Meghan & Steve are all about customer service. Stopped in after our rear view mirror suddenly fell off in our 16-year old truck. Dangerous! They fit me in immediately and 10 minutes later I was on my way. I was dreading getting it fixed (could it be fixed??) and they made the whole experience as easy as possible. Plus Meghan has an amazing garden of plants (& knowledge) in the waiting room that makes the brief wait even more enjoyable.

We were on a road trip from Moab to Sedona when we had a rock chip in our windshield. Harmon was able to offer us excellent service to repair the chip in a timely manner. hop we were off again. I highly recommend

I m speechless! Meghan fixed a significant chip in my windshield in record time. I did not even have an appointment. Very kind and much appreciated. Forget the rest, just come here for your auto glass needs.

One of the few places with fantastic customer service. They called right back when I left a voice message, gave me an immediate quote and performed the work well. Should be the norm but it s not at all so highly recommended place in Flagstaff

We had to replace our windshield again after only a few months unfortunately. They made it as pleasant of an experience as it could be, considering. Fast, friendly service, and a reasonable price.

I am really happy with Harmon. They did a great job on both of my cars, each of which has a slightly complicated windshield. I hope not to need another replacement soon, but if I do, I m coming back here!!

Harmon is the best! There s a reason they have perfect 5 star reviews. We gave them a call after just getting a small rock chip in our windshield, and they had us stop by right away. The owners are super friendly and fixed it up on the spot. Support local small businesses - this is the best glass repair in town!

I was recommended this place by a coworker of mine she loved them so figured I d give them a try. Went in to get my front window of my vehicle replaced had an appointment at 8am and by 9am they were done. Sat in the lobby they have really comfortable couches , free coffee , Free wifi as well as cable TV in the lobby to watch if you d like. The people that helped me offered great customer service. 10 out 10 would recommend. I was on vacation from Maryland when I picked up a chip in my windshield just outside Flagstaff. Brought my vehicle to Harmons on a Monday morning and within 20 minutes it was sorted. Simply put, this was the one of the most friendly, professional and courteous businesses I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If I was a local, they would be my go to for auto glass repair or replacement. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Service: Auto windshield repair

Great experience at Harmon Auto Glass! Always amazing customer service! They have replaced 2 windshields for us and resealed the molding around our windshield. We have been happy with every interaction!

Astounded by their kindness and service. They even answered our call on a Sunday off hours to help us with our rental car getting a cracked windshield. We are from Ohio and even though we are not local they really got us taken care of in a pinch when we had to return the car within a few hours. The price was beyond reasonable. If we lived in Flagstaff this would 100% be my go to for all my glass repair needs.Service: Auto windshield repair

My entire experience with Harmon Auto Glass, from the initial weekend email request to the finished product, was a great experience. Both Steve and Meghan are personable, professional, service oriented owners. Steve installed a front windshield on my early model Toyota Camry and the results were professional and of high quality. Meghan made the paperwork part of the installation a breeze. I highly recommend Harmon Auto Glass to anyone needing an auto glass repair.Steve and Meghan are the heart of this company which is why you see all the 5 star ratings. They also performed the same excellent installation on my daughter s Subaru Forester. I'm surprised even on my third windshield how quick and efficient these people are. On top of that, since I'm a *cash customer, the prices are always half what I expect to pay.They don't do any "10 Free Dinners" gimmicks, they wouldn't bilk my insurance company if I was covered, and honestly I like dealing with kind and courteous local business owners.The work is completed on time, every time. I am a windshield rock magnet and need a good business like HARMON.*my vehicles have commercial insurance and glass isn't covered.

Best windshield replacement/repair in North Arizona/South Utah. If you are on vacation and you need auto glass repaired these are the folks to go to. This is an extremely competent company who delivers on their promises.After Safelite screwed up and ruined one of my vacation days, Harmon was there to pick up the pieces and had me back on vacation in less than 1.5 hours. I gave Harmon my information over the phone and they had the authorization completed and the new windshield for my 4runner already on hand before I arrived and had the work finished in less than 1.5 hours.

On our way back to Mi from California and got a stone chip in my 63 Dodge windshield. Stopped within an hour and fixed it and we were back on the road. They did an awesome job. I truly appreciate it

Windshield replacement- Lowest quote in town and the price paid was the same as the quote, not quote plus taxes and fees. In this day of fees and additional costs for everything under the sun I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. Appointment to replacement was thurs and tues. Job was performed by a guy with 30 years of experience also. If you call Safelite you're making a mistake, support local when they are offering the most for the least. I did forget to ask for a veterans discount so I cannot speak to that. These folks run a business like they want you to come back next time, which I will should I need anything else.Service: Auto windshield replacement

These people are angels! I was having a terrible time finding someone to fix a giant crack & they got me scheduled super quickly & fixed it so I could go back to work & drive with peace of mind. Excellent highly recommend!
