I had to drive all the way to Flagstaff (a 90-minute drive) to find out that the needed recalls could not be completed that day. This was especially disappointing because I had called the day before to confirm and clarify which recalls were needed.When I got to the dealership to get the bad news the staff was friendly and my car exterior was cleaned. Hence two stars, not one.It turned out that only a software upgrade was needed on my ID4. That upgrade took over a week for some reason.I had also asked to fix a leak in a tire and was told it could not be fixed and I needed new tires. My tire guy fixed it for $20 without an appointment.These combined experiences leave me with little trust in a dealership that cannot even fix a tire.

From the second we stepped into the dealership and still to this very day, we have had the best experience. Riley and his entire team at Findlay VW have been such a joy to work with. From Madison to Ian, and everyone in between, we never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle, nor did we felt a sense of anyone being super "salesy". Our kids were a bit tired and the team occupied them very well! I would absolutely recommend all of our friends and family to Riley and his team at Findlay VW.

After my 2nd visit at Findley VW service department, I am absolutely delighted to keep going back. Brian was very helpful and informative and arranged to get me in on short notice. The mechanic even came and spoke to me about the small issue and had a solution ready to go. The most recent problem could have been an opportunity for a shady mechanic to charge me for a much larger job. Not this place. They were fair and honest. In this modern world, that's hard to find.

There service advisors are great! We live in Prescott and we can either go to PHX or Flag. I called both places today to inquire about replacing my Passat TDI timing belt. The one in PHX just gave me a general price and we're kind of short with me. I called Findlay VW Flagstaff and the service advisor was super nice. He looked up my car in their system and told me I didn't need to do the timing belt yet. He even went into his system to verify milage or time when that needs to be replaced. He was very friendly, personable and provided exceptional customer service. I wish I could remember his name so I could let his manager know how great he was.

The appointment was fine. It didn't take much time, and the staff was very friendly.At the end of it they gave me no information about what will happen next, and there has been no communication since.My car is not fixed, and I have no indication that the service department is doing anything to resolve the issue.

Our service manager was the best. She told us the job would take about an hour it was completed just under that. They even noticed my tires needed a little air and took care of it. I appreciate the little things.

Big thanks to the team in the service department for helping us with our Eurovan problem on such short notice, letting us get on with our trip. The fast and friendly service was really really appreciated. This shop is Dorothy approved!

Very friendly staff, I took my Mk5 Gti to get the headlights working and they didn t even charge me the inspection fee because it was so quick and easy. Great people and service, if you re nice to them they ll be nice to you.

Wes Parker in the service department was exceptionally helpful. We are driving from Georgia to the Grand Canyon and stopped in for an oil change and for them to look at our cruise control. He got us a loaner car and told us of a great place to go to lunch. They fixed us up in 1/2 the time the said! They even rinsed off our camper for us. We are road ready again!

No pressure sale throughout the entire process. The staff, especially Bobbie, was very knowledgeable answered all of our questions without being pushy or giving us information we didn't ask for, very pleasurable buying experience. We bought the 2023 Jetta Sport on an out-of-state vacation. The staff and Bobbie arranged to have the car left on the lot while we finished our trip, set the time to New Mexico time waited to have it detailed and gassed up for us until we were returning. Attention to detail like that is highly appreciated!

Took my VW as check engine light was on. code indicated air leak in one or more of about 7 areas. They came back stating all needed to be replaced. What are the odds?One of the things was the head gasket. Even though it had no visible signs of leaking (which is one way to tell if it s bad).When I asked, after a $200 diagnostic, exactly where the leak was, they said they didn t know. Other auto repair shops said I should have a smoke test done, to pinpoint the leak. Findlay said they don t do that. so for $200, I got told my system was leaking. No kidding, I knew that when I brought in in!Then they said I needed new spark plugs and an air filter. I had just done that a week prior.They said I needed new front outer CV boots, as they were torn or leaking.A second opinion later showed that the boots were pretty worn, but not torn or leaking. They told me come back in 6-12 months to do it then.Such an untrustworthy group. Sad, as I always try to trust dealerships.The problem was 1 hose. Quick fix, engine light off, and I didn t do the $4,000 with of repairs Findlay Flagstaff wanted me to do.A close look at all their reviews appear (in my opinion) to be fake.Take your VW elsewhere. You ve been warned.

My dealership is Camelback Volkswagen in Phoenix. I was up in Flagstaff last Tuesday for skiing. Upon leaving the mountain, one of the check engine lights came on. I drove over to Findlay Volkswagen and arrived at around 4:45 pm. I was absolutely impressed by the service I received. I came in unannounced and Findlay is not my regular dealership. The service department was able to take a look at my vehicle without a single complaint or sigh despite it being close to closing time and a drop-in. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Fortunately, it was not an issue that would prevent me from driving down the I-17 (going from nearly 7000 ft in elevation to about 1000 ft in about 140 miles). My sincerest gratitude to the Findlay service department!

My purchase from Findlay was not typical as I am thousands of miles away but the experience was good. The internet manager and salesperson were responsive and the deal was the best in the region. I would recommend Findlay without hesitation.

Findlay Volkswagen Flagstaff is great, I d 100% recommend it to anyone!Came in on Saturday with a broken rim after hitting potholes on the way to the Grand Canyon and everyone was super friendly and tried their absolute best to get it fixed and to get us back on the road. It was super hard getting a new rim for us because it was the weekend and it wasn t in stock anywhere around and they tried every possible option to still get us the part as soon as possible. They also took the time to explain to us in detail what was wrong and to make different recommendations before fixing everything and getting us back on the road.Thank you everyone, really appreciate it!

We were forced to stop here while on a cross-country road trip. We were driving a 2016 diesel Jetta when the Add Blue light came on. We came in and they were very nice. That was the only positive of this experience.The owner looked at our car and said that the Check Engine light was on. This was a lie. I checked and he sheepishly said that it just turned off.Next, they overcharged for the Add Blue. We had no other option so we did it anyway.They offered to fill our tank for free - wow!The guy who filled it up spilled it all over the car and did a terrible job cleaning it up.A day and a half later, all the uncleaned Add Blue had crystalized all over the trunk, ruining some of our belongings.Avoid this place if you can help it,l. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they were nice when hey weren't lying to our faces.

All of our experiences at Finley Volkswagen have been excellent. Your people are knowlegable and eager to help. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. and got two software updates, an oil and filter change and a car wash and were headed home by noon. I would unhesitatingly recommend Finley Volkswagen to my friends for both purchase and service.

Grant the CS person was awesome in working with the Service Manager Chris to get my front seat noise fixed without the exorbitant cost to do so. My bill was laid out clear and concise as well as the additional work that's needed.

Besides the welcoming and professional environment, I was provided good advice on what to do and when to do. The facility looked very need and clean and the waiting area had plenty of drink choices. Wait time was shorter as expected and the checkout process done quickly.

We drove nearly 200 miles to Flagstaff (twice) after having a negative experience with another dealership in the valley but it was well worth it. Fred and Kyle were amazing to work with and we drove home with our dream car just a few days later! Would recommend Findlay Volkswagen to anyone looking for a new VW...you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful service experience. I was one of those people who needed an appt last second. We drove up from Prescott and they were able to get us in. Nick really listened to what was wrong with the car and made sure to check it all. They helped us get a rental car and worked quickly to get the car done. In the end the car is perfect and driving great. Thanks again Nick and Wes. You made the experience as painless as you could!! We appreciate it. We wouldn t hesitate to recommend you guys!

I could not be more happy with and grateful for the service team at this dealership! I was driving from Los Angeles to Dallas and started having major car issues in the middle of the drive, at night. I walked in to the dealership without an appointment first thing in the morning and the gentleman at the front desk was kind, helpful and communicative. The team figured out what was wrong with my car and had me on my way in less than 3 hours. Since I had no idea what was wrong with my car, I had no idea how much it would cost and expected a huge bill, but was pleasantly surprised that it was much less than I anticipated. From my experience the team here is amazing - knowledgeable, respectful, welcoming, efficient and seem trustworthy.

This is the best run service department I have ever seen. Cudos to your team. They fixed my car under warranty and took me to work and back while the repair was being done. The free coffee, water and snacks is a nice touch.

One of the smoothes vehicle purchases I've ever made. From the time I walked though the door to signing final paperwork, Bobbi was amazing at making sure I was getting the right financing deal and staying within my budget. Kyle took the time to go over it all again and confirm before I signed.The pre-owned car was in great shape and clean. Definitely would shop here again and advise others to.
