they were able to inspect my vehicle that evening, even though it was near closing time. They scanned my car right then to make sure it was still drivable which gave me peace of mind. They worked well with my insurance and when it came time for repairs, it was completed sooner than predicted and the job looks great. Great experience in a stressful situation and friendly people.

I recently became a taxi driver here in Flagstaff for Turquoise Taxi a new company that my son recently started. I was pleased that he offered me a nice Toyota Highlander SUV as my vehicle I know that they are reliable.However, I found out later that the driver side door is not the factory door, but a salvaged door from an accident that occurred prior to our ownership. I learned this because Augusta wind caught the door and it blew open, throwing it out of alignment, and creating a problem where I could not close the door.On the occasion that this happened, I had been dispatched to a location that would require 300 miles round-trip across the open plains with very little civilization between the two locations. It was very unnerving, trying to hold the door closed across the Windy plateaus of northern Arizona between Flagstaff and Page.Having seen the Kaisen collision Center sign in several locations around Flagstaff I sought out the one on University Avenue. Anxious about how long it might take to get our vehicle back into service I was apprehensive about what to expect.So I am more than elated to express my appreciation and highest recommendation for the speed, professionalism and efficiency, in which my issue was addressed and resolved by their capable on site, auto body specialists. So no matter how many stars you may suggest I will always offer a superlative response.

The Kaizen Collision Center is the best place you can take your car for repairs. I received other quotes from other well known places and the estimates were outrageous. Kaizen was very detailed and upfront with costs. The price I ultimately paid was 8 times lower than the others. The work on my car was outstanding and fast! My car looked in better condition than before the accident. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I absolutely recommend Kaizen Collision Center. They deserve 5 stars plus!

Poor customer service. Double charged for parts. After receiving my car back, it had new issues like turn signal and hazards not working. Kaizen is overpriced and you should avoid it all costs. Go to Unviersity Auto right across the street. At the least, they won't cause new issues.

I had tree sap on the hood of my car. In my attempt to remove it caused paint damage. Took my car in and a very nice man ( Cricket is his nickname ) completely fixed the issue. Not only did he do a fantastic job A+++ but just a nice person.

Very professional and welcoming staff. Kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle consistently (at least twice/week), my vehicle was completed before estimated date. I am very happy with the results. Will be recommending to friends and family in need of their services!!

Here's an update. Nothing has changed. Still the same outstanding service. The car was done a week sooner than anticipated, and I got continual updates from Sam, letting me know how the work was progressing. The car was returned fixed, clean and like new.Outstanding experience. Replaced rear view mirror in about 10 minutes at less than estimate.

Wow! Talk about customer service It was honestly a pleasure working with Kaizen - they were way more helpful than the insurance companies in helping me navigate the whole claim process, kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle and overall did an amazing job! I was mostly in contact with Sam and Tamara and these ladies were so pleasant and kind every step of the way! They even cleaned and detailed my car when it was done! Thank you ALL for everything!

I was very nervous after my collision, about getting my car repaired. Kaizen Collision Center came highly recommended and now I see why. Their customer service is exceptional and they have well skilled body technicians. It was so nice that they informed me every step of the way, through the repair process. Kaizen Collision Center folks did a great job repairing my car after a collision. They were recommended by my insurance company and they handled everything. I liked the way they kept me informed of what was going on with the repair. They were so nice to work with and my car looks great. Had the whole front end of my niece's Honda Accord painted for her.The clear coat was totally gone and they did an awesome job! Looks like factory paint! Provided wonderful communication and customer service throughout the time my car was being repaired which was great to receive the updates throughout the process. They also detailed my car at the end and it hasn t looked this good in years!
