Simply Awesome - Kaizen Collision Center Flagstaff East fixed my SUV after I had hit a deer suffering significant damage to the front end of the vehicle. Liz and Holly were a delight to work with. The entire team nailed it. I had my vehicle in and out in less than 10 days. The vehicle looks brand new. They even detailed my interior. I m a customer for life. Amazing job everyone. Kaizen Collision is by far the best body shop in Northern Arizona. The first time I asked for a quote on my vehicle, the service advisor Tom was very transparent from our first conversation. He knew the exact work that would need to be done and how long it would take. I have received quotes from other body shops in Flagstaff in the past, but Kaizen Collision off E Huntington Dr is the only place I feel comfortable leaving my car. They provide honest, fair, and quality service, and the body work they do is top of the line. Kaizen Collision Center provided me with exceptional service. They quickly fixed the alternator in my car after it went out and had it ready for a cross-country trip to drive home from college the following week. Daryl and the rest of their staff were professional and transparent throughout the repair process, and exactly what I needed. I can t thank Kaizen enough! Their customer service and repair team were on top of their communication and follow ups, as my car was being repaired.They didn t turn away my business like the other 2 businesses that I ve had set up appointments with and waited on. ( Oxendale & Flagstaff Collision)I stopped by Kaizen and they took care of getting in contact with my auto insurance & they set me up with an appointment on my car repair. 10 days later, my car was repaired, no time was wasted on my part, because they kept me updated on the process.Kaizen gets it done!!

These guys were my first experience with a repair shop in my life and I have zero complaints about the work they've done on my car. They were friendly and honest and kept their word about repair times. I will be recommending to people I know and I'll be going back for any future repairs I may need.

I crashed my truck on Nov 30 right before the snow storms and Holidays. I had about $10k in damages and every other body shop in town had a waitlist and wouldn't even be able to look at my truck until Jan 2023. Kaizen was able to look at my truck and give me the diagnostics and estimates within 3 days of dropping off. Thomas did a great job keeping us up to date on everything and despite this being the busiest time of year for mechanic/body shops, Kaizen was able to repair my vehicle in a reasonably timely manner. They worked with my insurance so I only paid the deductible. I would highly recommend this body shop as they have great honest communication and will work through any hoops to get your vehicle back to it's original state. My truck looks even better now than it did before. I am very satisfied with the results. Super nice people, but don t take your car here. Don t waste your time. I got into a car accident on 11 /15/21. In June of 2022 I finally received my car back after Asking them finish it up, I was patient. Technically it s not done yet because they glued my headlight on until the new headlight comes in. Currently it s 4/16/23 and darrell still tells me my headlight is not in yet.

I would highly recommend Kaizen Collision East on Huntington. They were helpful and very knowledgeable from the very start. When I picked up my vehicle, it was detailed immaculately. It looked better than when I picked up from the dealership when I purchased! They went over and beyond....they even took care of a part at their own expense that the insurance company would not cover in the claim. Would 100% bring my car back to them in the future. Thank you for a good experience.

I m a college student and was in a minor car accident. Liz constantly kept me updated, fixed my car as fast as possible, and even dropped it off at my apartment when they finished. I highly recommend anyone to use Kaizen when needing any types of repairs in the area.

I can't say enough about the quality work @ Kaisen Collison East on Huntington in Flagstaff. The staff is professional, friendly, and does the job right. Sam went above and beyond to get my car in the shop. Ryan was diligent about getting all the parts in a timely manner. Darryl made sure the crew worked on our Lexus and got it done when expected. I had heard really good things about a new Flagstaff body shop Kaizen formerly Lathems. How the new owners and staff were really on top of customer service, execution, punctuality and extremely friendly. So I took my new to me Audi to them for some front fender damage repair. Daniel front of house Supervisor had my car in right away. Pictures taken and a quote in my hands in no time. Daryl Back of house Supervisor explained how they would execute and repair my damaged front passenger fender. If anything else were uncovered while repairing they would call and discuss options immediately which they did. They informed me the car had a little front damage prior to this which when I purchased used was never discussed. I appreciate them letting me know i had prior damage to my car. I would 100% hands down take my care to Kaizen East on Huntington again. They also own and operate Kaizen West formerly Campus Collison. Great staff, I recieved what was discussed when I received my quote in a timely manner. Go see Daniel and Daryl today for your body damage repair needs..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Daril was so professional, helpful, and quick with his service when we stopped in last minute to get a professional opinion on our vehicle. We were there for 10 minutes unannounced and Daril made sure we were safe to be on the road for the weekend. They'll take good care of you here!

Shout out to Daniel Bunn, you sir are a good person. Me and my daughter were stuck out on the I-17 today and he went out of his way to bring us some fuel. The quality of his character is hard to find these days and I'm sure this business is better because of his ethics.
