Best service I ve ever had at a tire shop. The staff are kind and helpful, they are open about pricing and extremely friendly and accommodating. I had to special order tires for my 2008 Mustang GT and they showed up the next day, got installed in less than 30 minutes, and even applied tire shine and allowed me to pull the car in myself (stage 2 clutch and lightweight flywheel.) They took extra care to correctly lift the car since it s slammed on coilovers, and did absolutely no damage to any part of the vehicle. I could not recommend this Discount Tire more.

This place deserves 10 stars!!! After mistaking discount tire service center in California for Discount Tire I came here.The brand new tires I had just purchased were not mounted and balanced properly. Everything thing about my experience at discount tire service center was terrible but the guys over here got me fixed up and even warranted one of the tires I had just bought.Ron is a rock star and I really appreciate you guys fixing my truck that another shop messed up.This really is a great tire shop run by some great guys. Thank you

Would put zero starts but can only put one star. Went to this location about a month ago for a flat repair. No issues great service, I returned again because the tire started leaking again. This visit I was informed they could not dismount or remount my tire onto the assembly (after having my vehicle for an hour). When I asked the difference between this visit and last i was met with the response "I don't know". When I went to my truck another tire (not related to the visit at all). Was completely flat sitting at 0 psi. The valve core was taken out. I was then blamed for doing so myself rather than being provided with any reasonable explanation as to why the core (which needs to be manually removed) was taken out. All of this just for the salesmen to try and sell me on either all 4 new tires or wheels, Due to a cracked wheel. I took it to Big O the next day, the wheel is fine... no cracks. I have been a customer of discount for many years but this by far was the most terrible experiences and the worst I have ever had at a discount tire.

Like everyone else I had a large nail in my tire on vacation. I pulled up 30 minutes before close and they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes! Thank you so much to Ian and Manny for letting me get back to my Daddy Daughter snow day as soon as possible!

These guys are the best!! We called from 100 miles away when we discovered a leak in our truck tire while pulling our 5th wheel. After setting up at the campground I stopped by before closing with the flat tire and wheel. Everyone was so welcoming. Tire was ready next morning. Communication by text was perfect. They mounted the tire and the spare back on the truck which I really appreciated. Best of all. No Charge!! I had only had the pleasure of ordering tires online from them as they don't have a location near me back in St. Louis. Highly recommend!

BEWARE OF MANAGEMENT!! My wife went in for a balance and rotation, simple right? After up selling her lug nuts for all the wheels ( swelling can happen, but all four wheels certainly were not this way ) and taking all four wheels off the vehicle, no wheels/tires were rotated. A wheel needed replacement, they would not return the oem wheel from the car back to her OR give her the original lug nuts back. Some of which were brand new, only being torqued onto a wheel one time. Throw away and or keep customers parts must be common practice here. Take advantage of people needing help? They'll certainly do that!! At least second guess (or more) anything these people tell you about your vehicle. This is not the first issues I've dealt with on our cars from this location, just the most irritating to prompt this negative review. Just be aware they are willing and able to take advantage of anyone coming in.

Off my old beater, I mounted two tires on wheels and took them to Discount to get balanced. They did it no problem. Just beware they charge $40 for a "4-wheel balance" even if you only take in 2 wheels. Next time I'll have to take in all 4 at the same time.

We went there to get a new tire because we had a flat and were using a spare. They told us it would be about an hour. We were in and out in approximately 45 minutes. Great service, and nice employees.

Absolutely phenomenal service from the entire staff and especially Ian. I had a blowout on Friday afternoon and while I couldn't make it in Friday, I showed up Saturday morning just before 8am. Discount replaced 3 tires, replaced spare tire with a better from one of my old remaining, and moved the 1 good tire I had from rear to front and they did all this within 20 minutes. WOW, thank you Ian and staff.

This Discount tire staff is awesome. We had a blowout on our way to the Grand Canyon. Ian, the manager, had the tires we needed an took care of us the next morning in 20 minutes. They even gave us a bag to pick delicious apples from the apple tree in front of the shop.5 stars all the way.

I wish I gave the option to put minus -20 stars because that's what I would doLet me start by saying Julian needs to be fired immediately they should send him back to the prison they got him from!!! What a snake!!!!My experience was so bad I have literally contacted the BBB!!!!If you want your car completely demolished to where even a junkyard wouldn't take it I strongly suggest having Julian as your representative!!!!!I can't say this strong enough butDON'T WALK FROM THIS PLACE RUN LITERALLY DO WITHOUT BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!!!!!OTHER THAN JULIAN COMPLETELY DESTROYING MY CAR TALKING TO ME LIKE I WAS TRASH AND USING PROFANITY I GUESS IT'S OKAY IF THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE INTO!!!

Had a great experience getting new tires on my daily driver last weekend, I was in and out within an hour once I checked in for my appointment. However, one of my hubcaps on my car came back with a fine crack on the outer edge. It still fits the car fine, no broken clips, but I opted to reinforce the crack with super glue so it doesn't spread and inevitably fly off one day. While my current OEM hubcaps already have many scrapes on them from 6 years of driving, a heads up that it was damaged by their team would've been appreciated. Aside from that, overall, great experience, would return again but be warned if you care about the condition of wheels and hubcaps.

These guys are honest and will genuinely help you out. Big O said they couldn t patch my tire and wanted 389 bucks for a tire that discount sells at 129 bucks. Can t recommend this discount more and avoid Big O at all costs, unethical crooks

Came in, made an appointment and left my car with them, came back a half hour after my appointment time like I was told to do, find out that my car was never checked in and it's been sitting in the lot for an hour doing nothing. This means I wasted an hour of my time, wasted my money going out to eat while I'm waiting for them to work on my car. If they do good work tomorrow I will change my review.

Oct 12, 2023. After hitting a BIG pothole on I-40, we damaged the rear driver's side tire on our Escalade. We arrived around 2:00pm at Discount Tire with our travel trailer in tow. The people working there were very helpful on where to park so we could go in and find out if they would be able to help us. I was hopeful that we wouldn't have to wait too much beyond the next day. We had all tires, including the trailer, replaced and were out the door by 4:15pm ON THE SAME DAY!!! Thank you Ian and Discount Tire!! Amazing people and we would recommend them anytime.

Told us they could accommodate a 40 ft trailer. The turns are so sharp we took our trailer over the curb trying to get into the lot and ended up leaving because we couldn't get into the driveway. Definitely NOT 5th wheel and truck friendly.

Excellent service as we were on a trip to Las Vegas when noticed two tires needed to be replaced. They got us back on the road within 30 min. Very thankful for them. Fastest service ive ever had at Discount Tire

Popped a tire while travelling through Flagstaff. They were able to get me in within a reasonable time but longer than promised. Didn't have a lot of choices but went with a tire that looks to have good reviews. So far satisfied with recommendation and service and especially glad they had stock.

I was on vacation and my car had a flat tire and since I didn't have an appointment I had to wait 2 hours. Two hours wasted with two children crying in the car. They explained to me that they did not have staff and that I did not have an appointment that I had to wait.

The worst service and on top the guys are very racist I'm a single mom came from Phoenix. I have a flat spent the night at the near motel waiting on this people am they are not able to removed the tire I call another tire place and the discount tire guy was so rude starting yelling the move form his property was awful.

Extraordinary service! We came in 10 minutes before they were open and they fixed us right up! The employees know their job in and out, changing our faulty tire like a pit crew.

No interest to help or even look into the problem, but they only want to sell more. Really bad experience with a flat tire, which ended up damaging the car and tire even further. Worst experience

They replaced my tire, but lost one of my lug nuts and sent me home without it. When I went back for a replacement, they didn't have the right size and put a mismatched lug nut on the vehicle. I haven't ever had such bad service at a discount tire location. The staff was rude and dismissive.

I needed some cardboard really quick, and they couldn't help me because the cardboard was across the parking lot and I needed to get on the bus, but they were super helpful about it! If they're that helpful about cardboard I would trust it with my tires if I had any!
