Such a great place! The process was easy and the people working are kind and knowledgeable. Dillion was the one to help with fixing up my car after a minor crash, he was great communicating updates! My car was fixed super quick, only four days! Definitely recommend Flagstaff Collision Center!

We took our truck here after it suffered $18K in damages in an accident. Flagstaff Collision Center did an amazing job with the repairs and kept us in the loop with weekly communication. Dean took really good care of us and was creative when a major part was on national back order. We got out truck back all shiny and new. Thanks!

This place is Awesome . We received the BEST Service they are Professional, courteous, they follow-up with you every step of the way. Dillon has excellent staff beginning with himself from the receptionist to the people who work hard getting the job done right. We were Wowed at the service we received. We definitely recommend them to anyone.....who needs this type of service. Thanks again Rick and Stacey.

Dean was super responsive throughout the entire process. There was a slight delay towards the end but with a major repair like I had it was understandable. The work itself was phenomenal. My truck looks brand new. It looks better honestly! Fantastic work. You guys run an amazing shop. All my interactions with the staff were super friendly. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Horrible experience! They had my truck for almost 4 months! Gave me 5 different pick up dates and each time had to leave work early and wasn't told It couldn't be picked up until I got there.... Finally just had them drop it off. The woman we dealt with Mariah was incredibly nice and friendly even when I had lost all my patience waiting for my truck. It still wouldn't make me recommend or use them again though. The final product was good, but not worth the 4 months of waiting. DONT take your vehicle to them unless you won't need it for almost half a year.

Dean Swanson was excellent to work with. He is an expert in this field and we had a seamless experience start to finish. He has great communication and realistic time estimates. He worked with our insurance and handled it so we didn t have to! Would highly recommend him to anyone needing vehicle repair assistance!

Flagstaff Collision is the best! I decided to go with this shop after getting into my first car accident. Mike was the best. He fought for me in regards to making sure all the repairs were covered. They cleaned the inside and the outside of my vehicle after repairs were finished. I feel like I have a new vehicle. I am extremely pleased with the repairs on my vehicle and the respect Mike showed me throughout the process. This review is being written for all the parents out there such as myself, who have kids going to Northern Arizona University.My daughter, who is from California and currently on our insurance, was involved in a traffic accident while driving her Honda CR-V. As a father I was immediately overwhelmed with the fact that I'm not there to take care of her and help her arrange for her car to be repaired.We called the Honda Dealership and they recommended Flagstaff Collision Center and I'm so glad they did.Deanne Hale couldn't have been anymore professional and was such a blessing to my daughter. Deanne, along with the entire staff at Flagstaff Collision Center, took care of my daughter as if she were their own and for that I am forever grateful.The car was pretty damaged from the accident but looked brand new when they were finished. When my daughter went to pick her car up she said she started crying because she was so pleased with the repair they did.Thank you again.Forever Grateful,Bob Koontz

Our experience at Flagstaff Collision Center was fabulous. My son s older truck was hit. Flagstaff Collision worked hard to find all the parts needed to put an older truck back to like new . We received a daily email to let us know the status of the repairs. The repairs were finished before the estimated completion date which we were very grateful for. Communication regarding the car was amazing. Dean was the technician on our son s truck. Dean went above and beyond to ensure that my son s truck was better than expected when it left his shop. Flagstaff Collision Center recently started doing LINE-X coatings, and I had heard great comments from friends that have done business with them, so I decided to go for it. I had clear communication and updates every step of the way, and the vehicle was done when they said it would be. I just picked up my truck this afternoon, and WOW...JUST WOW! They did an amazing job. The coating is PERFECT. Very consistent with great texture (see pics below). If you need any work done to your vehicle, go see them ASAP. FIVE STARS... they earned a customer for life!

Flagstaff Collision is the BEST decision after a collision. I was not looking forward to dealing with insurance and a body shop in the middle of a pandemic - but Chris and Mike went the extra mile to make sure my experience was truly exceptional. From the time I checked in, until I drove off the lot, I was informed on every step of the repair process. My 4Runner was immaculate when I picked it up. I felt that "new car" feeling all over again!

Nick Reinhold did a beautiful job on my dented truck. Everything was as promised . The cost, the time, the finished product, keeping me informed as to progress. Flagstaff Collision Center handled the repair on my Audi with skill and professionalism. Dylan called me every few days to keep me in the loop on the status of my repair. Every time we spoke, he was courteous and kind. I am extremely satisfied with the repairs done on my vehicle--it looks as good as new! They did such a good job on my car that I can t even tell it was in an accident. I was not looking forward to dealing with a shop trying to get my car fixed but Michael made the transaction smoothly. I truly could not be happier with Flagstaff Collision Center! We have a 2006 promotions van that had lots of small dings and dents over the years and recently one of our promo people accidentally ran into a parking lot post and added a huge gash and dent in the back rear passenger side panel. Mike and his team removed our old wrap and took care of all the dings and dents along with some old rusty areas along the roof line. They went way above and beyond our expectations to make it look new again and communicated with us every step of the way. Thank you Mike & the entire team at Flagstaff Collision Center! My truck was supposed to be in the shop 30 days here we are approaching day 60 without a care as to my vehicle return Deann has only reached out to confirm that her previous promises are no longer valid without any definitive answers.I just want my vehicle back at this point and it feels like its being held hostage. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here. At least not currently. My vehicle was not stolen it was vandalized however and two months is excessive no matter how you put it..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk meets ice, then tree, then Flag Collision Center!These guys modeled professionalism, customer service, and pride in their work. Their office and garage were immaculate. We dropped off the car for an estimate, then phoned our insurance company who then phoned FCC to approve the job. We picked up the car on the exact day FCC predicted it would be ready, and it looked good as new!Service: Body & Trim

I was skeptical when my husband said we were putting a linex bed liner. But to my surprise it looks amazing! Beautifully done and looks brand new! Quick turnaround, professional. Highly recommend!

I am an employee at Flagstaff Collision Center. My 1999 Cherokee was rear ended recently. While having the liftgate and rear quarter panels repaired from the collision, I took the opportunity to have the shop do some suspension, bumper and wheel/tire upgrades. I was looking for an auto body shop to take my car to and found Flagstaff Collision Center on Yelp. I called to make an appointment for a free estimate to which the lady who answered was very professional. However, I ended up needing to take my car in a couple days after making that appointment due to an emergency. As soon as I drove up, a man putting ice melt out front helped direct me. Upon arrival, I was checked in quickly with a short wait. The building/lobby was clean and put together. I had Deanna as my estimator and from the start was very clear, concise and professional. I waited about 20-30 minutes for them to check my car out and even took the time and effort to make a lift available to thoroughly inspect underneath my car where the damage was speculated. She came back with a thorough report and took the time to explain what they found to make sure I understood. At the end of it, no repairs were done due to it being more mechanical than cosmetic like I thought. I really appreciated Deanna's honesty and making sure my safety was the top priority over the sale. In the end, I feel as if she added value beyond the service she provided. Even though I didn't get anything done, she made sure my car was at least drivable so I could take it home which was a huge help! I would highly recommend Deanna at Flagstaff Collision Center for those who are looking for great service. If I ever need anything done in the future, I will definitely be coming back here. They did an awesome job lining my truck bed with Line X. I called to schedule an appointment and they managed to work me in the very next morning. Honestly couldn't be happier with the way the bed turned out.

Flagstaff Collision is by far the best body shop in town. Friendly and extremely efficient, high-quality service. Excellent customer service as well! When I stopped in to ask about service for my damaged Subaru, Aly (estimator) immediately got the whole process rolling. No waiting for an appointment to just get an estimate. The entire process moved swiftly, and I had my vehicle back in no time. The front desk was also extremely friendly and patient with all my questions about the process. Flagstaff Collision Center was very efficient and inspired confidence at every step in repairing our Avalon. From Deanne at the front desk, to Dean the adjuster, to the actual work, we received the utmost courtesy with excellent communication. The repair was done timely, the car drives beautifully, and it looks better than new. It was delivered to us detailed in and out. This group gets from us a well-deserved "wow!"

I came here based off the reviews thinking I was going to get great service. I dropped the car off on the 9th & it's now the 22nd with the car not being done. I made a second trip out here only to be told the car is not done & they're still waiting on parts. This is unprofessional when I was sent emails stating an estimated date and multiple calls we're made. They lacked ordering parts & blame FedEx for slow delivery. I would go else where if you're looking for timely, great service.

Dillon and his folks did an outstanding job on my Van. The quote/estimate he gave me was solid on price and time to get the work done. The finished results look great (Line X on lower panels of Sprinter) Thanks again and great work!

I am so upset. They told us our vehicle was going to done within two weeks. It was not complete. Three weeks nothing. Four weeks nothing. The fourth week they told us it was going to be finished it was. By this time I had to get a rental car up to Sunday. Fifth week Monday morning we were told it will be finished on Wednesday after 4pm. It wasn t done. I had to go there to see for myself. 2.5 to 3 hrs drive. Wen I got there it wasn t completed. Talked to the general manager. He told me it was going to be done at 5pm. They called us at 2pm stating they need payment to release our vehicle. Paid it and delivered to us and they left the windows down the seat cover was all wet and the inside out our vehicle was dirty. And our key remote doesn t work. Tried it with the extra one it didn t work. I don t know how they have a business lying to their customers. One more thing our front window shield cracked and now we have to replace it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
