Glad others had a good experience with Sergio. Unfortunately that was not our experience.It is a hot 95+ degrees and we need help with a loud noise coming from our AC unit.Sergio set an appointment date and time with us but failed to show up. No call, no text, no communication he just did not show up for our appointment.The NEXT AFTERNOON (basically 28 hours later) he calls and says he can meet us now. Since it is late and requires a 40-mile commute for us, we ask if we can meet the next day.The next day, we drive to the agreed upon location and wait and wait and wait. No call no text from Sergio. He does not answer our call or text. Two hours after our appointment time, he calls with another excuse.By this time we decide he is unprofessional and unreliable. Certainly, he does not show common courtesy to call or text his delay.I hope your experience is different, but that is our experience with Sergio at Good Times RV.

Sergio saved our trip. He knew I was in a hurry and went straight to work. I had a water leak in my RV that was difficult to get to. He immediately found the problem and fixed it and gave me some good information on RVs. Class guy and I wish he was here in Yuma and not Flagstaff. A rare find nowadays. Very fair with the price and I can tell he is a good guy and someone I could hang out with. Very cool guy and helpful and even told me to text him wherever I was if I needed any help. Who does that now days?? Hopefully you don't need rv repair but of you are in Flagstaff, this is the man to call. Thank you Sergio.

You can see for yourself, EVERY review is 5 stars. If that isn't enough, I can tell you, Sergio is fantastic, he's friendly, personable yet professional. His word, his integrity and his reputation mean everything to him and he lives up to it.I had a bad leak in my Class C that three other RV repairmen never resolved. Sergio cleaned up old caulking and butyl tape and recaulked. He was supposed to just do the overhead but he didn't want me to experience any more leaks (I'm a single, retired lady living/traveling full time in my RV) so he caulked every window and seam. And he did a great job!Very few people go above and beyond in their jobs anymore but Sergio did and I'd recommend him again and again!Thank you Sergio!Service: Body & Trim

I had asked my in-laws if I could borrow their Toy Hauler for the weekend and they said they had not used it since last summer. When we opened the door there was a musky smell. It ended up being a water leak coming from the roof which created major damage in the bathroom. We needed someone to fix it and called around town but after calling two places that didn t even answer the phone we said we ll call one more and if not I guess we ll have to watch a YouTube Video (LOL Yeah Right!) We ended up calling Good Times RV Repair and Remodel and Sergio answered the phone. He not only finished the job within the month, but we were exceedingly impressed with the finished bathroom. We live in our RV full time dad, mom, two kids, and a new puppy. Somewhere between Phoenix and Flagstaff, our WATER PUMP went out (*kind of important). I went online looking for RV Repair Near Flagstaff and found Good Times with incredible reviews. Boy were the reviews accurate!! Sergio is THE MAN. He called me back mid morning, and even though he was busy with other projects, he took the time to give me guidance how to fix it myself (*not super mechanical) and when I couldn t make it work, he rearranged his schedule to meet me in a Cal Ranch parking lot, where he not only replaced my pump, but also several leaking water lines. The guy is a HERO!! My family is SO grateful.

Needed a new toilet in my class c i ordered it from amazon and had it delivered to his office, then he brought it to cinder hills where i was camping. He installed it and did some other minor electric repairs. Very happy with his work.

Our 6volt battery wires burned and we lost all power and water to our Airstream while on the road in Arizona. Based on reviews I chose Sergio s business. He really knows what he s doing. In the very same night he was able to diagnose, replace and repair the wiring that had fried and severed. The previous dealer had done the job improperly as it turns out ! Now we are happy campers! We were newbie RVers on a 6 week cross country trip and needed repairs. Sergio responded immediately and helped us out tremendously. He is super passionate about his work and very knowledgeable. He helped to educate us and made the necessary repairs. Our slide wasn't working properly and we were having electrical issues as well as issues with our generator. He replaced the house batteries, helped with the electrical issues, and did a tune up on the generator. His repairs were super reasonable as well. Best of all, he called us a week later to check on us and make sure we were doing ok. I completely wish I could bring him back to Maryland for any other repairs!Services: Electrical, Battery

Sergio provided me customer service that was better than anything I ve seen in my 60 years on this earth. He drove 14 miles from town to a national forest where I had blown a large fuse. He changed the fuse and did a lot of diagnostics in a timely manner. 20 minutes after he left the fuse blew again! Sergio came out the next morning and did more diagnostics, etc. He even went to 2 different stores in town for me to buy parts! I am so glad that I have an honest RV mechanic in Flagstaff now as I pass thru here at least every year or two. Highly Recommended!!

Sergio was very professional! He came out to fix a leak we had in our sink and left us with a lot of knowledge on our TT. He took the time to explain what happened and how to address it later one. He stayed awhile and answered any question we had. I highly recommend him for any future issues!!

Sergio came out to cinder hills to service our rv. It was a simple battery change out. Sergio answered all of our questions and went out of his way to make sure we were confident before leaving.
