I bought a Subaru Forester here with around 60,000 miles on it less than a year ago for $16,000 (after fees, taxes etc.)Just found out it needs new head gaskets and a new power steering pump. Flagstaff Auto Outlet said they will fix it at a discount but are still charging me labor. All in all I'm still gonna have to pay them $4000 for repairs on a car THEY sold me less than a year ago that allegedly was in "great condition."Definitely wasn't expecting to have to do $4000 worth of repairs on a $16,000 car in the first year of owning it. In hindsight I really wish I had just gone to one of the big dealerships and gotten something under warranty. Lesson learned.

Went in to check on a van me and my fiance had interest in from the time we got there to the time we left we were hassled about the vehicle we were looking at. We put in our information to see if we could get approved and only one of us was approved. No big deal, so we decided to test drive it and noticed that all the warning lights on the van was on. When we mentioned it to them, we were told that it was because of the brakes. I felt it was very sketchy to be a dealership and to have warning lights on in a vehicle that you are trying to sell to the general public as well as having a leak of some sort either coolant or oil and saying that they just changed the fluids. The salesman told us that it would have to go through another inspection and told us that he would call us back when it was ready to be sold. Being this was our first time here, me being a professional driver, and seeming how sketchy this place is. I won't be coming here again. I'm surprised they have such good reviews on Google for what I encountered of them.

I I bought a used forerunner from them one of the best buying experiences I ve had quit to the point honest as can be great car nothing but smiles all the way around from the people I highly recommend this dealership

This business does a wonderful job. Jesus Lara gave us a good price on a tire we blew the side wall out on our way back home to Tucson. I highly recommend this business!!!

This is a great place to get a car!! The people who work here really help you find a car and really work with your situation. Craig the owner was so helpful and stayed after hours just to help us. Theresa always kept in contact with us and always kept us in the know of everything, and Ryan our sales guy really took care of us and found us a car within our budget. Thank you guys for being so awesome and really making it a great experience working with you guys!! My husband and I really appreciate it.

Auto Outlet is the best. Over 14 years I have been a customer. I have bought vehicles from them and have had no issues with them and have always had the best results. Jesus, Craig, and their whole team is the best because they are always willing to work with you and you will drive away a happy customer.

Auto outlet is the best! I m a first time buyer and I have no credit. I got approved the same day and got in my new car fast Ryan is very nice, listens to your needs and wants in the car you are looking for and great on getting u in a car you can afford. I am beyond excited for my new car and very happy with the service I was provided at this car dealership fast friendly customer service thank you again guys

BEST in Flagstaff hands down. This has been my 3rd purchase with them. They helped me get into a vehicle that fit my budget without just trying to throw me into any vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! While I was out test driving cars they ran the numbers and had them ready for me when I got back. The sales team found multiple cars in my budget and let me look at my own leisure. They were not pushy at all. The sales manager was a very fair negotiator. He lowered the price and addressed the concerns that I had. The owner was very nice and followed through on the promises the manager made and more. Highly recommend! I will start here first next time I buy a car.

Like many other reviews on here. This was the best buying experience I've ever had to date. The pricing is as expected with and used car lot. Where they shine is getting you approved. And looking out for your best interest. There's no better place to go. Everything I was told they have stuck to thier word. If there's ever been a problem with the car they have fixed it immediately when the time is convenient for me and my wife. This place rocks. If they don't have what your looking for ask them to find you one. Great company great people. I'll be back. Thank you!

Great customer service and great cars to pick from. Teresa is great , helped me pick a car that was a perfect match for mine and my family s needs. They make buying a car easy and you feel the trust in them. They worked with me due to my credit isn t the best. Craig Jesus, and Teresa does their best to get you what you need at the best deal. I want to say thanks to all staff!!

My dad has known the people here for years. And has been coming here for as long as i can remember since I was a child. I purchased my first vehicle here in 2010. Now in 2019, I returned. I am awed by the staff and the service they provide .They are so helpful in terms of helping you understand ppurchasing. Teresa is always so kind. Jesus as well. Craig is beyond an amazing owner and he is very well knowledgeable. I recommend coming here. They are amazing!!! As for the rest of the staff, they too are amazing. Those are just some of the many staff i speak too.

Auto Outlet, was a perfect place to go to for our daughter, for her first car, we were impressed with the great service, from the sales associates, Teresa, and Jesus, and very welcomed by Craig the owner of Auto Outlet.We were pointed in the right direction of a vehicle, that would not only be reliable but, fit our daughter to a T. Like Teresa read our minds. We took it for a test drive, and our daughter, was all smiles. Not only was the vehicle reliable, it was reasonably priced. We were sold. Thank you for the great service, and reliability, we are do happy we will definitely be back, soon.

I was shopping for my first car about three years ago and my mom had suggested I check this place out. She s purchased multiple cars and trucks from Craig over the years so I decided to give it a shot. They were very willing to work with me on the down payment and even split it up into payments so I could still make my rent on time. Unfortunately, due to a poor living situation, it was repossessed after I couldn t make the payments. Fast forward two years and I m again shopping for a new car. Knowing the repossession would pose an issue, I went back to Auto Outlet to see if they d help me out. They were able to set me up with a short term loan on a reliable vehicle. At the time I was delivering pizza so my car was my livelihood, I couldn t have any old rust bucket going upwards of 100 miles a night. I have put almost 17,000 miles on this car within a year and the only money I ve had to put into it has either been routine maintenance or a problem of my own doing.Not only are the salesmen good people, the front desk is staffed with wonderful individuals. Teresa would have me there for an extra twenty minutes just talking about whatever came to mind. Most people don t look forward to making their car payments but conversations like that make you feel right at home. Overall, good people, good environment, and good cars. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Flagstaff Auto Outlet to any one looking for a vehicle! This was my first experience with a dealership, and I was pleasantly surprised with just how comfortable the owner (Craig) made me feel! Great customer service and I love my new (to me) Jeep! My husband and I just purchased our GMC Sierra 4x4 truck from Flagstaff Auto Outlet, and it was a very pleasant experience! No need to haggle over the price, and no pushy sales people. Teresa was our sales person and she was professional and courteous, as well as hilarious, so I would definitely recommend speaking to her if you re in the market for a vehicle. Craig is the owner, and he sat down with us and went over all the work they had done personally on the truck and he even took the time to go over our credit reports and gave us info we could use on our impending house buying process! All in all, it was a quick and easy experience and we drove off the lot with our new truck in less than 2 hrs. I have no complaints about FAO!

I purchased an X-Terra from this used car shop back in Oct 2015 - the staff was super helpful and courteous and completely upfront about the prices and financing. We were able to test drive multiple vehicles without pressure to purchase right then. We returned the next day with a mechanic to look over the vehicle we liked the best. Our vehicle was just as promised and we have had no mechanical issues. There was one additional part that we requested and they mailed it to us as agreed a couple weeks later at no additional cost. I would recommend this business!

First let me start buy saying, I don't like dealing with car salesman, sorry i know its rude but i always felt like they don't listen to what you want, they just try to sell you any car. Well with that said I want to make sure everyone knows that this is NOT the case here. They are amazing! They listen to you! They are knowledgeable of their vehicles and they have everything checked over a few times! They are kind and sweet and make you feel at home, most of all they are HONEST! They stand behind the vehicles they sell and they honor their warranties. They kept saying, "we not only want you happy now, but most of all we want you happy after you are gone", now i want everyone to know We Are Very Happy! Thank you Craig, Jesus, Morgan and everyone else that works there, you all are amazing. We would definitely recommend them and if we buy another vehicle we will start there! A+++++++++

I just purchased my 2011 outback Subaru from here and I love it! They were able to work with my down payment and get me financed with a credit union with a low APR. I wish i had gone to them years ago when I was shopping for vehicles. The staff are great, Teresa and Jesus helped me a lot and I'm looking forward to working with them in the future again.

Purchased a 4Runner in February. They were able to work with me on the Down payment. Got me a great interest rate with a credit union. Have had 0 issues with the vehicle, and hope that continues. I'm looking for a Tundra right now, so I'll definitely be looking to Flagstaff Auto Outlet if they get one in inventory. Craig and Jesus, and Teresa(I believe) were easy to work with.

These people are amazing.Originally from California, unfortunate circumstances left me stranded in flagstaff. I walked in their office with a sliver of hope that maybe I could purchase a car and drive back. Unfortunately I didn t qualify (no biggie, it was a long shot) but after exposing my situation these people went out of their way to research resources, greyhound station tickets and even an Uber to get me there. On top of that a beyond generous gift was given to me that I can only hope to pay forward one day. As of right now, I m back home.and so blessed. Thank you. You deserve more than stars on google. .Shout out to the only name I remember- Ryan H! And the store owner! God bless.

AUTO OUTLET Is Fantastic! Jesus and Theresa are really professional at what they do. Not only do they help you through the whole process of financing but they look at all the options to find the best one for you. Craig the owner is also there for his customers and addresses any subject that comes up, He even surprised me by taking care of a part on my car that I only had just mentioned to him. This is my third car that I've bought through them, not because of any issues, but just for my own personal upgrades. They always have a great selection of vehicles to suit everyone's needs. Also I have to mention Joe and Tanner because they are amazing at listening to me when addressing any work on my car from changing a headlight to knowing what sensors may be out. They really know thier cars and how to fix them. Thank You Auto Outlet for the Great Service!

Ryan was exceptional to deal with. I had a lease Jeep trade with about 11 months left. Not only did he give me a great deal at no point did he come off as pushy. I have been in sales management and owned small businesses. This little car lot is ran with honesty and has been in business for like 30 years from what I can tell.Times are tough for all. shop local and shop small business
