I came in today for a full synthetic oil change and was absolutely taken back at how fast and professional the gentleman were at this specific location, hands-down will I recommend their services to any and all people who choose and or need anything done with their vehicle as far as oil changes go I honestly can t say I am in any way, shape or form, let down by their performance the amount of time in which I was there from start to finish less than 10 minutes I didn t even have enough time to finish a couple pages in my book by the time everything was said and done, and the bill was ready and I was out the door. Thank you guys for your professionalism. Thank you guys for your Speed and more importantly, thank you guys for taking care of me and my car. I shall definitely return five out of five.

Went in for an oil change, and got a smooth running car! They topped off my windshield fluid and coolant and notified me of anything that needed attention soon or the near future! They were very nice and friendly and I will be going back again! Thanks guys for your hard work!

While I was happy with how fast they were able to do the oil change, I was not happy with their bait and switch pricing. A phone recording stated that their synthetic oil change was $74.99. When I got there, I found out that that was not a full synthetic, it was a synthetic blend and that their actual synthetic oil change was a $119.99. By having a coupon, I was able to get it for $10 more than if I paid for the synthetic blend without a coupon and I was in a hurry and didn't want to try and find a different place. But, for that reason, I will not be using them again.

I drive a fleet/work vehicle and oil changes usually take 2 hours minimum to get it authorized with my work. Jiffy Lube just did the whole process including getting it authorized with my company and new wiper blades in 10 minutes! Service was excellent! Shout out Stephen Canizales and the rest of crew for their great service!!!!!!

Entire staff is friendly and VERY capable. Juan (the tech who did the work) is simply outstanding! Both of the jobs he has done for us have been top-notch. Definitely recommend him!

Traveling from California to Texas and had some engine issues in flagstaff. We were scared we were going to miss a family wedding. Nick was beyond helpful and extremely informational. I have never had a technician take care of my vehicle or myself as well as the service we received during our visit. Thank you so much for saving our trip!

Fast Friendly and Efficient!! Just a matter of minutes and my car was serviced and I was on my way!! I never even had to step out of my car!! I'm really impressed with the service and attention paid to me every time I have paid a call to Jiffy Lube!!! I never worry about what is under the hood of my 1997 Toyota Corolla!! Cheers!!!

My hang up with this oil change. I bought 2 oil changes online. I was still charged $20. If I buy something online from, say Walmart, when I pick it up, They don t charge me state tax, littering tax, and stocking fee at the counter. They apparently do that with oil changes. Typically I do my own. This is the first oil change I ve had done for me in a while. Maybe this is the industry standard. But I felt dooped. However, The gentleman that helped me was nice. Oil was changed.

I was greeted and welcome by the staff, they were very friendly and made me comfortable. Everything was explain to me before service was done.I would highly recommend getting your service done at this location.

This place was being run by 5 young kids when I was there yesterday. They were all smiles and very friendly. Got my car in right away as no one else was there. It took about 25 minutes. Oil changed, window washed, tires checked, and I was on my way! I was offered snacks inside and drinks. TV was on. The place was clean. Nice fast, friendly service.

We've used this Jiffy Lube location a lot over the years and highly recommend it. They're quick, friendly, honest, and have great rates. What else can you ask for from a mechanic?

A little pricey compared to jiffy lube in other states. Also my husband drives for a living so normally we have no issues with my husband pulling our truck in, but I understand because at some point a customer hit an employee pulling in. I have a compromised immune and we live in our truck on the road so really don't want other people inside our truck but understand. Also guy who pulled it in grabbed MY key fab saying for safety reasons. I said oh no that is mine. He says don't touch the start button. Seriously I'm 54 years old.

This is the first time I ve gone to get anything done on my car and not felt talked down to or mansplained to! They did my oil change and tire rotation in less than 20 minutes and were super helpful, kind, and informative!

Service tech failed to reset pressure sensor senders on a tire rotation. Tech told me they reset automatically. I had to educate the tech that they did not. Manager John Mahan stepped in and informed me that they could not reset the senders because their reset tool was broken. I asked why they offered a service they are un equipped to render. Mgr had no answer. That was in June, 2023. I stopped today (Sept 1, 2023) at an air pump because one of my tires was low. It turns out that the tech who put my wheels back on put the hub cover on incorrectly such that access to the air valve is hidden. See photo at roughly 1-o clock. 135$ is a ridiculous amount to ask for such inept service. Buyer beware.

I ve gotten an oil change at most places in Flag. This Jiffy Lube is my favorite. They are speedy, polite, and never push any extra products or services.

They always get me in and out and tell me anything thay is concerning without being pushy. Even gave some good car tips so I can feel safer on the road and with car maintenance!

it was not my first time here, but this time was definitely different. the guy working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. customer service was fantastic. apparently, my transmission dipstick was gone and i wasn t aware. he tried to find one for me but told me to call Honda Findley to order one and come back. also, if i had any issues, to call him and he d help if he could. great experience. thank y all.Service: Oil change
