I ve never been one to leave reviews but I had a bad experience at this location. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After they were done, I left and realized very quickly they weighted the tires wrong because of how the vehicle was handling. In the short time I drove it, it ruined the tread on my back tire. I took it back, asked if their work had caused the tire to bald and was told it didn t, and that I would have to drive 5,000 miles to bald it. Interesting seeing as there was still tread left on all four of the tires before I went in. I was disappointed with the service, and ended up with more damage than when I came in and had to replace tires ASAP after the visit. All I was given was a $25 refund for the tire rotation, and wasted three hours in the process.

This was my first time coming to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed. They did an amazing job they caught that my cabin air filter was dirty. They were able to change that out. One of my license plate bulbs were out. They also caught that highly recommended 10 out of 10. Great Job!! They even reset my mile tracker thingy!!!

Great experience. Everyone I dealt with there was very professional and kind. I received quality service (I love that they topped off my washer fluid as well as put air in my tires ) and I was in and out quickly. I will definitely come back here again for oil changes.

There were many aspects of my service experience that I appreciated, including the online quote process, the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at my local JiffyLube, the cleanliness and organization of the operation.Normally, these positive experiences would have led to a higher rating. However, one of the services I had requested and been quoted was not performed. I was not told this service had not been performed. When I was paying for the service that had been done and the employee verbally summarized the work that had been done, it was up to me to notice that the requested service had not been performed. I asked about this and it was confirmed that the work had not been done. He then told me no JiffyLube was equipped to perform the work that had been requested and quoted.That was disappointing and is why my rating is a 3 when it could easily have been a 4 or 5 had I been told this during the quote process or prior to paying for the service.

Honestly my #1 favorite place to go to!! Always friendly always understanding always patient very kind and they do move quick instead of standing around. I appreciate everyone of them and am thankful for there services!! You guys rock in my opinion

Good, quick. Oil changes aren t cheap anymore in general, but fair prices. Always a good coupon online. Have been here 3-4x. Will keep coming. Ram 1500 EcoDiesel.

Quick service= good. But quick can equal sloppy.They said I needed to top coolant off...for $5.99. I went out to look as I'm kinda skilled in some mechanics of cars. Nope, perfectly fine. "Oh..oh..."backtracking their story.Car done. Guy pulls it out of the bay and CLANG CLANG! Guess what...forgot to reattach the skid plate.

Who can you trust these days, while waiting at the stoplight, I witnessed an orange car leave the business. Once the car got on the street the oil filter came out from underneath the car followed by the entire tank of oil. Thank goodness the lady realized and pulled over. They owe her. Bad service.

I arrived from Grand Canyon az to the Jiffy Lube on RT 66. Second time I ve been to this location an I will most assuredly be back ! As with the first visit this one was just delightful! Your whole staff is very good an always ready to answer my questions. I was in an out in record time! I really want to give a shout out to Zach!!! I was showing him a coupon on my phone I wanted to use an he said Ma am that s not for us , so he set me straight, an found the right coupon for me. I had brake pads and rotors put on my plumbing service truck...these guys are definitely top shelf...I drove in and was willing to wait and now soon I'm driving out with a Heavy truck with new brakes

The only thing I would say is the price to change the fuel filter on my Cummins 6.7L seemed a bit high. $150.00 for a five minute job. It's not like a powerstroke with the filter on top on the engine. Other than that the crew were professional and nice.

I walked in with an oil change certificate thinking all was paid in advance. I was disappointed to learn my certificate did not cover the entire price. The Manager John worked with me and helped me understand the small print. He was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and understanding. I have one more coupon to use and it s only because of the high level of customer service I received from John today that I plan on returning to this location. Excellent customer service, very short wait time.Service: Oil change

They left my oil cap off I found it in the engine I put it back on I wiped a big spot of oil off the hood but oil is all over me engine. Checked oil can't tell if it is full or not. I drove all the way back to Grand Canyon with no oil cap on. I am taking the vehicle back on the 18th to let them clean the engine will see how it goes from there. Right now I am not very happy with thier service.

I did an oil change on my daughter's Subaru Crosstrek for the first time since she had an oil change at the 1590 E Rt66 Jiffy Lube in Flagstaff, AZ back in April, and discovered two problems:1. They installed the oil filter so tight that I had to drive a screwdriver through it to get it off - a regular filter wrench wouldn't do it.2. They apparently lost the oil drain plug gasket and didn't bother to replace it - no gasket on the plug.This is simply shoddy work, and I would not recommend getting an oil change at this establishment.

I always use Jiffy Lube, they do a great job and they're very quick. I appreciate the popcorn and drinks while I wait. Today after I left Jiffy Lube after getting my oil and cabin air filter changed, I noticed my glove box kept falling. I took my car back and they were able to fix it. Thank you!
