Absolutely fantastic service! The team at Heath s was incredibly honest, got the job done quickly, and the price was unbeatable. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend, we will be bringing our cars here for life. Jeff and Jeffery were great to work with. They even have a shuttle service when your vehicle is done free of charge for in town pick up. Chefs kiss!

After Breaking down on a Saturday night 1:30 in the morning not knowing what was wrong with the car was towed to his auto service in Flagstaff. Arizona waited today because it was they were closed on Sunday. Well on April fools day they opened at 7:30 in the morning or 8:30 in the morning and was treated like a brother was treated so fine that and I didn t even meet anybody there at the facility. It was all done over the phone. He runs a very professional shop and he did his best to take care of us, although the owner of the car that I was driving decided to go a different direction I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs taken care of. They are very professional and treat you like family my hats off to this company. It s very truthful and trustworthy.

I am incredibly leery of auto shops and having just anyone work on my Toyota, but I was in need of an oil change while passing through and gave Heath's a shot. The fellow behind the counter was great to chat with (Toyota family for the win!) ; they have a nice little waiting area so I could get some work done while I waited ; their pricing was FAR better than even the chain auto places. Glad I stopped by and happy to support local small business! It was a great experience. Thanks Heath Auto.

What a great shop! Thank you to Jeff and the entire crew at Heath s!We were traveling from Lake Havasu back home to Northern Minnesota with our recently gifted 1992 Ford F150 and had transmission problems coming into Flagstaff. We were so lucky to have found Heath s Auto Service in Flagstaff.Cannot say enough good things about this group of guys. They found the problem, ordered the part and had us back on the road in two days. They had the truck running great! Also, gave us a ride to and from our hotel.Professional, honest and great to work with - highly recommend this shop! Thanks again to the entire crew we made it home safe and sound!

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and professional the folks at Heath Auto were. They offer a shuttle, which made it much easier to get work done on a workday. And to all appearances the work they did was high quality and reasonably priced. I will definitely return for future maintenance or repairs and would recommend them to others.

I ve always used dealership to service my cars but decided to support local small businesses and try these guys. Not long after, during every visit something else was wrong. This time the brakes. I decided to get a second opinion. Not to my surprise, I had at least 15000 miles left on my pad, where these guys told me I need new pads and rotors. Don t trust them!

Fantastic service and great people to work with!! Their prices are good and they get to work on your vehicle extremely fast. If you need work done to your vehicle I 100% recommend going to Heaths!

An honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold.Excellent fast and courteous service. They did not try to upsell me on anything and they could have: I was expecting to need new brakes. They gave me an honest assessment of the current brake wear.I had stopped in several local shops to get a quote on new brakes.A: they were all incredibly rude so I never settled on one.B: none of them told me my brakes were fine.We stumbled upon them due to a fly in the mail and scheduled an oil change.Give them a chance to show you what a well run service shop is like

Heath's was one of 5 different shops we took our truck to in the last year, (Rough year). It was one of the best with regards to service, getting us in, and diagnosing/completing the repairs in a timely manner. The only issue we had was the odd pricing: $120 to install a couple of batteries in our truck. I asked them to check out a "clunk" sound in the steering, (which probably took 10min, but no repairs) and they charged nothing, yet... A little online research for some heat shields (no actual work done) cost me $137. Overall, I paid around $680, for two battery installations, and replacement of a single glow plug. I give 'em credit for saving me money on a glow plug control module, as well as reinstalling the wheel-well splash guards properly... No dealer has done that in any of my past visits over the years. We would recommend this shop, they know what they're doing, they're efficient, the shop is clean/organized, and customer service is good.

So glad I found Heath s Auto. I have been experiencing strange and seemingly unidentifiable issues with my car and have never been taken seriously before I went to Heath s. They took so much time test driving my car and checking it head to toe to help me. The price of all the services and diagnostics they did was very reasonable, they have excellent communication and an online platform where you can view your car s diagnostics. The people who drove the shuttle were super nice too! Very satisfied with my experience!! I will definitely be coming back any time my car needs some tlc.

They were able to get my truck in and work on it asap. I live out of state and had a wheel bearing issue. They were able to get the parts to get me back on the road in less than three business days. The only issue I had was that the lug nuts were put on so tight my Impact tool could not loosen the lug nuts, and I had to use a Breaker bar and a hydraulic Jack to bust them loose.

Heath s up front folks and mechanics are so helpful and detail oriented. They helped me by locating an oil leak, knowing the car was under warranty and would not be repaired by them. That s excellence. Thanks Heath s!I ll be back.

Jeff at Heath s did a wonderful job inspecting the used truck I had purchased, and he explained his findings to me in great detail. I completely trust their expertise and workmanship. It s the place to go to for your automotive repairs.

We all know finding an auto shop is like finding a best friend. Most places are hard to trust. After doing research and trying a couple of different shops in town, Heath s is like my best friend shop. I used the from oil changes to major repairs. Completely satisfied with pricing and timing of repairs. Staff members are extremely friendly. I don t ever get pressured into anything. They always gave me pricing and different options. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Needed an new CV axel. They did a great job! They shuttled me back and forth to my house. Thoroughly Inspected for any additional needs, at no additional charge. And didn't pressure me into doing them all right away. Shawn was very helpful. Heath's is lucky to have him as an employee. Everything went very smooth. Christian, who drives the shuttle, was also really great. I will definitely be going back to Heath's in Flagstaff.

Local patron; 100% confidence with needed repairs, communication, professional, pleasant, friendly and accommodating vehicle needs. Shuttle service very appreciated. Jeff, Jeffrey, Trinity and others are long term reliable employees. The few times I've waited I witnessed locals that come in and know they choose this location for their regular vehicle attention.I was lucky to research and chose Heath's for my truck needs.Overall lucky to find the 1 I appreciate and rely upon.

Was traveling out west from Indiana and was experiencing a pulsating in the brakes. Stopped in at Heath's for an inspection because we still had 2200 miles to get back home.Heath's did the inspection and said there was no safety issue with the brakes which gave me peace of mind to continue the trip. No hard selling. Very professional. Highly recommend!

I had a wheel bearing needing to be replaced before driving down to the valley. Called Heath s and they said they could take a look at it. After a couple of days at the shop, it was ready to be picked up. I was grateful that the cost was cheaper than another place I previously went to. I had noticed that they did not replace the center wheel cap that was removed in order to do the work on that side. I reached out to them about it and wanted to see if they still had the center wheel cap at their shop.A man named Shawn/Shaun/Sean (not sure how he spells his name) reached out to make things right and ordered a new replacement cap for my 4Runner. I appreciate the phone call and conversation I had with him. Great customer service. These guys are honest and I m glad they made things right as well. Would recommend them!

Stellar service! Really trustworthy, even for me being someone that's just passing through town. Broke down at the side of the highway, got it towed there end of day. They had a diagnosis and replaced my drive shaft all the next day! They even gave me a rundown of other issues that needed to be addressed soon, but didn't pressure me into getting them fixed there. They gave me a parts list so that I could do what I'm capable of on my own, which shows how honest they are. They even do a AAA discount on labor, which was huge for me since I'm a student and on a fixed income. Can't say enough good things about the people there!

Was traveling through and had some transmission problems. Another shop in town wouldn t drain and refill fluid without doing a full assessment and this place did it which I greatly appreciate. Nice people that trustworthy. Would recommend. Plus, they gave me a ride to breakfast, picked me up, and gave me chili cheese Fritos for the road.

Heaths Auto service has done a great job with my BMWs for two years in a row, and at this time I have no intention of going elsewhere for my automotive care needs in Flagstaff. They far exceed the service I ve received from other places in town.Their customer service, attention to detail, and complimentary shuttle service make them the number 1 shop in town.I m not getting paid for this endorsement, but you should still consider Heaths for your car service needs.

We took our car in for an oil change because we'd gotten the coupon mailer. First time at Heath's and they went above and beyond! Highly recommend and we'll definitely be coming back. Team was friendly and the car was finished faster than the estimated pick up. When we got back in the car there was a lovely note with a sweet treat thanking us for our business and apologizing if the seat had been moved from where it was originally. We also realized they must have washed the car! The outside was missing some dust haha. Later in the day I was picking up my children from daycare and much to my surprise when I was loading them into their car seats in the back they each had a stuffed animal with another kind note from the team at Heath's. It was such a thoughtful gesture and the kids loved finding the surprise as well. I've never seen such customer appreciation for an oil change and it absolutely has earned our return business. Thank you Heath's!

Heath's is awesome! Based on my experience, their friendly, knowledge, professional service was exactly what I was looking for. They got my jeep wrangler back on the road and running like a top. We have had the trip from hell but we found Heath's Auto Service with a very out of the ordinary problem. They had to make a part for our truck and they did it perfect. It is better than what was there to begin with. They got us to and from a hotel and had us back on the road when they said they would. I would definitely recommend them there very professional and honest. Thanks guys we made it to California

I would not recommend this shop. I brought my vehicle in with a mailer coupon for a free comprehensive brake system inspection. I had noticed a soft brake pedal a few times. All they did was take my car for a joyride on a dirt road and slammed on the brakes a bunch of times and said they never noticed a problem. The never even inspected the brake system at all which was the free service they offered and what brought me to the shop. I won t ever bring a vehicle back to this shop.

I ve taken my car here several times now, trying to give them a chance because they re close to home and rated one of the best in flagstaff. All that to say, I have been consistently disappointed by both the vehicle service and customer service I ve gotten. It seems every time I leave the shop something else goes wrong, I was quoted a crazy amount for a serpentine belt which felt like a cash grab, my car has never been cleaned or wiped down even though they stress they offer this for free to everyone who they service, and now I was even mocked by an employee when I tried to bring this to their attention. I m not sure how they ve gotten such good reviews but they are over priced for what they do and they are rude while doing it. Very disappointing!
