Hurst Firestone friendly atmosphere comfortable and awesome Christian music to enjoy as you're waiting for your vehicle to be finished. Bill Jordan did a great job on the wheel alignment, thumbs on the service performed!

I had my tires mounted and balanced at Hurst. The weights were falling off so I returned to the store. The man said they wouldn't do that kind of shoty work and basically called me a liar. Then told me he wasn't talking to me. I will never go back and the claim to be Christian.Update: wow your response is showing your true colors. I will bring by the receipt that you did not even ask me for during that conversation. You automatically said you would not have done that kind of work and would not even look up the car in your system. Very poor customer service.Service: Tires

Had a brake caliber issue. Staff got me right in! Found the problem and repaired it in less than one hour. Very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable! A+++ service! Highly recommend!

I called in the middle of the day asking them to look at something dragging from the front undercarriage. They told me to come right over but there would be a bit of a wait. I agreed to wait. I settled into the waiting room, expecting hours. I had not gotten but a few pages into my book when they handed me back my pages, told me that a few screws had been replaced, and thanked me for stopping by. No charge. How wonderful the whole experience was!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I ve been going to see Bob and his team for many years. I m 60 years old and in all of my years of owning a vehicle, the most valuable thing you could ever wish for is a great mechanic and auto care center. I just can t emphasize enough the importance of having a shop that you can trust will be fair and honest.Even though I m mechanically inclined, todays vehicles are so sophisticated and unless you have all the equipment, you re at the mercy of using a mechanic. We had a car breakdown with a rental car from Alamo, a razor blade was stuck in our tire. Hurst Firestone and the staff saved our vacation, many thanks to the nice employee with the red shirt at the counter and the mechanic with the cool beard. We were on site at 8am and were able to leave about an hour later. A thousand thanks, we can definitely recommend the car repair shop.

I've been doing business with thisestablishment since 2007. Theirintegrity and work ethic is secondto none. When the job is done,they stand behind their product and work and willing to put it inwriting on the final invoice. I donot experience this at dealershipservice centers. It's calledConfidence!! They got us in right away as we were on vacation with a dead battery, but $300 for a new battery with installation is too high imo. Also, almost $10 to use your credit card in ridiculous.*I did NOT use my CC.

I am always very pleased with the immediate attention and customer service I receive at Hurst Firestone. I ended up with a dead battery and they took care of my car as soon as it was towed to their property, had an estimate for me and was able to provide me with a new battery after dropping off the vehicle. They always respond quickly! I was also provided with the NAPA battery that I had requested as I know of the high standards and quality of NAPA products which is important for my vehicle maintenance! I take my vehicle to Hurst Firestone specifically because they supply their vehicles with NAPA products. Two great businesses in one location to take care of my car needs. Popped a tire on a road-trip, this was the only place nearby that carried my tire brand. The first mechanics that helped us were kind and I do apparently have a finicky car, the tread has to match up to the new tire or it can mess up my car. They measured them and said it was within the limit and I could change just the one tire. Went inside to get pricing, etc., and as we re waiting someone who I assumed to be the owner was talking very loudly to the employees about how he doesn t want to take on that liability and we would need to replace all 4 tires. A lady then comes in and starts saying the same thing. What bothered me is how they didn t address us directly, just talked in front of us about it very negatively. I said all I need to do is get home safely and then I will change my tire with my warranty, I would ve even signed something for liability, we live in Georgia were not gonna come back if something happens. Nope, left me with the option to pay to replace all 4 tires (my tires are only 2 years old) or drive an hour and a half on a donut to get the tire with my warranty. Although I didn t get the same brand tire, discount tire down the road were so kind and got me one comparable tire to get us home. They said the tread was within the limit (like the first guy here said) and told me it would take a couple thousand miles of uneven tires to really damage my car, so as long as I change my tire when I get home I will be fine. Customer service of the owner was horrible, the other employees were nice but clearly what he says goes. Wish they were more willing to help people in a bind/from out of town.

I went to the local dealership I purchased my car from and they were rude and talked to me like I had no idea anything about my car. Hurst was completely opposite. The owner I believe scheduled my service and explain exact what they planned on doing. Very nice people. Service was awesome and a 3rd of the price I was about to pay at the dealership. Great place. One con for me was they are only open M-F but that's my schedule issue not theirs.

I would definitely recommend Hurst Firestone they are very honest. I am very happy with the service that I got! I had taken my car to 2 different places I was told that my ABS sensors needed to be replaced it turned out the Sensors were corroded HF cleaned them up and the senors were both working. Thank you again for the Honesty! I definitely will be back to have my car service.

Open, friendly, and honest. Work was completed sooner than I expected. I was glad to see the service technician take my car out for a drive before turning it back over to me. I don't see that often and it's a sign of someone who would rather catch a maintenance issue first before letting the customer find it afterwards. I had a few questions about vehicle upkeep and the technicians took the time to share D.I.Y. knowledge with me rather than sell me on service. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Staff were professional and honest. The person I spoke with clearly worked on cars. I called about an oil change and they got me in on a Monday, since they were about to close on Friday. As I was waiting for the vehicle, I noticed how busy they were within the time I was there. They were very helpful with the other customers and also had patience!!!!! I highly recommend this place for an oil change, a tire repair whatever your needs are. Oh I was out within a half hour!!!!

You just simply cannot do business with better people than at this Firestone dealership. Hurst Firestone goes above and beyond and 100% knows what they are doing. Very confident people all throughout the business.

The staff was extremely helpful when it came to the front end of my truck. They got me in right away and communicated to me what the issues were. Bob formulated an estimate and a plan of what problems to addressed first. The repairs were done a lot quicker than I would've thought they would've been able to. I will most definitely recommend this facility for auto repairs and or tires.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Can't say enough how grateful I am. Replaced our tire quickly and with no attempt at "extra adds." Prices very fair and reasonable. I was worried my transmission fluid was low. They checked, told me it was fine and not to worry.The tire failed on our way up to the Grand Canyon. We rode on the spare until we got back to Flagstaff. I called a day in advance to make an appointment, which I recommend.Highly recommend Hurst!

I took my truck in for an alignment after installing a leveling kit and they got it knocked out right away knowing I was heading out of town for a trip. When I picked up my truck, Bob let me know one of their guys accidentally hit the side of my mirror when pulling it in, and broke the blinker light. He told me one was already ordered and I could bring it back in when I got back to town. Once again they got my truck in and out same day and were extremely friendly. I d highly recommend supporting this local business with any of your maintenance or repair needs.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great first experience with getting an alignment done. There was a misunderstanding that I wanted my oil changed as well but when I went to pay they refused to charge me for the oil change. I even offered to pay for the oil and filter but they said it was their fault and wouldn't take my money! Honest mechanics will always get my business! Thanks guys!!!

Honest, trustworthy, professional and friendly, it's comforting to know my car services are being completed by knowledgeable techs. The recommended services without the typical high-pressure sale is more than appreciated as it gives me time to consider budgeting and time-frame. These guys are like having a brother or cousin in the shop!! Fair pricing, friendly and engaging folks, I happily refer anyone who needs car work done!! Thanks guys!!

It isn't always easy to find a good place to take a vehicle for maintenance and repair these days. I have been going to Hurst Firestone for many years with all of our family vehicles, and I have yet to be disappointed by any service received. The prices are fair for this day and age, and I have never been pushed to have a repair or service done that was not absolutely needed. I can stop by and have a "check engine" light evaluated, and I am guided to either get something done in haste, or to wait to re-evaluate if the issue is more minor. I always leave Hurst feeling like my car is in the best of shape. Bob Hurst and his entire staff are superb. Thanks Hurst!!

My wife and I have spent the last five months driving this 05 Acura TL across the western mountains, nearly 30k miles. Of all the shops that we ve been to these guys are by far the best in price and service. we got stuck in the middle of a blizzard with a failing car and bob got us in the very next day (parts having made their way from phoenix through the storm) replaced the wheel hub and bearing, and for half the price of the next guy. we got the call to come pick her up and when we arrived i noticed the front bumper had been fixed as well, we went in and were told that my handiwork had made a full alignment impossible but if we had time they could pull her back in and do their best. they had my wife, my dog, and myself inside to wait and shortly there after, as they turned off the lights and began locking up, they pulled our car back out. they ended up getting her aligned nearly perfectly and didn t charge us for anything but the bearing and hub.We would take our vehicles here over anywhere else and recommend them to anyone who asks.Bob and his guys are a good, honest, and professional crew.thanks again!-The DahlsServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Battery

I was out of state and on business when my car decided to have electrical issues and I found great service with these guys. Bobby and Steve did great at diagnosing the issue on my car. I'm back home trouble free Thank you guys it's hard to find good and honest mechanics these days. Both gentlemen that worked the front desk were also great. Thanks again for getting me back home safe
