Brian did an awesome job helping get our RV electrical back up and running. great response time, kind, helpful, and down right great guy. would would highly recommend him for any mobile RV Repair.

On an extreme weather day (winter storm warning) and with no heat in our rv in Williams, they came out to the rv and diagnosed/fixed the problem. Constant communication, very pleasant demeanor and fair prices. Don t be afraid to call them!

Super nice people here! We are full time Rv rs and they got us in and done. Replaced one of our jacks for our leveling system in just a few hours. We are so appreciate them!

I needed to get an offsite generator oil change done on short notice and Flag Tool & Engine repair did not disappoint. Michael was our service tech and he did a fantastic job. Brought marquis 7000 Onan generator in. Over 6 months later I picked it up, missing a part, charged $728, doesn't run ...doesn't hold a load

Had motorhome generator issues while traveling through Flagstaff. Found this shop online. They worked us in and within an hour they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Michael sure knows what he's doing with generators. Super friendly and reasonably priced too. Definitely recommend.

They did a terrific job repairing my Onan 8000. I had it to another shop that could not diagnose the problem, but these guys were right on the money - bad fuel line, and the price was very reasonable. It is now running better than ever. I recommend them highly!

They obviously have lots of experience repairing generators. They fixed the Onan RV QG 4000 in my 5th wheel trailer in about an hour (it was a carburetor problem). They were friendly and straightforward and honest about the pricing before they started the job. The only problem with the shop is that they don t have a very big parking lot. Otherwise great experience!

Michael squeezed us in, in the morning and we dropped off our toy hauler because our Onan generator was having problems starting and stay running. He had our Onan generator up and running and fixed by the afternoon. Excellent service.

We live on the Navajo Reservation off grid and had a one year engine marked by rough genny behavior. We dropped off our portable gen across from where we typically stop for fuel anyways, and found that the store front has a very convenient load unload bay and we backed right in with our handy dandy backup tailgate cam. Suddenly there were helpers, who came to our rescue and helped us unload and load our generator. As I m a traveling single mom with less capabilities than my generator, it was a welcome relief. I picked it up, it was cleaned and fresh looking, packed up and out in minutes. The transaction was an equal value to service maintenance for our vehicles. They gave us a complete service itemization and parts. We have another gen lined up already to see if they can help us with. If you have off grid garden equipment or solar having a handy shop like this on our supply route is peace of mind.

Needed to have my Onan 12.5 diesel generator repaired on short notice John and Mike came through with flying colors. Diagnoses and repaired not just the gen but found that the fans in my inverters where seized and replaced them as well. Most shops would have told me that the inverters needed to be replaced. These guys are great and nice guys too!

Very knowledgeable! Onan generator would not start after we replaced fuel pump. They had it up and running in approx 20 min. Did some routine maintenance, and we were on our way in an hour. Very resonable!!

We are from Germany and our Onan DieselGenerator in our RV stopped working in 95� F. so we couldn t run our A/C.These guys fixed it really quick.They know generators for sure!We are on the road again,thank you!

Awesome servive, friendly staff.Would recommend to anyone.I have a big sleeper semi with a onan generator. The generator had an overheating issue. They diagnosed, advised what it needed and fixed it quickly.

Our Onan Generator stopped suddenly with clanking noises while drycamping in Mather Campground at South Rim Grand Canyon.I GOOGLED a repair facility in Flagstaff found Flag Tool & Engine Repair then called and spoke with John the owner and explained what happened.That day...2 days before the 4th of July...these folks were willing to help us out so we drove to Flagstaff.This business has very good ratings and has long time family ownership.We live in Phoenix & have stopped at Flag Tool to pick up some Onan parts previously while traveling through Flagstaff, so we knew how friendly and helpful this family owned business treats their customers.John s technician Mike made short work of removing, disassembling our Onan HGJAB-901A Marquis Gold 5500. John showed us how, why, and what happened to cause such damage to our generator and tips how to avoid this happening again.They got a unique part shipped overnight from the Onan factory and by 3:30 the next afternoon, it was back in our Motorhome running smooth as silk.Obviously we can highly recommend Flag Tool & Engine plus you ll meet a business owner and crew I bet you ll like and be grateful you acted on this review.Mike & Ada AdamsGold Canyon, AZ

Very rude. Bad customer service. Took 3 lawnmower tries to find out how much it would be to fix. Kept them 3 weeks. Went in today to find out how much it would be to fix, he fixed them with out giving me a price and gave me a bill for 136.00. When i told him i only wanted aprice to fix them he got rude. I told him to give me the rims back with out putting in the tubes in a tubeless tire he said NO! I would have to pay. Got the tries home and both were flat due to tubeless tires. Ended up having to buy new tires without tubes. Stay away rip off

Very nice folks! Fast, fair, and professional service. They had our generator repaired and we were back on the road in about an hour. As others have stated, they know their stuff. Highly recommended.

Our RV generator went out on the way to Flagstaff. Googled and found Flag Tool and Engine Repair. John did some troubleshooting and quickly found the problem. He promptly located the part and installed it in record time. I highly recommend this business!

We took our toyhauler Generator in to be fixed. They blew it up and charged us $500 in labor and said it hapens some times be vary carefull would not take any thing to them to be fixed.

John & Mike run a GREAT shop I have made many trips to them for years with three different rvs. The latest I drove from Quartzsite to get my Montana fifthwheel onan running GREAT JOB as usual.

Tried to fix my Onan, didn't quite make it. Didn't find out until I was in Cottonwood. I'm confident they could have finished had I wanted to go back.
