I am very happy with the services provided by the crew at Inspector's Auto Glass &Tint. I walked in one afternoon just to get a price. I was given a very competitive quote and got an appt that very same day! The process was extremely easy and the service was quickly finished to my satisfaction. Thanks to everyone that had a hand in getting my windows tinted! Will definitely do more business with them!!

I was in the area for business last year, when my windshield cracked. They were able to replace it, and tint all my windows for a good price, great work. And we're nice enough to fit me in. 15/15 pinnacle tint. A year later still looks like it was done yesterday.

Ryan, and the guys at Inspectors, on the west side, made my truck look brand new! I had run my new truck, with temporary tags still on it, through a local car wash. The rocks on the brushes severely scratched it, front to back. Inspectors, applied a Kenzo, IGL coating on the entire truck and wheels. It looks better now than the original paint!I highly recommend Inspectors!They are professional, knowledgeable, timely and very good at what they do! I was working with Oxendale Kia to fix all the recalls on my car, and was told to call this Inspectors Auto so they could do the molding on my windshield. Ryan was absolutely amazing helping me get everything situated. Kia told me it would take an additional two weeks to fix on top of the 3ish months I spent waiting to get all the parts, but Ryan was able to have someone there the next day to fix the molding. Despite me knowing nothing about my car Ryan was so kind and patient with me and even called me after to let me know everything was sorted out. I am so grateful for Ryan and everyone else at this Inspectors Auto for their urgency and ability to communicate effectively. 10/10 would definitely recommend :)

Had an issue with the rear window glass while i was on a road trip. Completely got smashed out. After stopping by a few other auto glass, repair and service garages. THESE GUYS HERE WERE THE ONLY ONES WILLING AND ABLE TO HELP. they quickly supplied some heavy plastic and tape to seal up the window so i could carry on with my road trip and have it replaced later.Thank you for saving my butt!!!

Poor execution, who ever performed the tinting process even tinted over scraps of some of the old tint. To top it off, multiple air bubbles were left. They also left my back seat a mess, it was littered with shavings of my old tint! I called to see if a windshield was available and in stock for my vehicle Make and Model. I was asked if I submitted an insurance claim and was told I cannot be given information until that was done. I continued to ask questions and the person I was speaking to abruptly hung up the call. I received the worst customer service experience with this business. I ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have used Inspector's Auto for windshield replacement and they have always been great. I needed to get my car detailed to get ready to sell. We have two big dogs so there was quite a bit of dog hair in the back, we had a few decals and had very foggy headlights. They got it all done and were very reasonably priced. The car looks great! These guys are top-shelf and I highly recommend them.Service: Auto detailing

Not pleased at all with the "detail" job. (Sept. 28, 23)Detailing is a new car type cleaning inasmuch as a used car can be. This shop is located around the corner from Diamond Auto Glass and I found the tint that I like here as well as the quality and professionalism that I look for. They tinted my windshield with the strip and it matched the rest of the truck tint. I currently have a appointment to use the stratos tint and I am very excited to see when it gets done. I will keep you all posted.

They do really good quality work. Their ceramic window tint and paint protection film is top notch for the Arizona heat along with my 130 mile commute to keep my car protected. Jesse is great to work with and I recommend him and his business to anyone.

I called late so I knew I couldn t get in that day but they came out bright and early the next morning. Since it had already been filled by a different company(very poor job!) he went ahead and tried and then resealed it. And they didn t even charge me!!!!!!!! I tried to pay but wouldn t take my $$$$. Highly recommend! Very prompt, friendly and professional.Service: Auto windshield repair

Drove from Williams to drop my car off for a 10am clear bra appointment. Was told beforehand it would only be a few hours, so I walked around and ran some errands. Came back at 1:30 and they still hadn t pulled my car in to work on it. Ended up grabbing it and leaving. I ll do the install myself. Typical Flagstaff business, doesn t want to take your money and is why I end up doing work myself.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. I went in without an appointment. I needed a rock chip repaired on my Ram 1500. They did the work for a reasonable price in about 10 minutes. They were awesome! Ryan was amazing! He drove up to my job within minutes of calling! Everybody else was booked for two weeks but inspectors got started in minutes! Seats never looked this good! Really great external and internal detailing of metal and plastic surfaces! The vehicle sparkled....the first time in years.Unfortunately, some seat staining was not completely resolved. Some of the dark stains (due to a coffee spill) showed up after the front seats upholstery completely dried.Very professional! Very hardworking! Just a little more attention to spot cleaning after the primary cleaning is done would add that extra touch to this crew .......performance well above most in the area.I will be taking my vehicles here for my professional cleaning in the future due to their professionalism, locations, and thorough work!

the first time I took my vehicle to this establishment they did an amazing job... they got all the dog hair out, shampooed the seats well and the odors were gone I was very impressed but this time they did a good job on the outside of the car and the front seats but there was still dog hair and other things on my back seat.. seems like they didn't even really shampoo them even though that was the package I had asked for. also, my steering wheel had alot of left over grease on it like the stuff they use to make the dash shiny again. I paid $190 and I feel like they could have done a better job. Last time I only paid $150 and they did a better job (I took my car to their old location last time.) The first time they had the car from about 8am-4pm this time 830am-2pm. I will be trying out a different company next time I decide to get my car detailed.Service: Auto detailing

We have brought in 2 of our trucks that needed extreme detailing (my husband spends a ton of time driving dirt roads, and we have 3 dogs). They have made both look brand new! 2003 Chevy Silverado, The console, dash, and seats were cleaned very well to sparkling clean. The exterior was also cleaned well. It looked like the carpet was minimally cleaned but my wife was able to get the leftover stains out of the carpet in five minutes with water and a scrub brush. The handles above the doors were still dirty. The staff was courteous and respectful. Expected more for the $200 I paid.Service: Auto detailing

Awesome owners with great service! ordered my lift kit through them, and also had it installed through them. However they were not on time with my estimated pickup time, but for a good reason. They kept my truck for a couple more days than they originally intended because they wanted to make sure everything was tightened down and ready to go, I would have definitely preferred this over some other mechanic shop just slapping on my lift kit without absolutely making sure everything was good to go. The only hiccup I had was when I ordered the lift kit, and I did not receive the phone call that my lift was in it, but not a problem because i called them and then scheduled my appointment.Service: Installation

Came in without an appointment but was looking to have my car detailed that day for a birthday dinner with my wife that evening. I was taken care of in a timely manner and professional attitude. After they were done, my vehicle had not been that clean since I bought it and the price was significantly lower than I would have expected based on the quality of work and attention to detail. What was a latch ditch effort has become my go to detail shop. Strong recommend.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing

I wish I could give 10 stars.During a XC trip, one of my side windows suddenly shattered. We were traveling from Santa Fe to Flagstaff and had a room pre-booked. We had plans to continue onward to Vegas the following day. By some miracle, Inspector's Auto was able to replace my window that very day! Within hours of the window shattering. Amazing. They were so kind and generous- I couldn't believe they were able to fit us on the schedule, last minute. Safelite told me they couldn't replace the window for another 7+ days. I'm so grateful for this business and the awesome people who are a part of it.Service: Auto side window replacement
