My visit with Findlay Honda was amazing. It started with the men out in the service reception area. I was greeted by a couple of men with friendly smiles. I shared with them my problem and they said we will take a look at it. And then, in the waiting area, there were so many friendly people. I had my little dog with me. They greeted her. Someone brought her a bone. They showed me where the water was for her. Then as I walked around, I saw a play area for children, a book library that was very inviting. There were snack for those of us who were waiting. This is the best reception and waiting area I have ever been in. They were not able to fix my problem there, but that was not an issue that could be taken care of. It was a code that they hadn t seen before there. I was told I could go ahead and drive my car home safely and get it looked at at home with all the printouts that were given to me. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Great service from the sales team. Knowledgeable about their cars and not pushy at all. I believe they gave me the best deal possible and I felt great walking out of there with a new car for my kids. Also got a tour of their sales department and instructions on how to create appointments. Seems like a great sales and service team.I recommended Findlay Honda to a couple of people already.

I had a really fantastic experience at Findlay Honda Flagstaff. Everyone that works there is so friendly and welcoming. They were very attentive and put thoughtful effort into getting my new Pilot ready with all the customizations/settings with the technology. I really appreciated that!I didn t feel pressured at all to make a decision and they really worked with my on my trade in value. Highly recommend! Whenever I need a new vehicle I ll definitely be back!

Came to return my lease. Cemone and Haley were so understanding and friendly. I was having a busy day running around with a new baby and she didn t mind at all. She helped us get the rate we were looking for with no hassle. Amazing customer service. We left in a brand new lease very happy. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.

Cemone was amazing and didn t pressure me into anything I didn t already want! The entire process of trading in my 2016 pilot for a new 2024 pilot was very fast and efficient! Go see Cemone for a great experience!

Thank you for an excellent experience serving my Honda pilot today. I was able to call and make an appointment this morning. Then get a ride back to work by the courtesy vehicle and return this evening with all the needed repairs complete. Each staff along the way, was kind and helpful. I had been monitoring the vehicle as well as staying in contact with Cemone McGee the salesperson for several months as I was deciding to purchase. She was nothing less than superb and professional during the negotiation period whether it was via text or phone call. When we decided to purchase and drive the 2 hours up from Scottsdale to Flagstaff we were positive we made a good decision. Quite often purchasing vehicles, especially sight unseen, can be nerve racking and anxiety ridden but Cemone instilled confidence that she was forthcoming with the price of the vehicle as well as getting us a fair value for our trade in. Upon arriving, the only disappointment was from Cemone that we hadn't brought our Great Dane puppy with us on the drive- the reason we needed a larger vehicle. All the paperwork was in order and we met with Hailey Askew, finance department. She too was a pleasure to work with, between her personality and knowledge. All the numbers were what we agreed upon, no bait and switch or add-ons. The process was flawless. We were on our way within a little over an hour and the follow up emails are welcomed. It is truly refreshing to see a dealership employing young, knowledgeable, and ambitiousyoung employees and I will recommend Findlay Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle since it is well worth the drive from the Valley.

Service was great. Took my 21 Civic in for a recall issue inspection. They didn t try to push unneeded services on me at all. They went over what they found (tire rotation needed done, transmission service at its interval, etc), and gave me good info. Decided while I was waiting I d look at what was in the lot/showroom floor. I didn t have the door to the first vehicle I looked at open 3 seconds and had a salesman on top of me. They re very alert, and helpful. Not really looking to buy at the moment, but felt pressured into sitting down with a sales person and really pushed to put in a credit app that I m just not ready to do at the moment. Salesperson wouldn t take no for an answer and insisted on scheduling another appointment the next day (which I will not be going to). My current vehicle was assessed as a possible trade in and my value wasn t quite what I was hoping to hear (I was offered more by another brand dealer just weeks prior). Overall good experience, but sales could lighten up a bit when the customer says they re not ready.

Findlay Honda in Flagstaff is absolutely amazing! All the people who work there are wonderful! There is no other place I would take my car besides there. If you want to take your car somewhere where they treat you like family, it s here. I will always be a loyal customer here.

First time getting an oil change here and I have no complaints. I was treated well, helped in a timely matter and they even washed my car! I m glad I can go where I can be treated good and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Finley Honda

Super friendly staff and so far the service they did seems good, however they seem disorganized. My car took much longer to fix due to disorganization on their end. Although it took a long time it was a fair price and they were nice. I would good back if I needed to.

Findlay Honda Flagstaff was fantastic from the start. We had gone to three dealerships that day, and loved our experience at Findlay. We arrived, seeing the vehicle we were interested in parked out front, with a few employees waiting for us. Madison came up to us right away and seemed to already know who we were. She took us for a test drive, sharing the different features of the vehicle. We were surprised to hear she d only been working at Findlay for a short time. She has a great personality and was very kind, bright, warm, professional, friendly, and had carefully prepared to help us know the features of the vehicle we were interested in buying. We were so happy she was helping us. She took the time with us that we needed, explaining everything so well, and helping us get set up to purchase the vehicle. We also spoke with one of the managers of the dealership, Scott. He was so nice and such a great help too. We really enjoyed the experience and felt like the people who work at Findlay are genuine, honest, hard working, as well as enjoyable to be around. They make you feel like family, and they stand by their firm integrity and warm commitment to earnestly help you get what you desire. We felt like we were treated like dear friends or family! They made us definitely want to be repeat customers with their kind and attentive treatment. Thank you Madison, Scott, and Ian! We have loved our vehicle. You all do a very wonderful job, and we hope to come see you again!

Cemone and Dylan were great to work with! This was the second CRV I purchased from Findlay. I used a valley Honda dealer in between my purchases from them and it was a mess. I would highly recommend them!

I purchased a 2022 used Toyota Tacoma from Findlay Honda. My overall experience with Madison Payne, the sales consultant, was very pleasant and professional. She was very helpful and knowledgeable showing the vehicle and there was no sales pressure. Likewise, Haley Askew, the finance manager who handled the paperwork, was also pleasant and helpful. My experience with Scott, Trent, the sales manager, was not so pleasant. When I accepted his first offer, but asked for one concession, I found him to be condescending bordering on rude. I felt insulted and if I hadn t been caught off guard by his comments, I would ve simply stood up and walked out. I know it is his job to squeeze. every last penny he can out of prospects, but this soured what had otherwise been a pleasant buying experience. Five stars for Madison, Haley, and the truck I purchased. One star for Scott Trent.

Our second experience going back two years with servicing our Honda Pilot with Findley Flagstaff. Overall the customer service and service level is excellent - we are very happy. They even vacuumed out our car - which was riddled with kid food crumbs.

Review of their sales department, since I haven't experienced their service yet:They did not waste my time by lowballing my tradein, nor by starting high with the vehicle offer, so we were able to arrive at a figure with relatively little negotiation. And, as mentioned, little time wasted. I really appreciate that.Note I still recommend researching values beforehand.My main criticism: The salesperson was not knowledgeable about details of the vehicle. Having spent a hours reviewing the vehicle segment I was interested and probably less than an hour on Honda's offering in that area, I already knew more technical details and drawbacks to the vehicle than the salesperson.Since I was there to test drive and buy, this wasn't a big deal to me. However: do not show up the dealership with detailed questions and expect a reliable answer. Of course, it's best to research before so much as calling a dealer anyways.I would definitely consider this dealer again next time I am in the market.

We live in Southern Arizona and took a road trip in our new CRV, purchased elsewhere. Our tire blew out and they were able to get our vehicle fixed and on the road again quickly. They even gave us a ride so we could get lunch!!

I was traveling through Flagstaff Arizona and 2,000 miles from home when my brand new 2024 Honda CR-V reached 5,000 miles and time for its first service and oil change.I called Findlay Honda an hour before reaching Flagstaff and ask if they could possible work me in that day. They said absolutely!When I arrived I was greeted in service by Mike Kingsbury who not only got my car right in, but washed it and took the trouble to connect my car and the free service package I received from my home town South Tacoma Honda.While waiting, Haven Epps, in the office, made sure we had everything we needed while we waited. They were both absolutely wonderful.

Madison and the Sales Manager on duty were very reasonable and helped us to refresh our 2019 CR-V Touring with an CR-V LX--a very sweet ride. It took us 2.5 hours to trade in and buy a new car must be some kind of speed record.

The best Honda service you can ever find out there! I ve been coming to this specific location since I owned my car for about 6 years, and they are by far the top tiered Honda location. Every time I come in with any of my concerns/appointments, they welcome you with their greatest customer services you can ask for without a failure, and make sure you leave with full satisfaction. Thanks to the whole team for making such an amazing service environment, and special thanks to Collin and the service manager Jonathan for spending extra care for my car. Always looking forward to bring my car to this location without any doubt.
