Great company. I called them up when I was in a pinch to get a Mobil mechanic out for help my install a new cv axel on my truck. I needed someone in 48 hours and worked hard and communicated great on having someone available. They were awesome on just communicating timeframes and got someone out for me on a Friday afternoon. Matt was great to work with and got it done super fast and even wanted to follow up to ensure it was a great install. Hard to find good, reliable and trustworthy mechanics and Mobil ones at that. I highly recommend this company. Thank you FMM

I cannot say enough amazing things about Michael and his team. I got stuck with toddlers on a Sunday he came over after hours to look at my car. He had it towed to his shop in the morning and fixed extremely quickly. Another company messed up an oil change on my car and he fixed it and we are back on our way home! Thank you so much!

Customer service was awesome. I highly recommend this company. Completed our vehicle in a timely manner, even though the parts came from Phoenix. Greatly appreciate the hospitality.

Believe it or not, both of our vehicles broke down on a Saturday evening while we were staying in Flagstaff for the weekend. I thought it was going to be impossible to get them looked at on a Sunday and even harder to have them fixed promptly since everything is at least a week or two out right now. I found Flagstaff Mobile online and decided to call and just see if by chance something could be done. To my surprise, Mike was willing to look at my car right away. He was able to get parts that day and had me back on the road within a few hours. The best part, he didn't charge me an arm and a leg either. I was so relieved!!! He was so honest and friendly. We decided to leave my husband's truck there for the week and have them fix it too since we didn't really have a good mechanic back home. He was able to fix it within a few days, we made the trip back up to get it the next weekend. I highly recommend this shop! They were a lifesaver!!!

Alternator went out while traveling July 4th weekend. They helped us get the part in and installed despite the holiday. Even drove us to our hotel when the part didn't arrive on the first day.

The staff and owners are amazing!I was in from out of town. I came up from Phoenix to take my wife and 5 children for a couple days of skiing at SnowBowl.I was parking my big Ford Epedition in the parking lot and I shut it off to go to the restroom. I went back to turn it on and continue to park and it would not turn over. Tried jumping, wiggling, hitting etc... it had power but would not do anything but a clunk sound... I looked up online and thought mobile mechanic, they pulled up... BUT... that is their old business...They have grown a lot and the owners purchased a 30 year plus mechanic shop near downtown.Sage answered my call. She helped me every step of the way.I am used to using a company called Christian Brothers in the Valley, they are the best outfit I have used in 35 years. I was praying I would find a shop as caring and proffssional and good as they are... IT WAS NOT JUST AS GOOD, BETTER! (I love you CB's.. but...)They not only met my level of service but the price was super balanced in the consumers favor comparable to lesser not as customer centric and qualified shops... I won't name nemes but anything with Tires in it can be included... They helped get my tow arranged and under my estimated budget.My snowboarder towing friend (that Sage conferenced me in with) was up in under an hour and got me on the slopes with the fam. Sage and team were willing to help with a ride for us to get back to our airbnb but I wanted to figure that out and we did.I was able to pick my SUV up that evening after our first day of skiing with a new starter, replace fan & fan clutch, which was all jacked up and almost ready to fly apart (we have 250k miles on this bad boy...) fluides topped off, tires, brakes, electric, all kinds of stuff checked up on, a solution to fix our heater which was out, all half of what Ithought I would have to spend in such a short notice.I was back at it with our fam the next day for our vacation to continue...THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.If I lived in flag Iwould not go anywhwere else but with Sage and her team! .... I am looking for excueses and ways to time my Utah and Flagstaff trips to get my vehilcles to them.Talk soon sage!

Mike and team are amazing. He had all the tools (that no one else had in flagstaff) to work on our sprinter van. They work on anything smaller than RV s (smaller shop). Highly, highly recommend.

We were passing through flagstaff from San Diego to the white rim trail and had a problem with our thermostat. Mike and Matt were terrific. They identified the problem and had us back on the road in no time.On our return home my sway bar wouldn t connect in my Jeep. Again we stopped by and the Jesse and Mike were able to identify the problem and help out.The team here is kind, honest, professional, and knowledgeable.

We were long time customers. We scheduled an oil change in person for the following Saturday. Went in Saturday, they said we didn t have an appointment and would have to schedule one. So whatever, mistakes happen so re-scheduled for the following Monday. Went in Monday, not only do they say it s not scheduled but they say you ve missed two appointments. I feel really sorry for Mike, he s a great mechanic but his wife Sage is totally incompetent and worse yet, tries to hide it by putting the blame on customers. How they are still in business I have no clue, but we won t ever be referring anyone to them ever again. What a shame. Go elsewhere.Side note notice from other reviews how it s always the customer s fault? Take some ownership for your mistakes.

Can't recommend these heros enough! They really came through and saved us. Had a problem with a front wheel that became undrivable on the 89A between Sedona and Flagstaff while on a cross-country drive. Even though it was a holiday Monday and in the evening, our call was answered and the shop agreed to look at our car the next morning when they opened. Had the tow drop us at the garage and we dropped the keys into the shop that night. The next morning, they had looked at our wheel and contacted us. They had to order parts, but used express delivery so the parts arrived the next day and they could get working on our car.We didn't want to be 'that guy', but had nothing else to do in Flagstaff, so I'm sure we bothered them plenty while trying to make emergency plans and last minute lodging reservations. Everyone at the shop was great about it! Before we could have dreamed, we were on our way, back on the road, with a safe vehicle to drive.Again, can't say enough good things about this garage! If you ever need mechanical work when in Flagstaff; THIS IS THE PLACE!Service: Tires

Tried to help me, but couldn't rebuild my rear end. Had to have it towed to Phenix axle. No one in town I called did this either. 2500 sprinter. Didn't charge me for looking@ it. The lady on the phone was always nice.

We were driving through Flagstaff Arizona and our trailer lights stopped working. We pulled over into a parking lot of a fast food restaurant and just happened to run into Arizone Mobile Mechanics, asked for their assistance and they glady jumped right on it, diagnosed, and fixed the issue in less than an hour these guys are honest, friendly, and very knowledgable. I highly recommend them! 10 stars!!!!

Longtime customer... Former customer.Bad employees ruin good business.I can say they do great work here but the office is a mess and they wouldn't keep an appointment to get my oil changed. Excuses of all sorts but no oil change and don't complain or you get harassing phone calls. Big dramatics over how other customer felt whether you said anything or not.All I did was fail to reschedule after I was told it wasn't gonna happen for the second time.

We are full-time RV travelers and we had a major engine malfunction between Flagstaff and Winslow. After having a tow back to Flagstaff, we began the search for a repair shop who could help us. Every single place we called said they don't do RV engine work or they only work on diesel RV engines (we have a gas engine). We were becoming distraught. We called Flagstaff Mobile Mechanic in the hopes that they could at least come out and tell us what was wrong. Their mobile tech was out that day, but they gave us the name of a tow company that was much more reasonably priced than the one we used initially and we had it towed over for them to look at it. They diagnosed the issue and came up with a plan to replace the engine. We were so happy that someone finally agreed to help us. It took a couple weeks for the engine to get there, but as soon as it was in, they were on it. They worked several long days (morning to night) to get us back on the road by the day that our lodging reservation ran out. I cannot recommend this business any more highly. We were panicking and someone finally stepped up and took on the challenge and got us going again. Thank you so much to this team, if it were not for them, we'd likely still be stuck in Flagstaff or we would have paid a fortune in tow bills to get it somewhere else. They really saved our hides. RV is running great so far!Service: Engine repair

This place is awesome! Our radiator began leaking on our trip from Texas to Flagstaff. Michael and Sage were amazing. Not only did they get our car back on the road in time for us to get back to Texas, but Sage drove down to Scottsdale to pick up a part so that we were able to enjoy our last day of Spring Break with the kids. This place!!!! I was traveling cross country and my car started making a scary sound. Michael took a look right away, quickly detected a slow power steering fluid leak due to a tiny cheap clip that needed replaced. I was in and out in 10 minutes and back on the road. So kind! So fast at finding the problem. Great people!!! I cannot recommend them enough. I m giving them 5 stars plus and two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I have brought him several vehicles and each time they do a great work. They always take time explain things to me. And even though they are very busy they make time for their clients. Om sad to see bad reviews. I know you can't please everyone but this shop have worked their butt off helping out flagstaff.Pricing is very fair. Quality of work is good and professionalism is on point.Would and have recommended many people to Mike and his crew.

These guys are lifesavers! We had a RV generator not working for a while, and I gave them a call and they took us in on the same day on such short notice. All the staff were very nice, and the mechanics were knowledgeable and professional. They got our generator up and running in no time, and were so kind not to charge us for their services. One thing that struck us was that everyone working at the shop were young, around our age, and it felt comfortable talking to our peers :) Go millennials, keep doing your thing!!

My daughter's alternator went out on her Lexus RX350. She is very handy and bought a new one to replace it herself. She got it 99% out but needed a specialty tool to get the old one out that she did not have. Michael came out and had the old one out in minutes and the new one in quickly. He was very polite and professional with my daughter and the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Called this shop when our car broke down on the interstate. We were from out of town and we needed a quick diagnosis and a fix to get back on the road. Although they weren't able to squeeze us in to their schedule for that day they were able to give us really helpful information and referrals. Highly recommend

Had the ball joint drop out on the passenger side of a truck. The speediness of service, the politeness of staff on the phone and on site, and the professionalism were all amazing. The cost was very reasonable as well. It would have been far more expensive to have the vehicle towed and then worked on

We were just traveling through on our way to Scottsdale and our AC was acting funny in our Jeep. We appreciated how honest this shop was. Their prices were fair for the service we could have had done, but we went with the recommendation to not and take it to a Jeep dealer to have them explore it. We are grateful for honest mechanics!

Had a pretty substantial coolant leak after a weekend of camping. Called on a Sunday around noon. They were able to get me in and had it fixed and returned in about 2 and a half hours. Mike is great! I highly recommend bringing your car to him. He shows you exactly what's wrong. I brought my 4Runner in to get the throttle position sensor replaced and he got me back on the road in 30 minutes! It was only $90 versus the $200 or more that other repair places would charge, and with a lifetime warranty on the part. If you're tired of places ripping you off, this is the place to go!

Amazing service!! We were up from out of town on a holiday weekend when our truck started giving us trouble. The only place in town that would see us. Sage was absolutely amazing and answered our call. They helped us diagnose and work with the insurance company to get it all figured out. Following weekend came up for a full service and oil change on my 4Runner!! Couldn t be more happier, will definitely be making excuses to go up to flag in order to come up for my routine maintenance. Hard to find good quality and reliable mechanics down in the valley. Thank you so much again!!!

I originally called Micheal to come figure out why my car wasn't starting. To which he figured out it was a bad fuel pump. He quoted me a price and gave me a day he would come pick it up. I had the money and keys waiting for him but... He never shows I message him to see if something came up or if he is running late... No answer. I try for the next 3 days to which I also get no answer. I decided maybe he was busy and I would give him till Thursday. Mind you a week and a half had already gone by at this point. By that day still no answer so I decided to find a new mechanic. I would highly recommend "Mobile Medics" over Micheal check on my review on there. Micheal here does seem to know what he's doing and does offer good prices. But seems to work on his own time and has very poor customer communication

We had a engine overheating problem and liquid were leaking from somewhere. We thought this would be a very serious problem in coolant systems or the engine and prepared for the worst. Thanks for the awesome mechanics here, they figured out that some segments stuck in the water pump caused the overheating and fixed it quickly. Sage even offered us a ride from hotel to the shop while they were working on our car. Great place! We are now back to the road thanks for you guys!

THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Literally life savers!!!! We broke down on a friday night in Sedona, no one not even the police nor public safety department would do anything! They came out, fixed everything super quickly, checked the rest of the vehicle to make sure we were safe to drive, and were super friendly and helpful in explaining what they were doing! Best mechanics ever!!! Will go here for any and all repairs in the future!!!! Our van is saved thanks to them!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance
