As customers, my wife and I were not only treated with the utmost respect, but were helped through our purchase by some of the most down-to-earth, respectful and helpful individuals I've ever encountered at any dealership, period. Patrick, our salesman, was anything but, meaning that he didn't act like a salesman. He was a grounded, extremely honest and incredibly friendly individual who also went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible, and doesn't play games. We even ended up having many just friendly, entertaining conversations in-between waiting for certain things to be done. Donna, their finance manager, was also an incredibly friendly and helpful, with whom it was also a pleasure to speak and deal with. No one attempted to force anything on us, and they genuinely went out of their way to fit our every need and our plans. I'm a certified, highly trained mechanic, and have owned other new cars, so I've a great deal of experience in working with people in the industry, and they were more like friends than dealing with "suits", if you get me. They worked with our every need and went out of their way to give us the best deal they possibly good, making our experience absolutely amazing and enjoyable. Especially always a great thing when buying a new car, which is a stressful thing for most people. Show them respect and, when you do, you'll get more in return in regards to friendliness and service than you'd ever expect from almost anyone these days, never mind from a car dealership. As someone who, especially, grew up on the East Coast, I don't mess around and read people exceedingly well, and I can tell you that, at least these two individuals we worked with directly, were genuine, honest and genuinely helpful, and the dealership in general also worked with them to work with us and genuinely help us out. Incredibly highly recommended!

Colin Redman made trading in my vehicle in for a new Toyota easy peasy! We felt very welcomed and taken care of during the entire transaction. I love that even after the trade-in, Colin has reached out several times to make sure I am happy and answered any questions I have had and made sure that I know I can reach out anytime I need to. I cant wait to stop in next time I'm in Flagstaff, AZ to thank them all again and of course get a car wash and vacuum and popcorn!! Thank you Findlay Toyota!!

I had been looking for specific vehicle, for a couple months. I had inquired on a vehicle that they appeared to have in inventory, Landon Page, had reached out to me the following morning. He had informed me the vehicle was in transit, and was suppose to be traded to another dealership. I let him know it s the vehicle I was looking for with all the upgrades I was wanting. He was very informative and transparent with the situation of the vehicle. He did let me know if he would speak with management about possibly being able to keep the vehicle on their lot, for my purchase, he did also let me know he had found another vehicle with all the same options, that he was going to see about acquiring for me if the the original vehicle was sent to another dealership. I ended up purchasing the original vehicle that I had inquired about: I live in a neighboring state New Mexico, Landon had worked with me in working around my schedule, also finding me a great interest TFS, as I was going to use my local credit union for financing. I would highly recommend Landon and Findlay Toyota, I was able to get the exact vehicle(2024 Toyota Camry TRD) I was looking for, they made the vehicle purchase seamless and quick as possible!!!

I went in to Toyota Findlay in flagstaff not thinking I was going to buy a truck but had been thinking of trading in the vehicle I had. I was greeted by a gentlemen named Oran who wasn t pushy at all. He let me browse and checked in periodically. When I found what I was looking for he was as very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the process enjoyable. I decided to pull the trigger and trade in my vehicle. Findlay did such a great job with working with to me give me a more than fair offer for my trade and gave me a great price for the vehicle I wanted. Oran was available anytime I had questions through the whole process even after the deal was done. All in all it was a great experience my wife and I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and will encourage others too!

From the check in folks to my tech, they were very courteous. They looked me in my eyes, not stare at the clipboard. They were respectful and caring. Casey went an extra mile to make my visit less stressful. ( I love the raspberry fig newtons)I even got my car washed!!!!!I'll be back on 8 months....

We purchased a used Honda Odyssey from Findlay Toyota. Our sales rep Isaac Sala was polite, professional, and mostly importantly he was not pushy. The entire buying process, including the test drive, took no more than two hours to complete. We expected to travel to Phoenix for a previously owned vehicle purchase and found ourselves pleasantly surprised to locate something nearby in Flagstaff instead.

If you're looking for a great place to work with people who are patient and understanding, this is the place you should go. I went to the Planet Dodge Dealer across the street and realized that was not the place to purchase a Ram, unfortunately. After I did some reading and research, I believe I made the right choice with going with these people. They were so great and understanding. I highly recommend them.

I went into Toyota looking for my forever car . Kristina helped me look through numerous options, before I finally settled on a 2024 RAV 4 Hybrid. Kristina helped streamline the process by being prepared and having all my necessary documents ready for the day of pick up. I went in and all I had to was sign!! I can t stress enough how easy Kristina made this process for me. I am beyond grateful for her and to have a new vehicle just in time for snow!

I took my truck in because of an ongoing squeaking noise when the steering wheel turned. James, the service technician, quickly realized I didn't need a diagnostic, but rather just some lube on my upper control arms. So, he easily handled it and didnt even charge me for the diagnostic my appointment was for. I highly recommend James and the Findlay Service team for all your Toyota mechanical needs moving forward.

If you live in the valley, check out the northern AZ dealers like Findlay before you buy in the valley. Found an amazing deal on the vehicle I wanted, did all the numbers over text and they had the vehicle ready when we arrived. Totally painless. Special shout out to Kristina and Donna for taking care of us during our visit! Had a lovely drive home through Sedona and Oak Creek to boot.

This is the second car we purchased from Findlay. We have been extremely pleased with both cars as well as the customer service.This past time we bought a new Toyota Tundra from Isaac. He was wonderful through the whole process! We did not feel pressured or spoken down to. He was extremely knowledgeable about the truck and could answer any question quickly. He took time to set up the Toyota app and show us all the features. He was also extremely candid and honest through the whole process. Only thing I really appreciated is before we left. He showed us a slight scratch and told us that he had already talked to the manager and Findlay is going to buff it out and fix it for free. It s little things like that that really made him stand out. Buying a new car can be a stressful process, but Isaac did an excellent job relieving any stresses that we had. Great work! We will certainly be back!

I was just going in to look and left the lot with a brand new 2023 RAV4 Hybrid! Bryce Remer was so helpful with all my questions as this was my first new car and my first hybrid vehicle! He had so much knowledge of the vehicle and comparison knowledge of my previous Subaru that put me at ease on the purchase. All the staff were so welcoming :)

I contacted Findlay about a Hyundai Accent I wanted to look at. Joe, the Internet manager got back to me promptly, and we set up an appointment. I have an older Toyota Avalon that I wanted to trade in, and wanted to see what the trade in value would be. They came back pretty low, and I declined. However, they came back with a decent amount, and lowered the price of the Accent a bit. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the Accent. I'd definitely come back here if they get a car I like. 5 stars for Joe, and 5 for Findlay Toyota. Honest, trustworthy, and willing to do a deal.

We broke down and were towed to Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff and arrived an hour before closing time Saturday afternoon. But they were able to diagnose before leaving for the day. They re closed on Sunday. A new alternator was ordered and came in Tuesday and we were able to leave Tuesday evening. Our service coordinator, Hallie, was so very helpful. She s so positive and friendly, and kept us in the loop through the whole process. She is a huge asset to their service dept. We hope she s well paid!And our technician was wonderful. We didn t meet him but he knew our time crunch and worked hard to get our car repaired, ready, and even cleaned before closing time so we could drive back home that night.I ve had a negative experience in the past at Findlay, but this switched things 180 degrees for us.*Hallie makes all the difference in their service department!

If you go to this dealer, just go directly to Landon Page, he's great, me and my family traveled from el paso to flagstaff just to pick up our new tundra and he just treat us really good.Will do business again at this dealer

I had been on the market for a fuel efficient vehicle for weeks and was dreading the whole process of making a new purchase knowing how stressful it can be. Initially I was considering buying used but was disappointed in what I found while viewing those vehicles in person at numerous dealerships. Compared to other salesmen I ve dealt with, Cody was the most personable, knowledgeable and professional out of all. Without being pushy, he followed up and communicated with via text and made sure we were on the same page while finding me the perfect car. I appreciated the transparency and the patience I was shown during the time I was shopping. Cody definitely exceeded expectations to ensure I got great deal on a BRAND new Toyota Corolla XSE. I decided to trade in my vehicle last minute and he was more than willing to explore that option. He was also very proficient in having most paperwork ready when I came in to purchase so our wait time was cut in half! Cody s professionalism and friendly demeanor made for a stress free experience. I highly recommend him to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience!

I did not enjoy the transaction we had with them. From ordering parts for our current vehicle to purchasing a used vehicle from them. I was told that my credit and my paychecks weren t going to be used. That my husband was going to have everything in his name. The day we picked up the vehicle they had me on all the paperwork. I wasn t involved in any aspect of this deal until they very end at signing, which I was not even suppose to be apart of! Rude and disrespectful finance managers working there to not inform me that I would be on the finances. As in the beginning they quoted $380 payments and we left with $579 payments. After all of that our used truck passenger window does not roll down!! They sold us a crappy vehicle.

I am traveling through the Flagstaff area from out of state. Findlay Toyota service department was able to get me in right away. The repairs were done sooner than I expected, at a lower cost than I expected. I feel very good about recommending this Toyota service department!

I dont think anybody likes the dealership buying experience, but I can honestly say this was different. Sales man Cody is not the typical pushy sales man. Not sure if its just him, or if the sales team is trained that way, but it made the experience much better and even somewhat relaxed. They were reasonable regarding the value of the vehicle. The financing was more traditional, where the financing guy pushes extended warranties and stuff like paint protection. After I declined everything extra, I could tell he was just rushing to finish the deal and move on, but that works for me. Overall I would buy again!!!

Flagstaff Findlay Toyota family are friendly, gracious and knowledgeable; all of them, especially Clayton Stephenson, our Service Advisor. I feel very confident of the regular maintenance, and for making sure my car is safe for long road trips. I have been using their service for 4 years now. Well worth the hour+ journey I make to Flagstaff Findlay Toyota; they make it worth it! To top it off, the shop/store is super dog friendly, with genuine love!

Fantastic experience overall. None of the typical car dealership hype and pressure. Bryce was great to work with. Deducted a star because our initial salesperson needs more training and neglected to tell us some key information, though he was kind and communicated regularly.I would highly recommend buying a vehicle at Findlay.

This was my first time buying a new vehicle at a dealership & the Findlay Toyota Flagstaff did an excellent job in guiding me throughout the whole decision-making process to purchase a vehicle that would best fit my needs & lifestyle at a reasonable price.
