We initially went in to look at their inventory. Connor was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes that we ended up buying not one but two dirt bikes. All the staff were extremely friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend GO AZ over other dealers for sure.

I went for a basic emergency repair to my missing right foot peg.They took a look and tried to remove the rear foot peg so they can put it in the missing right foot peg's place. But it was too damaged.They didn't charge me anything. They gave me the address for a dealer in Las Vegas. Nice people. Thank you.P.S. I made it to Las Vegas, California, and then back to New York on the same bike

My recent experience purchasing a 2023 BMW R1250 GSA from Go AZ Motorcycles, in particular working closely with Curtis Pinkelton, was exceptional!!! Curtis made the process of purchasing a bike long distance (I live in Maine) like no other I ve had from any dealership locally, EVER! After an extensive search for the specific bike I was seeking, speaking with multiple BMW dealerships, I fortunately landed at Go AZ, with Curtis. From the moment we began our long distance communication, Curtis stood out from other sales people I d reached out to. He consistently displayed genuine enthusiasm and desire to help execute my purchase as well as earn my trust. He accomplished this with his timely responses to my e-mails and calls, by providing knowledgeable and complete answers to my questions throughout the process, messaging me numerous bike photos, videos & regular updates, as well as connecting me with both Greg in finance (who was also super helpful, low pressure, informative and speedy with overnighted paperwork/clear completion instructions) and their trusted shipper (fair cost, clean, enclosed, quick (7 days!), safe transport and friendly delivery to my door). Every step of the process, through to delivery, Curtis kept his promises. His caring follow-through, being sure of my satisfaction even after the delivery to my home, was extremely reassuring and appreciated! It s rare to experience this type of above-and-beyond service in today s world. I feel fortunate that I connected with Curtis and the Go AZ Motorcycles team, making my dream bike purchase all the sweeter! The ONLY thing I regret is that I live too far away to service my bike at Go AZ and meet Curtis in person. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a bike, whether living near or far from Flagstaff, AZ, to call Curtis. He will exceed any and all expectations had, as he certainly did mine!! I have been looking for a Bluetooth setup for my helmet. I sent an email to GO AZ asking if they carried anything like that. I received a prompt response via email, then by phone. I was told they do and they could help me find the right one for my helmetI live in Winslow which is about an hour away. Its not so easy to just drive overI'm glad I did. When I went in I was greeted with a friendly smile. Everyone was helpful. We discussed what I needed and they were more than happy to explain the systems they had that would fit my helmet. After deciding which one I wanted Trevor installed it for me. It was quick. He took the time to explain all the functions, he was very helpful. Great customer service. Highly recommend this business.Follow up. The Bluetooth setup is amazing sound. CARDO HD.They also gave me some earplugs to try. NONOISE brand. Very nice and work great

Great staff. Terrible location. The owners of this company have a great team at their Flagstaff location. They could do much better with a new building. No place to test out product, crowded parking lot. Started going to the location off the 260 even though it is totally out of my way.

I want to throw a shout out to Bret, Nate and Todd for helping me with a tire that went South on me. They were very helpful in swapping out my bad tire with a new one. Also another guy came in around the same time. I saw him get the same level of help too. They were very busy that day and they took care of us travelers and got us on our way as quick as they could. It s always good to get friendly help hundreds of miles from home. Oh by the way Motoz backed up their product and took care of me as well. I have a new tire from them because of the good folks at GO AZ recommended I speak with Motoz about the tread issue. So I 100% recommend GO AZ and Motoz tires!The old tire below in the pictures, stuff happens. But when a company backs their products I will be a loyal customer!

This dealership/service/parts and accessories shop is excellent! I have bought many accessories and riding gear here and have gotten to know a few of the guys who work here. Everyone is fantastic friendly and helpful and they really go out of their way for regular customers as well. I finally pulled the trigger on a new KTM ADV bike and buying from GoAZ Flagstaff was a fantastic experience! They even delivered the bike to me- an hour from them! Can t recommend this place enough! Very happy customer here! Awesome dealership and awesome people!!

Stopped to check out few items. 1st good luck if you are in RV with trailer. No parking! Salesman was Rude and Insulting to my husband. My husband interested in newer SxS. His is 2022 model all tricked out and Salesman told him it's not worth much to go home to our state! Had I heard that wouldn't have been as nice as my husband.

I had been coming in here just to look at stuff for fun for awhile and everyone was always very friendly to me. The sales guys would answer any questions I had and were always nice. More recently I had come in to buy some gear for another bike I had and everyone in the parts department is also very helpful and nice. A week ago I had decided I wanted to buy a new bike and I had reached out with a few questions and Pernell from sales would respond to my emails very quickly with only good information, I could tell he didn't want to waste my time like other sales people at different dealerships like to. Once he helped me decide on the bike I wanted, he put a hold on it until I was ready to come in a purchase it and that entire process of coming in to buy the bike was extremely effortless. I am glad I had a good experience here and I hope to buy more stuff here in the future.

My father and I needed an oil change during our cross-country road trip. Although service didn t have a slot for us the day we were passing through, Paul helped us out by finding the parts needed and lending us some drain pans so that we could do the change ourselves. I highly recommend for knowledgeable friendly staff.

I've been in GOAZ Motorcycles of Flagstaff on several occasions for parts, and recently made an e-Mountain Bike purchase after only stopping in to pick up a parts order for our KLX-230 that had been sitting there for me since last summer. (We sometimes stay a few days in Flagstaff when traveling through in our RV) I have to say that I simply feel like I am with family when here working with this team. The staff, both parts and sales teams, are always helpful and genuinely excited about what the do and sell. On our bike purchase they went out of their way, even staying an hour after closing time to se us satisfied and heading to camp with our new Tazer MX e-Bikes. Thank you, Chaz, Anthony, Damien, Chaz and Trevor. Chaz, a special thanks for continued service after the sale!

TODD PAYNE was an absolute legend!!! Never had better service in my whole life! Beyond helpful and caring and understanding to our problems. He could have easily told us to kick rocks but was accommodating! Parts departments are not known for customer service, but Todd Payne of GO AZ MOTO sure is!

About a year ago I came across my first motorcycle since high school in the 80's. Each time I visit they have been helpful and informative. Today Tod and another rep spent maybe 40 minutes just walking me through trying on a wide variety of helmets trying to find one that worked best with my eye glasses. Made a purchase and then another rep helped size my daughter for a bike (a future purchase). Again, thanks for being local and supportive.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Like all shops they are really busy this time of year. We showed up on a trip from TN in a real bind. Our voltage regulator was shot and we had to get a new battery just to limp the bike to Flagstaff. They did a same day diagnostics and overnighted a new regulator. They drove us to our hotel 30 miles away and then delivered the bike to us fixed the very next day. Give these guys your business. They are the kind of people that help you out when you are far from home and in a bind. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

The service department does not know how to use a Greece rag. Left oil dripping all over the car on a $50000 car. Make sure you check all your parts. My air filter cap wasn't put on properly. Went on 2 dusty rides with an improper air filter cap on Because service department Did not put the air filter cap back on properly. Very displeased with the service. . . ( Update) the service department did contact me within less than 8 hours And wants to make it right. Will update Status later.

I was on a run to the Grand Canyon from Houston, TX on my 2011 Victory Vision when the front fender cracked and separated from the right bracket. I had to have the fender removed for safety reasons and pulled into GO AZ Motorcycles in Flagstaff to see if they could help me out...Nate took a look at the issue and got the fender removed with no charge! I needed the fender shipped to my address in Texas...Chaz in parts and Preston took care of it and I got the fender back home the next week! The guys were very willing to take care of me and get me back on the road to Houston! I would recommend them for any of your MC needs...great dealership with outstanding MC personnel!

The staff here is extremely helpful! We needed extra keys made and one reprogrammed for our can-am and they were able to help us immediately. While we were waiting at least four members of their staff asked us if we needed anything or had any questions. If you are looking for a new outdoor toy or needing something done I highly recommend them! We won t ever go anywhere else.

If I lived closer this is the only shop I d visit! These guys were awesome and made a miracle happen and at a great price. En route to Utah and my bike needed chain service and new tires. I didn t know if I could find any place that could service my bike so quickly and last minute but these guys made the impossible possible. Huge thanks to the team.

Needed a new battery and some tires for my ATV. They are close to my work, but parking there can be a problem. The parts and service people were pleasant and I got everything done in a reasonable time and at a competitive price. Would use them again.

Great customer service! Stator went out on my wifes' VTX during our travels from KY. Brett put us at ease immediately. Very obvious that he was an experienced and knowledgeable service writer. Even though they were many months behind schedule, (covid has made retail/service/parts a nightmare!) he had the part brought in from CA overnite. Tharon worked late on a Friday night to get it installed. They got us back on the road as quickly as possible. Everyone was most professional and courteous.

Best place to go for all your bike needs!I just bought a new pair of boots. Trevor in the parts department was very helpful and patient. I must have tried on every pair in the store and he was happy to get them Show me the differences and be generally helpfulGreat selection of gear, fluids and other parts too, 10/10 recommend

Riding through from Canada. Needed tires and install. Could not afford to wait several days for service and they had the tires I needed and I pulled in early afternoon honestly expecting to wait at least a day. They fit me in immediately and had me back on the road within 3 hours. Everyone here was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. I would actually like to give them 7 stars. 2 over the five limit. Thanks to the staff at GoAz

Outstanding sales and service! I had the pleasure of working with Chris who helped me every step of the way with a hard to find adventure bike, aftermarket add-ons and parts installation. I couldn t ask for a better experience and I ve bought KTMs across Colorado and UT already. But not anymore, it s GoAZ Flagstaff all day, every day!!
